Bonitas instalaciones, cerca de la playa y de la zona de locales. La cocina perfectamente funcional y los cuartos cómodos.
La habitación es un poco oscura en las noches.

Missing charm and cleanliness
The cleanliness in this establishment left much to be desired. A thorough clean-over and refurbishment are sorely needed. The wooden rack is mouldy, both fans are rusty, and the bigger fan threw a lot of debris onto the bed when I cranked it up. It was really gross. The board in the bathroom is stained and dirty. I did not feel comfortable at all, and in my opinion, the price is far too high for what is offered. I have found places for almost half the money that are super clean and offer air conditioning.
Moreover, the WiFi in the room did not work, which added to my disappointment. In today’s connected world, a working internet connection is a basic amenity that guests expect.
The staff I corresponded with was rude. The photos did not correspond with the room. When I asked to change rooms, they declined with the response, "We have verified your reservation and the room you are in is correct…” I found this to be very rude and unacceptable!
I do not recommend booking this place. I stayed for 4 nights and regret booking it.

Loved everything! Great vibes. Great view!
The internet wasn’t great, and I was soooo sad to leave for this reason; everything else was incredible! I’ll go back, when I don’t need it :))

The room was very cozy and the view from the balcony was nice (like on the pictures)

excellent location, short walk to main area, away from the noise!
There was nobody around! although quick responses via Booking.com there was nobody around to ask questions or help with things. nobody cleaned our room in the 3 days or emptied the bins (incl bathroom). we were only given one toilet roll that ran out.

Very good value for the money, great location, lovely view, comfortable bed!
The bathroom was clean, but because it was old and not very well made to beginn with, it always felt abit grummy.
Also the lady who checked me in did not speak a word of english.
I didnt mind either things that much, but somebody else might.

The room was comfortable and stylish, we loved the hammock on the balcony and having AC. Itzel was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again!
We stayed for 2 weeks and would have liked the room cleaned after 1 week however I’m not sure if this was the language barrier / lack of keys to the room. Shower pressure was awful.

Quick communication, nice balcony, room was clean and pleasant, enough place to store my stuff.
Sometimes the power goes down, but that's the case all over La Punta/PE. Never for too long.
I didn't mind because I had ear plugs but there are some roosters in the area that are already make noises at midnight. But it's something to be aware of l, just bring your ear plugs!

good location
the room on the ground floor was smelly and dirty. after second night I’ve got rash on my face (probably due to the pillows). during last night there was an issue with electricity - there was nobody on site to help us.

The place was amazing. We ended up staying a lot longer than originally planned. Itzel was super warm, nice and welcoming, thank you for making our stay so nice. The bed was super comfy. We had the room 1 on top floor with amazing ocean view. We highly recommend the place, its nice and calm with short walk away from all the Restaurants and beach.
Nothing really.

Very nice, friendly, polite & helpful staff. Everything you need is just minutes away from the property: beach, co-working, surfing, bars, restaurants, stores. Would definitely stay again. Price value wise better than most things in La Punta.

It was very well located and lovely balcony and sea views.
The bathroom was a bit unclean and we got some ants while we were there. There was also no one in the property during the day except for when the cleaners came.

there is a fan who barely work and in puerto that’s the hot season. we were supposed to stay for 2 night buy that was really impossible.
at the time that we said we’re leaving one night before we supposed to they just said ah okay. even though we didn’t like our staying.

terrible internet

The location was central. The balcony was nicely shaded.
We didn't see the host for all time long. There was no one to help with check-in when we arrived. The place was in center but too noisy. The room was okay but there was no place to hang your towel or no shower curtain to keep the toilet dry. The balcony was nice but the hammock was broken. The towels had also stains on them.

we really had a great stay! we had the ground floor apartment and were not really disturbed by noise coming from the street or other apartments. the location is top, a few blocks away from most bars and restaurant as well as beach. the kitchen is well equipped and the bedding comfortable. we encountered a few problems during our stay (locked ourselves out, forgot something at check out) and the staff was always responsive and tried to assist. cleaning was also really good. the shared rooftop os really cool although we didn’t get to use it, it’s totally a plus to have it!
the water was not specifically warm but it is so warm in Puerto Escondido that it doesn’t matter that much. one room had A/C and the other one not (all rooms had fans though) which can be an issue for some people
