Quiet warm room , comfortable bed, excellent toiletries, biscuits and great breakfast. Parking on site.
My only complaint was light level with an enormous exit sign in green above the door with illuminated the whole room.

The bed was lovely and big and comfortable. The shower was amazing!
The floor was dusty and only half a toilet roll available.
The breakfast was poor. It was all given to you so little choice. E.g., the toast came buttered but if you didn’t want this or wanted a choice of a spread you didn’t get it. No options available for alternative milks, just two small jams pots. Orange juice was the only cold drink offered we had to ask for Apple.
The eggs come fresh from the hens roaming the land, amazing but were sadly over cooked with lots of black bits, either from the pan or too much pepper. It just looked so unappealing and not nice.
The hash brown and sausage very greasy. Overall breakfast let this place down and for £150 it was expensive.

Nice breakfast, handy for where we wanted to visit. Had room with twin beds.
Booking mix-up on arrival, (two nights. two rooms, for two people - when it should have been one night in Twin room) but staff friendly and helpful. All worked out well in the end. Arrived late, nice pub food in the bar and nice breakfast. No complaints :)

Clean, comfortable room.

The property was clean and just what we needed for a short stay, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was great especially the chips.
In the evening there was a BBQ, music and a roaring fire outside to keep the chill off.
Nothing really. Did had an issue with the door to the room opening and locking but that could have been with due to the rain.

Lovely accommodation, modern, comfy. Staff were really friendly. Great breakfast the next day. Nice secure car park. Location for perfect for the wedding we were attending.
Door needs to be adjusted as was sticky so needed a swift kick to gain entrance.

Fabulous breakfast - excellent hospitality from everyone we met.
everything was beyond expectations
3.0
The breakfast was good & the staff pleasant
The room was not vey clean & the shower head was broken.
The door curtain didn't fit fully across the door to block out the light from the general public courtyard.
A porch over the outside door would help when the weather is bad.

The room was clean.
Breakfast was nice.
To check in, we had to queue at the bar which was busy.
Chose this accommodation because it had WiFi facilities and in a quiet village..??
Late night due to the pub garden being just outside the room.
Needed to do some email business but the mobile signal was weak. Tried to connect to WiFi but it wouldn't connect. Asked at the bar after queuing again where I was told that "the WiFi is unreliable" with a shoulder shrug...

Location is good for access to Cambridge, particularly by rail. WiFi great. Room looks good.
Overpriced. Unusual for a Sunday night stay to be full price. Tv didn't work. Cobwebs on walls, lights and ceiling. No heating in bathroom (stayed in winter). Breakfast not available. Difficult to locate staff during stay.

The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was very good even catering for a gluten free diet. The room was clean and very quiet.
The bathroom wasn't heated and there was nowhere to dry our towels which were not changed for the second day of our stay as there was no housekeeping. We had to ask for clean dry towels.

everything. we were in an outside room which was lovely

Very posh, recently decorated apartment with plenty of space. good air con. Separate from the pub, so nice and quiet and fabulous breakfast.
Design over substance - no bedside lights, no charging socket for tech and the designer sink was too small for anything except cleaning teeth.

Breakfast both mornings in very quaint quiet dining room. Food well presented and very tasty. nothing too much trouble for Andy the cook come waiter. Also thanks to owner Alan and Sue for lovely hospitality and to Alan for showing us around the small paddocks where he raised the farm animals.
