Overall our stay was very pleasant

I can’t remember the woman’s name that took our order for the breakfast buffet but I just wanted to recognize her for being the kindest, sweetest person that I’ve ever met! She engaged in conversation with us and made sure our meal was hot and fresh and that we were well taken care of! Please thank her again for me!

That there was no pool, no microwave in the rooms or a fridge that has a freezer for microwave dinners.

Disappointing room and wasn’t warned. I would have stayed somewhere else

I got a handicap room and I’m not handicap. The shower was terrible and leaked water all over the floor. The bed was basically on the floor and tough for me to get out of

Bar service was horrible

Easy check in

The rooftop bar was terrible. Understaffed, the bartender was so slow. Not very well trained. Waited over 20 minutes and finally left.

It was Good.

It was clean and very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. The entire stay was very good!

I thought the room would be bigger. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay the entire amount of my stay plus an additional $256 deposit amounting to $1,200 being debited from my account at the time of check in (for 5 nights). Usually at hotels, I put down the deposit and then pay the remaining balance at the end of my stay. But with this hotel, it was different. I was caught unawares & I didn't like that at all.

Great hotel but needs to honor room type booked

It was modern, clean and perfectly located

When I checked in, they told me that I had booked my room on a third-party app, so they could not accommodate my room request. If I had called them directly, apparently they would have.

Loved our experience here.

The signature scent that you all have pumping in the lobby should be on display when you walk in because I would buy BOTTLES of that stuff. The rooms were clean and spacious and the rainfall shower was to die for. My absolute favorite part was the staff. Our second night we sat at the bar and had phenomenal conversations with Deja (Hope I spelled that right) and Vaughn (hope I spelled that right too.) They truly made the night spectacular for us and Deja even made me my first espresso martini which was phenomenal. From this location you are so close to amazing food and shopping options. Most things were about 15 minutes away from the hotel. 10/10 would recommend.

The breakfast buffet looked pretty weak, but I'm not a breakfast person anyways so it didn't bother me too much.

Almost everything. Very nice hotel

Rooftop bar had very little drinks. No daiquiris or margaritas. What we did get to drink was so much alcohol it tasted like a pure shot.

Very convenient location in a wonderful neighborhood

Location! Very friendly staff and super clean room

A little confusing on how to check in, there are two Marriott hotels back to back and we went to the wrong building but they were very helpful and directed us to the right place to check in

the location was great. close to uptown and a beautiful mark for shopping. The rooftop was beautiful as well.

Broken toilet seat but maintenance did come fix right seat after reported. Requested room service daily. received fresh towels and bed made up but top cover didn’t looked replaced or floor cleaned. however if I were to return I would book again for a lower price.
