One Night in Charlotte Makes a Hard Man Humble.

- Great location. Centrally located near everywhere we needed to go. - Staff were EXTREMELY pleasant and accommodating. - Very good breakfast selection of food and drinks. Very good serving hours.

- I was informed that it would be a “contactless check in.” This was not the case as I had booked with a third party. Don’t advertise this if it in fact isn’t going to happen that way. - The entire hotel (room included) smelled musty. Not sure why. - Placing the coffee maker and drinking cups in the bathroom is unsanitary.

I would stay there everytime I’m in Charlotte.

Everytime! Fabulous hotel, friendly staff, couldn’t believe it was a Hampton. Top quality.

Breakfast was Hampton, not bad but not exceptional. But for free it was good. I forgot to ask not to be by the elevator and it was loud. But it wasn’t overused at night. So it was ok.

Nice hotel with a free shuttle.

It's a really nice hotel, and they provide a shuttle to the nearby mall and a few shops. If you book through booking.com, there will be a few hiccups—for us, our room wasn't actually available, but the hotel staff helped us figure it out. The hotel is right next to a great restaurant—The Southern Pecan! Highly recommend.

Sometimes, the communication between the front desk and housekeeping was lacking, but other than that, it was a great stay.

do not make a reservation here if you have a family emergency and you used booking.com to prepay a reservation the hotel will not let you cancel, even for a heart attack

Breakfast was good, would have liked a few more options. Liked that you have security patrolling the area. Also there where shops to walk to.

If your pulling a trailer, your out of luck. Thankfully a security guard showed us a place to park, that was very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay and the hotel is in a very nice area.

The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and nice. The hotel was in a nice area and there was security at all times near the hotel.

The parking was awful, for a hotel to be surrounded by restaurants the hotel parking lot should have been larger to accommodate all guest.

Coming back soon just to get away

this was so grand for our forty fifth anniversary the room wow can't wait to return for next visit the area was great food , mall and store's served there purpose and the people so nice and friendly so we have shared our experiences with people in our area telling them GOOOOOOOO it's the truth you will love it.
