Next to the private beach with infinity pool
The room is quite small. No slippers and hair dryers are provided.

The room is beautiful.
We originally booked a room with sea view and we got a room with pool view. The hotel advertises a private beach, which is true but full of rocks…. Not possible to have a bath or even take the sun. On the first day we went to Kawasan falls (great adventure) but after 3/4 hours on cold water we arrived to a room with no hot water. There was no staff around and after waiting long time on whatsapp they told us someone would come to check. The person told us that there was no hot water anywhere in the hotel. Next day they changed our room. We got hot water but no pressure so it took me 40 minutes to rinse the soap from my hair. I was cold anyway after the shower because it was literally 4 drops out of the shower. In the new room the safe and the tv were not working…. So if you charge european prices for a room there should be quality. The hotel does not offer any service for food and it is not in a good location so not very handy to move around. The swimming pool was open but did not have any water running…. So we did not dare to use it since we did not know if the water would be clean at all. Sadly not a great experience in general.

The infinite pool with the view of the sea.
The really nice and spacious room.
Staff was very friendly.
Nothing.
Maybe put a sign near the road as you have to turn in a little road.

Our room & specially the beds are very clean . You have to provide your own breakfast but there are stores available outside the property or for convenience you can request the housekeeper (Astra) to cook for you .Of course you have to pay for the service . Perfect place for those who want privacy.
Restrooms are narrow . There‘s water scarcity .

Great and friendly staff. It is great to have a swimming pool and the rooms are really good.
There were a lot of dogs during the night. It was okay for us but some people can be scared.

the property was beautiful and looked just like the pictures
the mattress was definitely too firm

We really like how intimate it was. The sunset views were amazing! They had a shop on site, and a few restaurants a drive away. You can also cook in their shared kitchen.
It would have been nice to have at least a cafe within the property.

Great romantic getaway
Far from food

How clean the place is what I liked the most. Its quite also because there's only about 12 rooms. very relaxing and not to far from the beaches. I would definitely recommend this place and I hope they keep their standards. No kitchen but there's restaurant around it.
nothing really. if there's anything room is a little small but I expected this. I went here because i saw on how clean it is and id rather have a small clean room than a big dirty one.

We had the resort to ourselves throughout the day. The resort also has complete kitchen amenities that you can use. The only problem is that, there is no security so at night, you're on your own however there dogs that guard you. A literal pack of dogs. As a dog lover, it was a fun night for us.
Also, A/C in the room that I was staying was not so strong but it was comfortable. If I am asked, I will definitely return to this place, but in a group and not as couple.
Lack of security personal in the vicinity.

The view was alright but the workers are a scam.
They charged us 3500 pesos for a 40 min ride to the port. They didn’t have electricity and staff is never present. There are stray dogs running around the property chewing on guest’s shoes. There are bugs everywhere and towels are clean either
4.0
Clean room, two towels provided (one for shower, one for pool), situated on the beach, clean pool, friendly, kind staff.
The location of the property is quite remote. There were no cafes/restaurants/bars/mart/atm nearby and it was difficult to get a taxi service. However, the staff were helpful and kindly drove us to the closest mini mart to get some food on our first night.
The dogs on the property albeit not overtly aggressive, often hounded the common area so it was difficult to access the shared kitchen. Whilst we were relaxing on the beach, the dog jumped on our sun bed which meant we had to leave. The said dog also ate one of our shoes that was left outside the room to dry.
No electrical sockets in the room apart from one which was for the TV so it was extremely challenging to charge our phones.
No wifi signal in the room and when we asked for the wifi password we were told there isn’t one, when there was.

There wasn’t breakfast
Everything, too dark in driveway there wasn’t light at night, no attendant, only 3 stray dogs that were constantly barking through the middle of the night. We got up at 3:30 am to go whale watching in Oslob, we couldn’t drive out of the property, the gate was padlocked and no attendant on sight. We were scrambling to look for a phone number to call, there wasn’t one, it took us an hour to find a contact number from an email that answered my call and she said she gonna call someone. This is pretty bad especially in times of emergency, no telephone, no attendant or security to ensure guests safety and also I was surprised to find out this guest house is next to a cemetery, so creepy. The air conditioning wasn’t cooling enough , my husband saw 3 crawling bugs in the walls. I would not recommend this place. I paid $142 for 2 night but we didn’t stay another night as we weren’t sure of our safety and didn’t have a comfortable stay.

Due to exclusivity, the resort offer peaceful atmosphere whether you are with family, friends or a couple. Had it’s own kitchen where one can cook. free use of utensils and gas range with gas. They have comfortable beds. Very great dipping pool. Ate and her daughter were very accommodating.
The beach was so rocky, we were not able to take a dip by the beach. The kitchen was a bit untidy. Fridge (chest freezer) not working properly. The place is a bit far from the center. No convenience store or sari sari store outside.

There aren't many rooms at the resort so relatively quiet. You can relax and not worry about a lot of noise compared to a larger hotel.
Unfortunately, due to the typhoon many of the neighboring businesses were destroyed. If you plan to stay here, plan ahead. We ended up stocking up at a 7-Eleven about 10 minutes away.

The rooms were spotless and stylish, and the overall aesthetic of this hotel is great. The pool is clean, the location feels private and serene, and they have lounge chairs for sunbathing right on the private beach. Also the connection to Cebu is great as a cheap and comfy bus stops right on the main road (100 m away from the hotel).
You can't get anywhere (not even a restaurant) without a scooter but it's also problematic to rent them as only one was available. They also don't offer breakfast. A bonus is they have a shared kitchen but it wasn't clean.

Matches exactly the description. Lovely place in a layed back place! Super easy to communocate with, early check-in and late check out was absolutely no problem! Their leisure partner Hector was fantastic, took us out for a amazing Filippino dinner with friends! There is even a laundry just at the top of the street.
All was superb!

The view from the room was amazing - waking up to the ocean sound was great
It was more of a backpacker accommodation than anything else. the Wifi was exceptionally bad.
No wifi in the room
No plugs in the room, the only plug to charge anything was at the top where the TV was plugged in
The room was very small
The communal kitchen was super dirty same for the communal eating space
The nearest shop 7-11 was about 3km from the property - you cannot walk to any convenience store

nice room, nice pool, see front.
no staff there so a bit difficult to communicate with them (they reply to messages though). uncomfy plugs in the room, just behind the tv and not near the bed. would be also great if they serve breakfast because there’s basically nothing around

the pool
no restaurant! the closest one is driving 10 minutes! they said they have a shared kitchen but this kitchen don’t have the essentials! not salt, no oil, not even a proper sink that works in the kitchen! so pretty much useless!
