Nothing, Nada.
The receptionist was rude beyond any imagination. Barely spoke English and refused to respond.
We were checking in past midnight and had already paid for the stay. He told us that we need to pay again and even when we showed him the proof, he refused.
Upon going to the room, we found out that the AC remote was not in the room. When we went down to ask for it, he said its not hot enough. The rooms temperature was unbearable and no windows.
The rooms are from 1950s and dirty. Mould on the wall, dirty floor, damp smell. Blankets were not washed and had stains on them.
Bathroom was a horror story. The towels had stains on them, the shower cubicle didn't close, flush was barely working.
Location is 1 hour away from the central station and 50 euros+ with Uber. The front of the hotel is dirty and full of trash.

Staff at hotel was really nice 👌
A bit noisy

The hotel staffers were truly amazing, kind and helpful! And the hotel was very clean and of sufficient offer what hotels of 3* entail. However, the hotel location itself was too far away from the city center (and even some 15-20 minutes of walk from the last Metro stop). For my group was convenient just because of the Festival we had nearby, otherwise, I would not consider this location if I need it just for short trips that involve sightseeing of Milano city center.

The breakfast didn't meet my expectations. Very poor!

A good enough hotel. It was very clean. Friendly staff
It was very noisy from the highway. The sound insulation is very poor. Maybe it's not a problem for someone. But we slept very badly. But in the morning you will be given coffee for breakfast)

The staff were lovely and friendly
The rooms were very large and nicely decorated
The buffet at breakfast was very large and varied - reception even told us the best time to get there
The biggest problem with the hotel is the location, the surrounding area is a bit threatening
We didn't have any trouble, I just felt uncomfortable walking near the hotel
However, once you walk 5 minutes up the road it's a lot more comfortable - there is a lovely restaurant about 10 mins away!

Breakfast and front desk were nice, The room was decent, Fair price for what you get.
The location little out, 15 min walk from the closest metro station M1, Also busy street infront of the hotel its noisy at night.

Reported fault with bathroom door which would not lock and instead of fixing fault started blaming me. Very roud behaviour. I would not recommend this place.

The room and bathroom were pretty spacious, relatively clean, sheets and towels are provided. Shower water pressure was great but it takes some time for the hot water to come. There was AC in the room that worked well and free wifi available, which did not work so well (on/off). There is an elevator if you have heavy luggage and a supermarket + fast food across the street (be aware there is no restaurants or cafés around whatsoever so this is your only source of food nearby!!!) if you arrive hungry and/or want to do some grocery shopping. Breakfast was included for me and it was a very pleasant surprise. It is served downstairs from 7.30am and the choices were wide - besides usual drink selection (water, juices, milk ,coffee, tea), there were scrambled eggs, toast with ham/salami and cheese, sweet pastry (lots of cakes, muffins, sweet rolls, etc.), cereal, yogurts, some packed desserts, cookies and italian dry bread. Everything was delicious and the lady who prepared it was very nice.
First of all, the hotel is located in an awful area which felt very unsafe (girl travelling alone) since the very beginning - I arrived at dawn and there were many individuals (men ONLY) sitting around the road and sidewalks whistling and making inappropriate comments as I walked by. After making it, slightly shocked, to the hotel, I discovered that the receptionist on night shift did not speak literally ANY english at all. It was extremely difficult to get any basic information (floor, breakfast timing). This was solved by putting me on the phone with another guy who was translating. This cost extra time and I was already staying for less than 12hrs. I have to say staff and other guests are very noisy and inconsiderate - speaking and laughing loudly in the halls after 11pm, slamming doors way too early in the morning (before 6am). Some of us came back from a full day of flying, have business meetings or an early flight, so decent sleep would be nice - did not happen. Upon checkout, there is a nice option to leave your bag, however make sure not to leave any valuables inside as they couldn't find my luggage for at least 10 mins when I came to pick it up (everything was there). In the shower, it takes a while for the hot water to come - it took so long for me that I thought it was broken but it worked eventually. Another important thing, especially if visiting for tourism: there's absolutely NO public transport around so you either have to walk for about 15mins towards this LIME M1 station, or take a taxi. I only booked this place because of its proximity to another place I had to be the next day. So for me, it was okay as I only spent a night there. Overall good value/money but if you are coming alone (women) and/or as a tourist, it is worth it to pay extra and stay in a safer central area.

Staff is really good. Friendly and helpful. Whenever we need anything they helped us. That is the only thing I really liked there.
The area where this hotel located surrounded by full of council flats. Some doggie people hanging out side of the hotel. Hotel has paper thin wall. We couldn’t sleep at night because some idiot people were talking n shouting in corridor and we hear everything in our room, neighbour room’s bathrooms we could hear everything (even they turn on tap). There is only 2-3 options for breakfast.( only serial, egg, beans, toast). I would rather not eat.
