Malgré tout , bon rapport qualité prix.

Amabilité du personnel au petit déjeuner et au restaurant. Parking gratuit. Climatisation fonctionnelle.

Grande chambre à la décoration froide. Pas de lampe de chevet de chaque côté du lit. Une lampe au dessus qui gène la personne qui dort ! Bouteille d'eau non remplacée. Petit déjeuner banal. Buffet moyen. Jus de fruits de piètre qualité. Pas naturel, trop sucré.

un deludente quattro stelle (a tratti da dividere per due, dico le stelle)

Il personale alla reception e delle pulizie cortese, disponibile e cordiale.

La porta si chiudeva a fatica. Pertanto le persone meno urbane, per far prima la sbattevano, perché si chiudesse. Come risultato sono stato svegliato innumerevoli volte da chi richiudeva (con fragore) la porta delle camere. Inoltre in tutti i quattro stelle in cui abbia alloggiato venivano fornite pantofole monouso di cortesia, ma non in questo hotel. Non parliamo poi dell'asciugacapelli praticamente di potenza inesistente, quasi un giocattolo, da hotel non 4 stelle, ma due, forse. Un'esperienza assai deludente

definitely not a four star hotel, a three at best.

location and hotel staff not just letting themselves into the rooms like some hotels.

general rudeness of some of the staff. room very basic with broken/dangerous fixtures. only one small bottle of water and a plastic cup for three guests. no tea/coffee making appliances in the room. shower seal missing, so floods the floor during most usage. extra bed headboard was filthy dirty and spare pillow had evidence of usage before.

Todo en general, muy limpio, hermoso y espacioso. El desayuno también increíble. Además parking exterior y subterráneo gratuito incluido en la reserva. 10/10

Rent og imøtekommende. Simpelt.

Den ligger langt perifert. Langt til byen. Fin overnatting hvis du ankommer sent eller ønsker ad være tettere på flyplassen ( likevel 40 unna)

Per un viaggio di lavoro breve va bene.

Personale gentile, disponibile e sorridente, sia alla reception che al ristorante. L'ingresso grande bello e pulito. Camera ben insonorizzata. Parcheggio grande.

La camera in generale. La tenda lacera. Il materasso vecchio duro scomodo e affossato. La doccia piena di calcare e purtroppo muffa, sugli angoli, sulla porta, sul soffione doccia e anche dietro al miscelatore . I lavandini in generale incrostati di calcare. Tutto molto datato.

il soggiorno precedente tutto perfetto. Questa volta la doccia non funzionava

colazione varia adatta ad ogni esigenza, camere pulitissime, parcheggio ampio. Sauna apprezzabile e fornita di tutto il necessario.

nella mia camera c'era un problema con la doccia, che ha allagato il bagno. Vista l'ora non ho chiamato la reception Ho comunque apprezzato molto che l'indomani si siano offerti di cambiarmi camera.

Well connected and friendly staff

The staff is very friendly and helpful (both restaurant and reception) It is a great option, as it has a tram stop about 200m away and different bus lines options. I suggest taking the tram (line 31), which has connections with the green metro line (if I'm not mistaken, it is the 3 one). The rooms are wide, clean and comfortable: just what we needed. We stayed at the 239 and 240 ones. Definitely an option for another time in Milan.

Staff was nice and helpful, the price was quite good. Parco Nord is very close by and is really nice for a stroll. 24h reception. Minibar (not stocked - there are vending machines for that, but still usable as a fridge).

Door soundproofing was practically nonexistent. Although the windows were well isolated (you couldn't hear the highway sounds at all), you could hear everything through the door. People coming and going, kids running down the hallways, even music and bits of speech coming from the opposite room through another closed door. The hotel looks posh from the outside and in the lobby, but the rooms are much shabbier. It's not that easy to get to and from city center, especially in the wee hours (but I admit that I overlooked this when doing my research, so not the hotel's fault)

Exceptional

The photos in Booking are depicting the reality and everything was as expected. Fully functional, pretty and cosy. The city is 10km away. If you have a car you can be in the center in 10-15 minnutes.

This is not for someone that does not have a car.

Lack of isolation: you can hear the neighbours ad if they were in your room. The shabbiness of the rooms. The smell of cigarettes in the bathroom. Bad/weak/slow hairdryer.
