Un buen lugar para pasar la noche a un buen precio.

Me gusta que tiene estacionamiento. Es limpio el lugar y cómodo. Realmente es para ir a pasear o realizar las actividades que tengas planeadas en la ciudad y llegar a dormir ahí. El barrio en el que se encuentra tiene muchas opciones de comida, sobre todo en la noche., es un barrio con mucha vida. En frente hay una farmacia y cerca hay otras tiendas de conveniencia. Me parece un lugar seguro para dejar tus pertenencias mientras sales. El personal te atiende por la app o whatsapp en horarios de oficina. Llegué antes de la hora que yo había previsto y ya tenían lista la habitación. Ya van varias veces que me hospedo en ese lugar y lo sigo prefiriendo por sobre otras opciones.

Limpieza y comodidad a costo accesible.

La ubicación es muy conveniente, la habitación limpia y cómoda, me fue muy sencillo ingresar siguiendo las instrucciones enviadas por el personal. Es un hospedaje seguro pues solo tienen acceso los huéspedes y el acceso cierra por dentro con candado.

Se escuchan todas las conversaciones y ruidos de las otras habitaciones.

La ubicación es muy accesible, tienes privacidad, y el estacionamiento es seguro.

Si pudieran dar toda la información de cómo acceder a la habitación y todo eso desde el inicio sería muy bueno.

NOT pleasant at all

It is just a normal room, it is a bit expensive for what you get... it is clean tho ... nothing fancy, I just wanted for sleeping basically as I was not to spend the day there.

I didn't get the instructions and passwords to get in even though I asked them quiet few hours before, I spent a couple of hours out there waiting to let me in, they never picked my calls at all, communication was beyond poor, it was so frustrating. The following days the passwords expired and they never let me know so every time I get there I couldn't come in so I had to text them to request a new password and usually they don't see the messages so you have to await for long.... it is just ridiculous.

An apartment house with a lot of security.

Very secured parking lot and rooms. (4 locked doors to enter the room!) Room #1 was very large compared to other rooms.

Can be noisy since some windows are facing a busy street. Need to share one refrigerator with other clients.

Not a Hotel

The property was convenient to the highway. Parking was secure and the room had extra blankets. There was a common kitchen available and laundry facilities (we did not use; wish we had known before hand)

There is no on-sight staff and check-in is automated. One must have a code to get into a lockbox to get a set of keys that allows them to unlock the gate to get into the property, another gate to get into the courtyard, a code to get into the building and key to the room. Had it not been for another resident coming in who contacted the owner and walked us through the process we would not have gotten in. The owner uses WhatsAp for texting. It would be good to have all this information before arriving. All rooms are upstairs. Once we contacted the owner he was responsive.

We had a great time in this place and I highly recommend it. I think is a good bargain and travelers with a modest budge

The check in was easy and the people in charge of taking care of the building are super nice. The place is secure, Clean, comfortable beds, love having washer and dryer inside the building, secure parking, quiet, near OXXO, pharmacy/market Guadalajara is across street, and just few blocks away one of the best Mexican bakeries. We really enjoyed our stay at this place.

We liked everything. Probably the only missing thing was a coffee maker.

First tv with loads of channels and English options. Wifi is 10/10.

Long black hairs in my bed, on my bed, in shower and somehow in the toilet too. I work in housekeeping back home, and so when the whole place is white, I know it’s impossible not to spot these easy mistakes if you’re actually looking around. Place was nice, but if the quality control was just a little better, it could’ve been great. Also you should fix your boiler or whatever, hot water would take forever to come on if it did at all.

Discovering Mexico

1)The kitchenette, which gave us the possibility to cook some food by our self. 2)Clean and stylish rooms, shared room included. 3) Safe car parking behind of locked gates. 4) The hosts just care! 5) The most important is that the host was very friendly and helpful and he explained us a lot of things about the life in México.

Everything was OK!
