The people running the camp are friendly, helpfull and extremely polite. They made our experience worth it. Helped with every little thing to assist my out of country friends.
Lack of heaters in the room, not very clean, could use a regular cleaning team for all their blankets sheets and bathrooms

Location one of the best, superb support by hasim and his team ismail.
All arrangements inside the hotel for safari, and other activities as needed.
Don't trust bikers for desert safari...trust hasim

The Camp site is beautiful and the staff is very humble and coperative. Specially Mr Haseem. He personally took interest in everything. We reached very early and he accomodated us even when the check in time is quite late in the camps. The food was very nice specially the churma. Cultural program organised was amazing.
We liked everything.

- Dealing with Mr Haseem (co owner) was a delight. he took care of the guests like his family.
- A service called ‘Stargazing’. Highly recommended if you want to explore desert in solitude
- Taxi services at a very reasonable rate. Our chauffeur ‘Sher Khan’ needs a special mention
- No complaints about the property
- The desert camps become extremely noisy between 7-10pm during peak seasons due to parties/ programs; talk to Mr Haseem for innovative ideas to escape the crowd

Very warm welcome and instant help from the staff and facilitators. Value for the money and basic facilities are appropriate including tasty food.
Almost everything was good and probably improvement needed in optimizing the activities like camel walk and safari where vendors leave you at certain point and pick u later. Instead the vendor can guide us to ensure it is part of the package to make best use of the package and keep away us from irritating touts who spoil our moments.

Tent Stay, amazing and helpful staff, ambience, food, charges applicable, excellent service, sunrise view from hotel, folk entertainment in the night, desert Safari organised,
Distance to travel from the city, however it's worth travelling for the view and stay

Amazing experience with very nice people taking care of all aspects of your stay and activities, aware of what can be your needs as a tourist and experienced in the desert life. You can be curious and put questions. Much more than a simple night in a tent in the desert, a cultural and emotionnal discovery. The safari and night show with music and dancing was also great and they have prepared special local food for me considering my allergy for coriander..They deserve to be very successful.
I really dont have any claims, everything was perfect... I even can take a shower with hot water in a clean bathroom and dry my hair with their hairdryer, which i was able to do there and not in the previous hotel !
