Really spacious and had everything you could need.
It smelled of cheese (maybe need a new mop!)
4.5 / 5.0
Really tastefully decorated. Felt secure with the key code.
Nice attention to detail even with the hallways
Nice area
Nothing, really. Maybe could have done with black out curtains or blinds
3.5 / 5.0
Good value and modern style
No fresh air in the room (locked window with air conditioning).
On a main road, not the best location to explore the city centre
4.5 / 5.0
Posizione ottima, comodo per accedere ai servizi della città.
Non c'è contatto con il personale della struttura.

Room was fine, bit a little smaller than I had thought, but was really only there to sleep.
Close to bus stops to University and hospital, and to wander down to restaurants.
I had though there was a washing machine (obviously didn't photos well enough).
Could have been some information on where some local facilities were e.g. laundrette
Mattress was a little misshapen in this room, so just had to find the right bit to sleep on.
4.0 / 5.0
Spacious, modern and easy to access
The room was clean but when we arrived we had about 15 huge flies in there. Some already dead where it was warm and others buzzing around. Possibly worth looking into what’s attracting them!

Location was central.
Pictures and description implied a room with separate bedroom and living area. Showed a clean bright stylish space, in fact it was small and unsuitable for three people unless close family or couple. Very hot with no opening window, No low bedside lighting, one lamp that didn't turn on. Aircon helped but not ideal. £168 for this accommodation was complete rip off.

Clean and modern.
Lack of face to face contact by staff. Lack of lifts for luggage.

Very clean and modern apartment-style room which had a nice kitchenette and enough basic supplies for 2 people. The layout was well thought out, and the heating inside the room exceptional - Nottingham was very cold when we arrived but it was always a joy to come home and have the lovely heating. Very cozy! There was good storage space and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I appreciate also having a view out the front side (which is of the road)
Even the room is a great size, the bathroom was quite thin and relatively small. It's a shame it could not be extended a little more into the room itself, because it is difficult, and feels quite claustrophobic, to use the toilet (for any size person). Unfortunately we also had a man show up at our room the second day who sounded like he was getting into the room. He said he was doing repairs but didn't know we were there. It was a bit disconcerting, especially as we had just woken up.

Some noise from adjoining room.

nice and comfortable
not as clean as I would expect in the bathroom

I love how conveniently close it is to the city and public transport.
There needs to be internal improvements. My room I stayed in had scorch marks on the duvet and the pots and pans are so old and dirty. The cleaning staff should actually know how to clean rooms properly which they don't. A budget should be supplied to update cooking supplies in the rooms too. We found hairs on some of the plates which also shouldn't have been there. The cleaning staff should know to look for things like this and if they do not new cleaning staff should be hired. Staying here normally is such a joy but these kinds of things are unacceptable and management need to actually look as though they care about the customer and what goes on in their hotel. If these small issues were fixed it would get top marks from me.

The location is within a 15 min walk to the centre. Uphill from the city and downhill towards the city. Overall a really lovely place. The room was exceptionally clean. Bed was comfy. Easy access with the codes. Would definitely recommend.
3.5 / 5.0
It was very local to the town centre.
There wasn’t a toaster!
3.0 / 5.0
It was somewhere to sleep and near a nice Turkish restaurant.
The corridors were dirty and it was a bit spooky walking through what felt like an empty building. The room was very small, the bathroom smelled like it had been cleaned with a dirty mop and the bed was uncomfortable.

Easy to get in.
Spacious room and bathroom.
Good amenities/refreshments
The lift doesn’t allow people in only luggage.

The location was very convenient for accessing the city centre with good public transport links. The room was spacious and comfortable.
There was a dreadful smell in the bathroom which did not clear after the engineer visited. The deep clean we were promised did not happen, nor were we offered a change of room.

Clean, quiet.
Weird soap system in Bathroom?

Everything was perfect
Only issue was a slight leak in the shower ? Looked like sealant had been applied afew times but hasn’t fixed the problem.
2.5 / 5.0
Good room, comfy bed and high tech tv and heating.
The bathroom smelt of damp and mould which was quite strong. Also found small pieces of glass on the floor which almost cut my foot.

This property is in an excellent location, within a 5- or 10-minute walk to the city center, and at one of the major bus stops in the city. It was clean, easy to access, and had everything I needed for a quiet, safe stay. I would definitely recommend it and come again.

I like the fact it was close to shops and the centre (15min). Easy to access the place any problems I was able to call or message to solve the problem.
The only thing is that under the bed was dirty , cause I dropped something under there .

Not soundproof

The facilities and the style of the room was very nice. The value for the amount of nights we stayed was also very good and the system to get in and out of the building was very convenient.
There was a cleaner who brought here child to work with her and she was standing outside our bedroom door shouting at her also our room had cobwebs in it and all of the cutlery had smudges on them so everything needed to be rewashed before we could use it.

I had a pleasant quiet overnight stay. Great location, and a pleasant sized suite.
I was on the top floor looking out over the back of the property, so very quiet indeed.
There was only one chair in the room, if I had been there with another person someone would have needed to sit on the bed.
4.5 / 5.0
Location, clean, comfortable bed, wide room and bathroom, good wifi,
They didn't mention that: you must do an online check in before arriving, send a photo of your self, and must pay a deposit of 150£ until I paid the total non refundable amount.
Left was not working, and it seems they don't even care to repair it and my room was in the 2nd floor

Noisy during the night.

Lift not working

-Convenience location which close to center city area and University
-Clean and quite
-Nice corporation from you
-Reasonable price
-Prepare enough materials for the mid or long stay such as Garbage bag, Tissue, Cleaning material, soap, shampoo, bed sheet, etc.
-The front door pin is same time not working well, need to press # before pin to access inside. There should be option in case it's not able to access such as calling an inside person to support
-The WIFI here is very slow, and I cannot work well from the hotel.

Modern, clean, warm and very comfortable and quiet rooms
Sadly someone had been smoking in the room and property

The building is relatively new. I got to the room and had some questions about how things worked, so I phoned the contact number. The response I got was polite and helpful. It is within walking distance of Tesco's, and there are plenty of bus services going from nearby. The kitchen area was acceptable, with a fair sized fridge for a hotel room, and reasonable equipment. You can open the window, but only a very short distance. You get a code only to match the street door and your room door, so I didn't have to forget a key. My room was ground floor and looked out onto a small grassed area, with a bit of a view. Nice to see some green. Aircon was quiet, though I found the control panel difficult to use. At least it didn't make a noise when it cut in and out as I've found in some other places.
Plenty. When I entered the room, I was hit with a massive smell of bleach, which I hate. This was followed by opening the bathroom door to a massive smell of mould, and there were patches of mould around the shower, though I suspect the smell was coming from the drain. The bathroom was very cramped, and anyone tall could only sit on the toilet sideways or they'd lose their knees! The bathroom walls had textured tiling which looked porous, and the perfect place for mould to breed. Very strange, and hard to keep the shower wall edges clean! The bed was horrible, as the springs on the most-used side had collapsed. I had to sleep in the middle of the large bed to try to sleep on the flat. Still not comfortable. Wi-fi was OK, but not fabulous. Some dropouts at times. Plenty of plastic "wood" in the floor, panelling etc. I arrived after it had rained, and my joggers had to come off straight away on that floor or I'd have fallen. Very slippery if your shoes are wet, and something of a safety issue. Cleaning was slapdash in my opinion. Dust in some places, a bit of fluff on the floor, mould in the shower, etc. Looks OK until you take a closer look.

Great location and comfortable room, we really appreciated the hob and microwave.
The check in instructions asked us to send a photo of our passport and of our face for facial recognition scanning -- this was unnecessarily stressful, invasive and inappropriate. Just the code was enough when we got there so we're not sure what this was even for!

Nice and clean building and room. Easy to use the smart device to control the TV and AC facilities. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Small bathroom but shower worked well. There is no parking onsite and its hard to stop outside the building, however there is small amount of parking opposite. We found some off street parking nearby that was suitable for overnight until 9am
There is a lift onsite but it was out of order. we were not informed of this before arrival. We arrived in the evening and were very disappointed to see this. I was staying with my elderly mother and our room on was on the 2nd floor. She struggled with the stairs which was not good. I tried calling the number provided to discuss this situation but there was no answer.
There is a little kitchen in the room which is nice including an electric hob and microwave. Kettle with tea/coffee is provided, however this is useless if there are no basic mugs to actually make a cup of tea with. There were a couple of glasses and some basic utensils but tea mugs were all that were actually required!

The level of cleanliness and privacy was impressive.
I have a phobia for rooms with connecting doors. I will appreciate (in future) if I am to seek accommodation at your hotel apartment (which will happen soon) that my view is sought before assigning a room with connecting door to me.

Room & amenities in it were very good.
Lighting limited … couldn’t get close to bathroom mirror for putting on makeup. Limited lighting at the big mirror in room for same reason.
