Excellent hotel|Excellent service, very professional staff, breakfast top 10/10 and the most important thing is that it is super close to the square! Recommended, I will return very soon! Thank you for the HOTEL HUARAZ experience!

It is good. Tried local foods and breads.

Really lovely hotel for incredible value. The staff was extremely helpful with anything we asked. When we arrived at 5am the lady on the front desk was there to greet us and allowed us to check in and sleep which we were really grateful for. the room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. shower was powerful and warm! Free use of the kitchen facilities with tea and coffee available at all times. Couldn’t think of a better place to stay in Huaraz for comfort, safety and helpfulness.
Nothing. More people should stay here !!!

Very nice place, friendly staff, great breakfast.
A little out of town, and the dogs barking outside all night makes it noisy.

The Hostel ist very Clean, and more like a hotel really - but with Hostel prices! The Hosts are super friendly and do everything to make your Stay as comfortable as possible. It is just a few minutes from the center and there is no noise during night. I booked all my tours through the hostel which was really comfortable.
I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, my stay there was one of the best throughout my whole travelling during two months. I would definitely choose this place again! <3

The hotel is in a quiet area away from the centre but the walk to the centre is easy and not to far. The hotel has a relaxed vibe with friendly staff (Cecile & Manuel). Breakfast is simple but tasty and there is access to tea and coffee whenever you need it. The market is very close to get lots of nice fruit and vegetables and the kitchen is there if you would like to cook your own meals. Cecile allowed me a late check out as my bus was in the evening. You can also book tours at the reception even though they don’t advertise it. I booked for 2 nights but stayed for 5

There is nothing to complain about.

The view of the Andes. Great location and super friendly staff. Not far from bars and markets. Good breakfast. Also, a clean kitchen for guest to use. Definitely staying here on my next trip to huaraz

The staff is amazing! Really going the extra mile in making sure your stay is good. The terraces has an amazing view over the city and mountains around. Room was very big and comfortable.
4.4
Very good experience, very clean, friendly staff, wonderfull roof top with view on the mountains! Quiet area of the town. I recommend this hostal at 200 %.
4.4
Very kind staff. Kitchen available. Peaceful and calm.
No hair dryer. No control hot and cold shower. Too hot or too cold. Almost burned. No wifi in the room. Wifi only lobby available. Chilly room. A little far from downtown.
4.4
Comfortable, hot shower and good value for money
It was about 15 minutes walk to the main square but not an issue if you don’t mind walking
4.4
It is quiet, you can find nice, cheap places to eat around.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The wifi is poor, it did not work at all for over a day. I chose the property because it had wifi and a decent price, so this was the only major inconvenience.
They don’t come to clean unless you ask for it (which is fine, I guess)
The staff does not speak English, but they are very kind and helpful
If you are tired from the altitude, pay attention - it is located in Soledad Alta, which means you will have to go up the hill

king staff. nice lounge area . pool table is a nice perk
bathroom toilet leaked.

- The double room is spacious and clean, with lots of storage space (unfortunately no hanging space), separate seats, balcony and tea making facilities. Note that the triple rooms are smaller and darker but away from the street.
- The staff is friendly.
- Good, hot shower (in evening).
- Good bed.
- Rooftop terrace with excellent view.
- The location is relatively quite, while only 10-15 minutes walking from the city center.
- The room was very cold, most of the time colder than outside. During the day, I could walk outside with a t-shirt, but needed sweater and coat inside.
- The Wifi is very instable. 5 minutes connection, 5 minutes network etc. etc. (when you have connection, the speed is good).
- The room is not cleaned every day (on request it was cleaned).
- There are no comfortable seats on the rooftop terrace, only stools.
- We did not like the breakfast a lot. We got instant coffee, juice, bread and some kind of thick, floury maiz pancake. Consider booking without.
- Lights from the hallway are rather bright and shine into the room as there is a window above the entrance door.
- Very little water coming from the tap in the bathroom.
- Breakfast times are very limited (only from 7.30 to 8.30am) and inflexible. When we planned an early hike, we asked if we could take out breakfast the night before and it was not possible.
- The staff does not speak a word of English and needs to ask permission for everything to the manager/owner, who is only available by phone. This can easily lead to miscommunication.
The long list of negatives is partly compensated by the positives, so the final judgement is still positive. The Wifi and the cold were the only two serious negatives, the others a lesser issue.

The place is great! There’s a good location and very clean place. The owner and all the others people that work here is nice. The lodging is very helpful with the activities to do in the city. I highly recommend this Lodging.

It was a really great stay, the people there are very friendly and help you whenever you need. You can leave your stuff easily when you want to go for some more-day trips. The private room is very spacious and clean, and there is always hot water when you want to shower. Breakfast is beatifully done :)
4.4
The private room with personal bathroom was exceptional! You can leave your things and have peace of mind that everything is safe. There’s daily housekeeping and the staff are always cleaning so the lodging felt very comfortable to come back and relax at after a long day’s hike or long multi-day trek. The owners are so kind and accommodating - I arrived early AM after 2 days on the plane and an overnight bus, and they let me come in to use the bathroom and refresh, store my luggage until check-in, and have breakfast! They also have laundry service and it comes back smelling so clean. They’re allowing me to store my extra luggage while I do the Santa Cruz trek. They also let guests, who checked out but are waiting for an overnight bus out of Huaraz, stick around at the lodging until their bus departure. Location is slightly out of main square but it’s quieter and Huaraz is small so nothing is ever too far. Highly recommend!!

The value for money is awesome! I think I did not stay anywhere in Peru as cheap and good. The rooms are only with three people. Both the room and the bathroom are very clean. The breakfast is good and changes everyday. The staff is also very nice and the prices for the tours I booked were even cheaper than in other places around Huaraz.
4.4
Very friendly and helpful staff. They let us check-in earlier (7 am) and check-out later (8 pm).
They offer tourist bus to Lagune 69, Pastoruri glacier and many other places for good price.
The bathroom was clean with hot water and also the well equiped kitchen is available.
We enjoyed our stay there. Thank you.

The best stay during our months long trip! Beautiful hotel, quality breakfast, the staff was very helpful, nice kind people.
Value for money!
The mattress was very high quality, very hot shower.
Quite and clean.
The WiFi didn't worked properly.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area - ideal if you don't stand the typical taxi honking Rooms are quite spacious and have a nice and cozy design. The staff was helpful
The check-in process was terrible. We had to wait 2 hours and no one answered our calls (around 30), but we appreciated the room upgrade to make it up to us. Breakfast could be more generous. While we're quite short and thin, we felt the beds were really tiny and not ideal for someone tall.

Great staff
The wifi is weak

The view is amazing! the breakfast is nice. the rooms are lovely feeling.
The Wi-Fi was terrible. There’s multiple routers and they all were inconsistent for me. The bed was a bit old and springy. The staff were nice but hard to find at times.
4.4
Staff is friendly and has good english, free coca tea available, location is excellent - near to everything and in walkable distance to the center of town of Huaraz and other near out-city touristics sightseeings. Excellent Huaraz Hotel and Lodging
