Budget friendly stay in the heart of Norwich

Absolute bargain for the location, walking distance to the city centre and shops. Spacious room with a comfortable bed and also a wardrobe and study table. Free on-street parking was an added bonus

Nothing to dislike really, great value for the price. Bathroom was mostly clean. I would have appreciated if the bath mats were changed frequently, but it’s just a personal preference not a criticism.

Cómodo, buena ubicación y económico.

Ubicación central con acceso cercano a transporte público. Perfecto para estancias cortas o medianas. En mi caso, fui a un curso de universidad y había buena conexión de transporte público. El sector es tranquilo con algunos supermercados cerca. El espacio de la cocina y el baño compartido es limpio y agradable. Ningún inconveniente.

Avisar con anterioridad qué clase de habitación le corresponderá. En mi caso, me correspondió una habitación en el ático. Sin embargo, esa información es necesaria saberla con anterioridad.

Bad

The ceiling makes noise the walls make noise, the floor makes noise, you can't get up to go to the bathroom there is no bathroom it's outside the room and it's horrible. There is no mirror in the room, there is nothing, just walls and the bed is small, a very small space, it is not possible to breathe inside the room.

I arrived late at night, I complained that there was no bathroom in the room, so I would like to change, I was left outside late at night and unfortunately the service was very bad.

Small loft room, steep stairs and I bumped my head constantly on the low ceiling.

Room was clean

Room was very small and got much warmer than outside although it has a window. Overall it was a very boring room, could not stay there over 1 hour at most during the daytime.. Ok just to come at night and sleep.

Great price, great location, very happy all round

I had a lovely bright attic room with dormer windows and a casement window, desk, WiFi etc. Quiet residential street No trouble parking outside Close to shops, pub and a chippie. Easy instructions l. Everything was made very simple and the price was unbeatable

TRYING,but had great potential with basic courtesy/effort from owner.

The attitude of the owner.No TV in room,despite advert saying so.Was promised blind would be fixed the next day.Received no furthur response despite my efforts.Martin is FULL of empty charm.As long as he gets paid,he could not care less.

No different to before. Had the exact same room I booked before. It was convenient and near to the city.

For two straight nights, I was woken by a woman screaming at the top of her voice. Unsure if this was a neighbour or within the building.

Exceptional

I found Martin extremely helpful and available for questions throughout my stay. I was also impressed with the facilities and security. I stayed in a shared accommodation with my own room and several other visitors, who were respectful, friendly and pleasant to stay with. The Wi-Fi was free and extremely quick from my experience. The kitchen was well equipped, with utensils, cooking equipment, fridge/freezer, oven and gas hob, kettle, toaster and washing machine. I was nearby local shops and the centre of the city was a short walk. The information I was provided on check-in was very thorough and informative. I cannot recommend this place enough. Extremely good value for money.

I could not find anything to fault. I very much enjoyed my stay. No negatives in my opinion, especially for the price, it exceeded my expectations.

Manky dirty carpets and sofa, very dirty kitchen, no mugs left, no toilet paper, no cleaner to empty the bins

Good value and comfortable with all you need.

The property has everything you need including kitchen and washing machine and fridge/freezer so you can cut the cost of your stay by cooking for yourself. Bedroom was basic but the mattress was comfy, price was great!!

Everything was great, The place is not far from the city and also very quiet. Favourable for me to study, because i was there for a short course

Needs improvement

The rooms were not really clean, i used the shower and as i had closed the door I couldn’t open from inside i was stuck for over 30 minutes until i head to use my teeth and a towel to open, bad experience. Traffic noise was another issue.
