locația, foarte aproape de gară, port si centru...10 min mers lejer pe jos, locația frumoasă, propietarul receptiv la tot ce am avut nevoie, chiar ne-a permis sa lăsăm bagajele pana la ora plecari mai mult decât era nevoie

Великі апартаменти, гарне розташування, поряд магазини, ринок, пляж. До залізничного вокзалу і старого міста 15 хв. Господар Антоніо був завжди на зв'язку і намагалися допомогти у питаннях побуту.
В квартирі є майже все необхідне, пральна машина, посудомийка, великий холодильник, достатньо посуду. Якщо ви захочете випити вина або просеко, то бокали відсутні, тільки стакани для води.
Якщо захочете приготувати їсти, то столових ножів нема. Сковороди поламані і пригощають.

Great home with modern features. Very clean and comfortable. Great attention to detail from decoration to efficiency. The host was prompt in communication. Several food options are nearby. Building secured. Best air conditioning in my whole Italy trip. Slept well.
Local bus transportation was not nearby to the home. Walk to the train station was a somewhat long walk.

Great contact with owner. Accommodation was huge. 6 friends (one couple) could easily fit in.
It was literally perfect place. Close to main train station. Close to terminal SITA bus stop. Close to all kinds of shops.
We had an accident with toilet and water coming out of it, but I believe owner already solved the problem. Fortunately there are 2 toilets so maybe there were little queues, but not a big deal for me😀

The property is very modern and upgraded. Absolutely the best A/C system during our entire trek across Italy. Apartment is very clean. there is a small washer to wash clothes, drying must be done on a line, but we managed. The owner was very responsive and rules and clearly marked.
It was a little bit of a walk from the main attractions in Salerno. Easy walk to the water ferry which was nice. Food in the area was good as well.

Apartment very comfy, clean and spacious, aircondition in every room. About 10min walk from main street with shops and restaurants. Public beach 4min away, around the apartment lot of café.

When it comes to communication with the owner not that good. At first we did reservation for 6 people , but after a while we knew it would be only 5 of us. Immediately I informed the owner about that change and asked if the price would change. According to my research we should have paid less for 5 people but I was told nothing is changed. I asked BOOKING for help (in changing number of residents in reservation) but they were surprised the owner does not speak english so I was left on my own. After that I tried to reach the owner via phone but he didn’t respond on that. Even though he was informed about that change he forgot about it and demended tax fee for 6. We were also unpleasantly surprised at the end of our stay. On booking it was written check-out is possible till 11:00am. At about 10:20am the door was open (we were sitting inside) so the cleaner could prepare apartment for the next reservation. We were told that we had time till 10:00 not 11:00 (but nobody ever informed us about it). Apartment is great but contact with the owner a bit difficult.

The place is absolutely stunning,
locations is perfect, beach is just across the road and its 10 minutes walk from the main street.
Apartment is very large, light and clean, host is very attentive, it was perfect stay for our group.

I am going to be very balanced with my review, as I believe in being both factual and fair. This is an absolutely lovely apartment, honestly the photos do not do it justice. It is far more spacious and beautifully light than the pictures show. It is well appointed with modern features throughout, cleaned to an exceptionally high standard, and well equipped.
It is easy to access with an elevator right next to the door, entry is via a key code, and the automatic lock system when you enter or leave is a nice touch in terms of feeling secure.
There are double doors and large windows throughout meaning there is plenty of opportunity to have fresh air circulating through the entire unit, there are balconies attached to both bedrooms, and the living area.
Should you wish to keep the doors and windows closed, there is multi temperature air-conditioning operated via remote control, ensuring easy and practical use.
There are shutters in the bedrooms enabling choice over how much light to admit in the morning, a kitchen with everything one may need, and two bathrooms, both with showers the main one having a system with three different options of shower available.
Location wise, the beach is across the main road, and so instantly accessible, and there is a very well stocked supermarket approximately three minutes walk away, then an even larger one just a little further.
And so, there is much to recommend, and were there not a huge issue durning my stay, I would not hesitate to leave my review at this point, and encourage everyone to enjoy this apartment as much as I should have.

There was a problem with the boiler, meaning I was without hot water from arrival on Sunday, to Wednesday afternoon. Four of my six days stay. The boiler was replaced on the Wednesday. It is completely reasonable to expect better than this from any property, but especially from a property I paid over €800 to stay in. I completely understand that things can and will go wrong when renting a property, it’s life, and the nature of this type of business. I am a very reasonable and understanding person, but I also have standards of service both practical and personal, which are justifiable to expect.
On returning to the UK, I contacted booking.com and related the events to them, they wanted to contact the owner on my behalf, as they believed that compensation was more than reasonable in this case. I agreed, as I did not in any way get what I paid for, and was willing to accept a percentage of the fee to compensate for both the lack of available basic hygiene facilities, and the infringement on my time in terms of calls, messages, and waiting in for the owner, and then technician.
The owner replied saying that he was not willing to offer any compensation at all, as he changed the boiler. The staff at booking.com tell me that they tried several times to encourage him to be reasonable and fair, but that each time he refused.
Was the boiler changed? Yes it was, this is factually correct. Was it changed four and a half days into a six day stay? Yes. This is also factually correct.
Does the owner have to compensate me a part of my payment as I did not receive what I paid for? No he does not, he has my money, and is not obliged to by law.
Would it have been the right, and respectful course of action to take? The courteous and professional approach to resolving an unfortunate incident? A client led course of action that lets potential bookers know that they are in safe and reliable hands in terms of any issues that may arise when choosing to stay here?
