We had a fabulous time and would recommend Hotel Lago to others.

The breakfast was great and the service was so friendly and helpful. Ricardo, Sophia and Roberto went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and also provided us with all the transfers we needed.

Certainly not a reflection of Hotel Lago but getting around in Lake Como is very challenging. The staff was super helpful to assist us and provide transportation for our group.

un'oasi di tranquillità con vista sul Lago di Como e tanta disponibilità

ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia e sono rimasto sorpreso dall'unicità del boutique hotel. le stanze sono con una vista spettacolare sul Lago di Como, l'arredamento è di gusto ed il letto, il migliore che abbia mai usato. ci tornerei anche solo per dormire. la sponda del Lago non è la più commerciale e per questo ho apprezzato il relax e la calma, comunque a pochi minuti da Como. La colazione è spettacolare e lo staff ti accoglie in un modo così gradevole che ti fa sentire a proprio agio fin da subito.

Migliorerei la cucina, nel senso che, soprattutto in questa fase di pandemia, dove è difficile gestirla, non sapendo fino all'ultimo se arriveranno i clienti, evidenzierei nel menu, ciò che non è disponibile, piuttosto che far scegliere al cliente e poi scoprire che è terminato.

Stylisches Hotel mit liebenswürdigem Personal und fantastischer Aussicht

In einheitlich modernem Stil ausgestattetes Hotel in toller Aussichtslage. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Besuche von Como, Bellagio, Menaggio usw. Speisesaal mit Orangerie und verglaster Decke oder wahlweise die Terrasse mit Blick auf See sind sehr attraktiv. Vom überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal wird das ganze Hotel perfekt gepflegt und sauber gehalten. Reichhaltiges Morgenbuffet und eine kleine Auswahl an Menus für ein stimmungsvolles Abendessen runden das Angebot ab.

Top Hotel, Top Lage, wenn die Strasse vor dem Hotel nicht wäre.

Wunderschönes Beautique Hotel am See - Zimmer absolut top.

... den Balkon zu geniessen ist anspruchsvoll aufgrund der Strasse, welche direkt vor dem Hotel durchgeht. Der Lärm ist beträchtlich und dazu wird weder vom Hotel noch bei der Gästebewertung auf den Verkehr vor dem Hotel hingewiesen (Mofas und Autos, welche die Strasse als Bergstrecke benutzen).

Great view of the lake from balcony and the bed. Everything looked and smells clean. Everyone was super nice , friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was very nice as well.

Need a car to get around for sure. Not much available around the hotel. The buses are not reliable. They stows up once an hour, often full and at times do not stop at the bus stop across the hotel. Taxi is not always available and even if they are it takes 18 min to come by. We regretted not renting a car. The wifi was spotty and disconnected as soon as we walked out to the balcony.

Excellent place to stay in Torno

Comfort, staff ,meals view from balcony, and parking. Staff was particularly pleasant and helpful. Meals, in house, were a terrific bonus and were excellent. Parking was easy to use, right in hotel property.

Lake Como

Hotel new and with a nice view on the lake. Rooms are big enough and with many comforts. Good breakfast.

is placed on a really narrow street completely dark during evening, not suggested if u carry trolley or with small children. Taxi are never coming in this place and the only solutions are to use the hotel taxi service overpriced or go to harbour by feet. Problem only with the check out for overpriced extra bed (a poor inflatable mattress) charged for a child of 5 years not considered in the reservation since as stated there was no need of extra bed especially of that kind…. As suggested better ask an overcharge for a child than use the poor extra bed trick never requested.

Excellent boutique hotel with a personal experience and a very welcome stuff. amazing lake view from the huge room. convenient and large beds. perfect access from the road to the parking lot and a very good location just near the shore edge of the lake.Magnificent breakfast - Everything was fresh juicy with local fruits and cheese....

The dinner was not my cup of tea. Expensive and below average.

The room was large with beautiful furniture, comfortable bed with various pillows. The bathroom was also large and had very good quality amenities. Breakfast and dinner were very well cooked with fresh products.

Our room was a corner room and we couldn't enjoy the full view.

I wound highly recommend Hotel Lago for its location and kind staff- and- such a beautiful hotel in which to relax! you

instead of being in busy Como, we relaxed in Torno, about 20 minutes north. We were greeted at the train station and driven by Alessandro ( forgive me if I misspelled). Our room was large and with a spectacular view of Lake Como. Our favorite parts of our stay we’re watching the lights come on in the towns on the lake, and watching as each morning grew brighter. We chose to have room service both nights, and the food was delicious. There’s coffee in the room and breakfast is included on a sunny patio. Roberta, the general manager, was welcoming and could answer our questions. It’s a happy walk down to the town harbor to get on the ferries.

the only drawback is not the property itself, which is modern and well furnished… but , it is above the road. from time to time, the traffic is a little noisy.
