It's a wonderful cosy, very large flat with a brilliant location.

Still a little pricey and had a little problem trying to find the place, but totally worth it once you're finally there.

Superb

The location was perfect. The apartment was just as it looks in the photos - amazing! The host responded really well to any questions we asked. As a group of girls we felt safe and secure in the property. We loved the kitchen facilities and all the extras in the kitchen. The beds were comfy and the lounge/dining area was great for a special birthday breakfast. I'd love to live there!

Good location

advertised as having 3 bathrooms which was a specific requirement of our group. on arrival only 2 bathrooms. No extra set of bedding for the fold out bed so no where for the third person to sleep

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous apartment in the middle of Bath. It was perfect all round.

Fantastic centrally located period property apartment

Fantastic centrally located apartment within a beautiful building. Comfortable beds and, an array of furniture in the living room. Functional kitchen and nice en-suite, WC and shower facilities.

One bedroom was a little cold-the electric heater didn’t suffice. A little noisy being very centrally located with only single glazed windows.

If you love a homely feel and being in the centre of things this is the place to stay

location was great, the interior had a very cosy feel to it, like being a home from home

we stayed Friday and Saturday night and due to location being great in the centre there was a fair amount of noise from people out late and into the early hours.

character, cleanliness, good facilities, spacious.

Although the location is good & central the noise of people in the streets is too loud & affected sleep until 4am ! Pull out Bed in longe uncomfortable ! Not enough privacy in En-suites with open or clear glass dividing the spaces ! ok for couples but as 4 female friends not appropriate!

Amazing location, apartment and hosts!

Fantastic apartment just a stone's throw from everything! Warm and comfortable and lovely original features!

Can become noisy in the early morning due to refuse collections, window cleaning and general bustle in the square. Not good for light sleepers. However the back bedroom is a little better.

gorgeous decor, very well-equipped, lots of space with comfortable living areas and beds. central location. a lot Christmas tree was a lovely touch! ( we arrived Dec 1).

Stunning apartment in the centre of Bath. Lynsey was very accommodating and quick to respond. We loved the apartment and the level of attention to detail. Would highly recommend for a weekend trip to Bath! Great value for money for such a luxurious stay!

Absolutely lovely apartment. perfect location in the Centre of Bath. Has everything you need and is decorated beautifully. The apartment is clean, good quality bed lining and towels. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Bath.

Can be a little loud at night but is expected due to central location. Not bad enough to put myself off going back.

Beautiful property, great comfort & facilities in a popular area of Bath

It is a wonderful combination of regency beauty and modern facilities in a great location

Be conscious of the fact that Kingsmead Square attracts late night crowds and that if it is a dry, warm night there will be noise and it will go on for quite some time

Spotlessly clean ; stylish decor ; quality bed linen /toiletries etc ; well stocked with utensils games books everything you need and in the centre of Bath

Great location

Location was excellent and the style of the property is beautiful

Very noisy from early in the morning. Can hear everything going on in the cafe below No indication on the email of arrival or check out times. We arrived at midday and the apartment was not clean. . We phoned the agent who said it was not permissible to leave our luggage in the apartment and there was no secure place to leave it. We were informed check in time was 3pm but when we returned at 3pm the housekeeping was still cleaning the apartment. The champagne glasses had lipstick on them and there were only herbal tea bags no ordinary ones. All look so the bath mat by the sink was grubby. Apart from that it was a lovely apartment
