Nice cabin sitting on the water at the lower lake of Sardis. Features include screened in front & back porch, covered parking, private boat dock, boat ramp only 1 house over. Less than 2 miles to marina and upper lake. Fully stocked kitchen. DirecTv, WiFi, and much more. If you are looking for a nice cabin on the lake at Sardis, this is it. Will sleep 6 people. Located only 20 minutes from Oxford. Owners have no advance knowledge of the water level on the lower lake or if the dock will be accessible.

House was nice and in a good location from the lake. Was a little skeptical of leaving items in the boat at night but all was well. Has enough room to pull in and turn around for larger 21 ft boat boat owners.

The only disappointment was that the tributary the property is on lost most all of it water on day 2 leaving us with a mud hole and no place to pull the boat up to or fish from. Not the owner's fault so they still get 5 stars, but we did have to go elsewhere to fish and boat.

Overall good stay. Owner reached out before arrival and was very polite. Every thing you needed was there- excellent grill out back as well as rear and front screened in porch. No water in canal to allow for fishing but we were warned a head of time. Had question and sent two messages but received no response. Nothing major but I wuold have like getting a response. My best guest she didnt get the message.

very easy to find. The water was up so we got to sit on the dock and watch the ducks go in the water. I loved the back porch for sitting and drinking coffee. My little one enjoyed roasting marshmallows on the fire. We had a great weekend! The beds and couch was super comfy!

My wife and I stayed there, while I worked at some local customers, and she got to relax. The place was very clean and as described. Communication with the owner was quick and friendly. I would recommend this place, and if I am back in the area, we would stay again.

Was nervous about the single bathroom but there was enough space in the place to move about and stretch. Great spot, quick ride to the marina. Would stay here again. Something to note the Keurig only worked when it wanted to and was the only pain.

We had a fabulous time here! Close enough to Oxford for all the graduation festivities, but far enough out that the kids could really stretch out and have a good time. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Cabin was very inviting and comfortable. Clean, well stocked and maintained. Only complaint would be the weather. Near tornado the first day, cold front second and third. That made the cabin the highlight of the trip.

Had a great stay the cabin was beautiful very clean and nice. The parking was great had my truck and boat out of the weather had a nice car port for both. The weather was ok for march only issue was ran out of propane for the furnace but sent an email was answered in 20 minutes they had a employee come an got us electric heaters and had the tank filled the next day was very impressive. Had many text with the owner she was very concerned about us and great to deal with. Would recommend this place to anybody and would definitely stay again. Will probably be they only place I would stay. Almost felt like I was staying at a friends place.

Lovely, clean property with river canal right behind the house. Not as private as it looks online, but neighbors were friendly and quiet. Far nicer in person than it looked online -- large second room, spotless with large screened in porches on the front and back of the house. I highly recommend it.

Great house to stay in.

We had a great time on a spur of the moment fishing trip. The house was wonderful and centrally located close to all the big crappie lakes on the I55 corridor. Very very clean house. Well maintained and probably the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in on a fishing trip. The owners were very nice and helpful with any questions I had. There is a general store close to the house called Moore’s general store. It’s a must go to stop while your there. Thanks for a great place to stay!
