This completely remodeled cabin is only minutes from Pats Bluff boat ramp and Coles Point. After a day on the water you will find you are only 20 mins away from Oxford where there you will find the college campus of Ole Miss and plenty of variety for dining and shopping. You will find custom Queen size beds for each of the 3 bedrooms. Kitchen has been updated and even features a dishwasher! WIFI and DirecTV are available.

Well equipped and well furnished home for our 6 person family. The couch was exceptionally comfortable. Clean. Owner was very receptive and gave us the spot to catch a 16 inch crappie. Bonus: all the rooms have TV’s with Disney plus

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very easy going nice people. Helped out with some fishing tips. The property is just what you need to enjoy a week of fishing on Sardis. E.C. Moore butcher shop is as advertised. Just a real enjoyable get away. Thanks.

Very nice place to stay. Plenty of parking for two trucks with boats side by side in driveway. Fish cleaning table was awesome to have and also the screened in back porch was nice. Patts Bluff boat ramp just 2 minutes down the road but was too low to put in at during the fall. Sardis dam boat ramp is where we went only about 10 minutes or so away. Great place to stay will definitely try to rent again. Owner is very accommodating and helpful too!

The house was decorated so cute with Ole Miss and farmhouse touches. The sectional sofa was especially comfortable as well as the beds and pillows. The kitchen was stocked better than most places I have rented.

Great property super close to Sardis Lake’s Southwest side. It was perfect for our group of 6 adults. There are not enough compliments to give on the owner and the property. Listing is 100% accurate, everything you could possibly need and close to several boat ramps. 20 minutes to either Oxford or Batesville. When we come back to the area, we will definitely stay at one of Mika’s properties again!

Great little house, very convenient to Oxford. Main TV in living room didn’t have the ESPN channels for football watching. Fireplace in living room didn’t work either. Overall very comfortable beds & hot showers were great for a chilly weekend!

The home was very clean and comfortable. It contained stylish decorations and furniture. The beds were very comfortable. Best of all it was very close to the Sardis lake boat ramps. The driveway was wide and easy to back the boat into and it had an electrical outlet close by for the trolling motor batteries. The gas station down the lane sold minnows and has the essentials like ice. I've stayed in a lot of homes near good fishing lakes. This one was absolutely the best.

Was a great place to stay for my daughters graduation from Ole Miss. Right around the corner from the lake. Beautiful home and great scenery. Would definitely stay again! Mika was even gracious enough to bring my daughter a graduation card. Very sweet and thoughtful of her. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

Great location. The only thing we found missing was the lake didn’t have fish cleaning stations open. No fault of the property owners. A light at the fishing cleaning table at the house would have been nice. Everything else was great!!
