Decorated in hues of blue and green with a fun focus on sea animal artwork, the Seaglass and Agate is a family- and dog-friendly retreat.
The first floor is situated as the main gathering area with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room.
Kitchen
Situated to make sure you don’t miss out on the family fun while making meals, the kitchen is open and faces both the dining area and living room. It was so nice to have a place that supported a family with young kids. From the bunk beds to the kid dishes in the kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed, stocked with good quality pots and pans. We had a issue with the dryer and it was taken care of right away.

Very well appointed, clean house in a great location near the beach. There was more than enough room for all of us including grandparents, parents and kids. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again,

Well thought out with loads of games, clear instructions for most of the areas where they were needed (including the shower). Incredible master bathroom! The kids room (4 bunks) was well laid out with each bunk equipped with reading lights and privacy curtains. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, 3 ways to make coffee and much more!
Some suggestions: Replace the grill. Even after replacing the propane, it took almost 90 minutes to grill shish kabobs and the auto pilot didn’t work. There were ants coming out of the wall at the upstairs shower head. The oven was extremely slow, although that was mentioned in the “book”. The management company did come out with a pet/child friendly spray for the ants and confirmed that the grill needed to be replaced. Otherwise a well equipped home for the 10 people and two dogs that happily enjoyed the house for a week!

Farther from the beach than I expected. Cold master bed room. No matches to light the barbecue. No garbage bags No general instructions (what to do when leaving, when is garbage picked up, attractions in the area)

The house was perfect for my husband and I and our two daughters (and their spouses). My Mom even came for a visit! The master shower was amazing, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and sitting on the back deck for morning coffee together. There is seating for 5 comfortably in the living room while others sat in dining room chairs. Rockaway is a wonderful community and we loved having a world famous pronto pups! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family.

It was a very clean home. My father-in-law could not have been happier with the wheel chair accommodations. This was the first time he was able to join in the Mother's Day celebration all in the same home.

This home was perfect for my family to stay in. The home has a beach theme and was lovely decorated with attention to detail in every room. The kitchen had good appliances and was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The fireplace was a great feature. We loved this house and will try to book it again in the future.

Very comfy home. We enjoyed being a short walk from the beach, and since several days were cool and rainy we also enjoyed just spending time at home. With 5 adults the living, dining and kitchen areas were just the right size. We enjoyed the gas fireplace - definitely added a warm and cozy feel. Great to have a fenced yard for our dog.

We always loved that neighborhood for rentals and have this house was a great fit to our large family size.

If you have someone in a motorized wheelchair this house is perfect for you. The master bathroom is tailored to accommodate a handicapped person with its walk/roll in shower and elevated toilet. The entrance for the wheelchair is a wrap around deck. It gave my husband a lot of freedom. He was able to easily get in and out of the house and even went for a ride aroun the quiet neighborhood.
A fenced back yard that was sand was great for the dogs to play outside, and a hose by the back door made it easy to wash the dogs feet.
Kitchen is furnished with spices. If you want to bake you will need to bring your own flour, sugar etc.
We notice a hand towel holder off the wall. We called the number and they were very prompt to text back and get it fixed.

We had a great time at this property! The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed for cooking and grilling, and it’s a quick walk down to the beach. We have a large family, and elderly grandparents and it was an accommodating place. Definitely planning to stay again!

My family and I enjoyed the house. We have 2 boys with wheelchairs so having accessibly in the house was great. We enjoyed walking around the community and very friendly neighbors. Beach access to the jetty by walking is great. If you need beach wheelchair access use the one on beach st.
My only con is that the kitchen table is long so makes moving wheelchairs around difficult and no tv in the second bedroom downstairs. Also updating what places and locations that are accessible. The wheelchair beach access off of Washington street in Rockaway is washed out.
We would definitely recommend this house and stay again.

The house comfortably accommodated six adults for a family week at the beach. The lower level is fully accessible, including a nice ramp from the driveway into the house and a large roll-in shower in the master bathroom.

Well equipped home. Very quiet and relaxing. Games, puzzles and bunk beds were a hit with the kids. We had a great time. Everything was clean. We had no issues or complaints.
3 things to note; bring your own coffee if you want some, the shower takes time to drain but eventually will, and the house takes time to warm up from sitting at 60F. We went during spring break… but it snowed….in April. Overall a vacation to remember.

The house is beautiful!
The house is beautiful. The layout of the house was simple and very functional for the four of us that stayed there with room for more people. The living room, dining room and kitchen is open with no obstructions so everyone can still visit whether watching TV, eating at the dining room table or cooking. There are TVs in just about every room which was very nice. The house was very clean when we arrived and felt well kept. The beds were very comfortable and slept well. The kitchen was very functional with a coffee maker at the ready. I loved that the house location was a comfortable walking distance to the beach. And the house location is within driving distance to many restaurants and other site seeing activities. I would definitely recommend this as a great house to stay at for anyone interested in vacationing in the area and would highly recommend it over a generic hotel stay.

Perfect place for accessibility and family
This is our second time staying here. We love the access of the suite for my husband and the other separate areas for different combinations of family to stay with us but still gather in the big common space around the kitchen. Open and airy, comfy beds, lots of puzzles and games, bikes and sand toys. Well equipped kitchen. Close to Manzanita (better beach access for my husband), Cannon beach, local beach not at all accessible for husband, but great for everyone else.

This was a lovely home and easily accommodated seven of us. Our granddaughters loved the bunk room. Especially the curtains and reading lights. Great beach within walking distance.

Great Accessibility!!!
I am confined to a wheelchair and the accessibilty to manuever around the house was excellent. There were no barriers between rooms, the doors were extra wide, and there were grab bars by the two downstairs' beds and toilets. I loved the adjustable bed in the main bedroom, which was super handy to have. The main downstairs bathroom was great to use with grab bars in the roll-in shower and the ability to roll my wheelchair right under the bathroom sink and countertop. The wheelchair ramp led up to the deck, which went around the entire house so I could participate with family while on the deck. It was a great place at the beach to stay with the entire family!!

Perfect for our family
The layout of this house was perfect for our group: my wife & I, our son, his wife, & their two sons (ages 2 & 4), and our daughter, her husband, & their 5 month old son. The house was very clean & comfortable, & well stocked. We would definitely stay here again! Two things that were a little sub-par: 1. Didn't receive check in information (lock code, etc) until the morning of the day we were to arrive. 2. The small outside garbage dumpster for the house was full on arrival, so we had no choice but to leave all of our garbage inside the house when we left. Fortunately, we were only in Rockaway Beach for a couple of days, or it would have been worse. Aside from those two things, we loved our stay.

Stayed with my wife, who is handicapped and uses a wheelchair, and our family. Lots of room for our family of 5 and several guests. Roll-in shower in the master bath was amazing.

Great wheelchair home...Once you get inside
this home has been set up beautifully for a wheelchair user. I have an electric wheelchair. The only challenge was the threshold getting into the house- about an inch and a half. My electric wheelchair made it over with a few clunks. We have a portable threshold ramp that we will bring next time. The furniture is well spaced for wheelchair use and the queen bed downstairs with its automatic recline made getting out of bed so much easier. my family loved how well stocked the kitchen was with things like a blender and electric hand mixer. It made cooking in the kitchen easy. The walk to the beach was nice and the stretch of beach was beautiful with not many people the weekend we went. We were definitely stay here again. Thanks to the owners for making it possible for wheelchairs. Not many options on the coast so this was a delight!

Cozy and comfortable
Great home for family with small children - our grandson loved the bunk beds and the upstairs bedroom. Close to the beach, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.
