Update on 10-1-2024 - The waterpark annual maintenance will happen sometime around mid-January, exact dates have yet to be determined. During this time, the park closes down whatever section they are working on.

Welcome! This newer 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. Your 7th floor unit offers the best views of the Intracoastal Waterway both day and night. Enjoy watching the dolphins and boats as they pass by.

Unit 7719 comes with 4 free daily splash Harbour Water Park passes. That's a $100 a day value (additional passes are offered at a discounted rate).

Travel insurance is recommended as this unit has a strict cancellation policy of no refunds.

This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with rich-looking wood flooring and a full-size stackable washer and dryer. The living/dining room area has wood flooring also a Smart TV, and a queen size sofa sleeper couch. The master bedroom has a Smart TV, 2 queen size beds, and a spacious bath with a walk-in shower to enjoy. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a full bathroom. The living area has a sleeper sofa that can sleep the 9th and 10th occupant. (surcharge for 9th and 10th guest)

Think it can't get any better...There is a sundeck facing Indian Rocks Beach located right down the hall from this unit for you to watch some of the best sunsets you will ever see!

The Waterpark and it's lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside.

Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar,and The Lighthouse Donuts are just a few of the many restaurants within walking distance, and just a few miles away you'll find the famous John's Pass where the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is located. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues.

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a friends get together, Indian Rocks Beach and 7719 Harbourside make for the perfect vacation destination. You won't want to leave!

We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee.

PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR, BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 8TH FLOOR.

AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. Check in is any time after 4PM.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences, and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

Due to our high occupancy rate, sorry, but we cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs. We kindly ask that you please refrain from asking for either an early check-in or a late check-out.

Location's great for children, our granddaughter loved the waterpark! The building is old, the elevator is very old. The unit needs major updating! 80s furniture, arms of the couch was threadbare! No shampoo in the bathroom, basic supplies should have been provided! dark brown towels in the bathroom, makes you wonder if they are clean. Also, the instruction to check in and checkout was too long!

Our Grandkids enjoyed both the beach and the water park. They were happy to hear that their flight back home was canceled so they could spend another day. Management was very helpful in getting us a different room for our on expected stay.

The condo was just as it said and the view of the bay is always breathtaking and we were able to see the dolphins swimming. This is a great place to stay especially with littles. If you enjoy the beach there are even beach accessories to use. Everything was clean and worked just as described. Definitely anticipate a trip back!

First visit to this side of Florida with the family (husband, and 2 kids under 5 yo). They enjoyed the water park (even though the water wasn't as warm as we anticipated). It was super easy to access. The beach wagon, chairs, and toys were also another great bonus and the proximity to the beach! We enjoyed looking out at the views of the waterway and the boats below, and the condo had everything we needed for a long fun- fulled long weekend. The elevator was a tad slow, couch a little stiff and you had to bring toiletries, otherwise still highly recommend and would return! Thanks for a great stay!

Many great things about this condo. The location is amazing! It is near the beach, lots of great restaurants, and a very safe area. We were on the 7th floor and loved the view from the balcony. We did see dolphins and many boats going up and down the intercoastal. We had no trouble with the elevator and everyone was very friendly. The only negative was the furniture in the living room. It was not comfortable and seemed somewhat worn. That being said we did use it anyway. The furniture on the balcony was very nice. We have been in this area several times, and will continue to come back. We had a wonderful time!!

We loved our short stay here. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to some great seafood restaurants with live music (oyster season is the best). Our kids loved the pool with waterslides (too cold for adults). The view from the room was fabulous. I would recommend blackout curtains for those that don't want to wake with the sun. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great weekend at this property. Its location was convenient to the beach, shopping, and dining. The view from the back deck was amazing!The property was very clean and well appointed. The condo was equipped with all the beach supplies you would need, including beach towels. The water park was fun too!

2nd time renting here and it’s as great as ever. Having a water park outside your door is an indispensable asset. The surrounding area is also commercially maturing which is really nice. There is something for everyone in this area. Great place for families and not too flashy. We will probably return with more family!!

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, restaurants & the quiet family atmosphere. The grandkids really enjoyed the water park & overall we had a wonderful time. We’re looking forward to returning next year or hopefully sooner. The condo had everything we needed.

This was a beautiful property and we Loved it!!!We had a little trouble finding it at first .Not clear that it was a parking ramp entrance.Everything was clean and well kept. My only concern was the lock to the outside deck. The door would not shut properly or lock. Otherwise, instructions for arrival were well listed. Lots of useful information in the binder. We left a new lawn chair and umbrella for anyone to use. The wagon for the beach needs to be replaced. Old with a broken wheel!!!Would definitely recommend a stay here!!!

Wonderful property! Waterpark a plus! Except the last day we were only allowed 2 Waterpark passes, we were suppose to get 4 per day. We did have an early wake up call one morning with a 3:30 fire alarm. Entire complex was evacuated! A lot of smoke! Taken care of quickly and efficiently . We were permitted to return within an hour. Close to restaurants and an awesome bakery, Pipo N Betty’s bakery. There were problems with one of the elevators. Took a couple of tries to fix it, but it was fixed. The location was within walking distance to the beach. It was very nice to have beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach toys available . We did have to wait for a parking pass but, was quickly taken care of. I plan to hopefully stay here again.

At the last minute we found ourselves without a place to stay for 12 days due to a bad air b&b experience. I found this last minute gem and we were able to book it for the same day! It was an absolutely gorgeous condo and had a water park and restaurant and bar right in the property! What a find! We had breakfast every morning looking over the inter coastal waterway! Will definitely be back!

We ran away from home for a midwinter break and we found our perfect hideaway! This condo was immaculate, perfectly stocked and appointed and the beds were super comfy. We loved our stay here and would definitely book again! Our boys had tons of fun in the water park. We decided to head over to the beach one day aster we arrived and found a couple of the provided beach chairs had broken brackets - we made do and let the property manager know. And the next day we had new chairs! Great communication. The view from the balcony was awesome - can see the gulf, lots of pelicans resting on the pylons and lots of boats idling by. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

We loved this place. The location was great as you could easily get to anywhere. The waterpark is PERFECT for small children. My kids are 4, 6, 7 and they said the water park was the best part of the whole trip (other than the CMA). The 2 bedrooms were also great for kids and parents. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Please please read the contract that they make you sign. I planned a trip there and did not like the location. I asked if I could change my stay for safety reasons being they put me on the 7th floor and I’m scared of heights. The garage looked like it was a meet up spot to get robed. I asked could I change my 3 days to 2 and the Manager has no heart and said no you booked so you staying and she kept saying I have been doing this since 2016 and never had a problem. Well you do now can you correct this issue? And the answer kept being no so I only stayed 1 night and did not get my refund as requested multiple times.

This condo is exactly as stated in VRBO very clean, wonderful views, and a very easy process for checkin, checkout. The water park at the facility was icing in the cake for the kids. Indian Rocks is a great little beach town with plenty of places to eat, and shop.
