Welcome to “Seaside Beach Cottage” by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes

Welcome to your coastal getaway at Indian Rocks Beach, where our 3-bedroom, 3-bath home awaits. Comfortably sleeping 10 with the use of the two sleeper sofas in the living room. it's a perfect haven for family and friends. Our newly-designed backyard oasis boasts a heated pool for your pleasure and a sandy area for children's laughter and play. Stay tuned for new pictures of your next vacation paradise.

Need to Know
We do not supply anything that is taken off the property. That would include any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Usually there is some at the property left from past guests. We do not guarantee what will be there. There will be a beach wagon of some kind

-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera at the southeast corner facing entrance and another on the northwest corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee for one dog or $100 per dog if more than one.

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

The property was bigger than the pictures suggest. Perfect for multiple family members with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms providing some privacy. Open kitchen and living room floor plan and large outdoor covered patio area great for family time. Pool beautiful and clean. Easy walk to the beach. Only frustration was getting trying to get a receipt and information from the management. It all worked out but I feel I had to ask for information (receipt, how to enter property, etc.).

I loved the location- near beach, shops, restaurants and nature preserve. Kids had so much fun swimming in the pool. The washer and dryer were helpful and the kitchen was nice. My only critique is that I wish the bedrooms that opened to the outside had a deadbolt and/or the fence had a lock. Would have felt more secure with kids. Good place and would recommend. Overall had a lovely stay!

The house was in a great location and was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. We were provided with everything we needed and appreciated the beach accessories that were left for us. The back yard was very nice, and the pool was plenty big and great for cooling off. Our host was very responsive when we had any questions or needed to contact him. We would definitely recommend this house!

Location was perfect! We normally book right on the beach with an ocean view. This year we needed pet friendly because we traveled with our 10 year old dachshund. This house was as close as we could get to “ocean view” and checked all of our boxes. The house itself could use some updating, but that did not put any hamper in our vacation whatsoever! If I could give any advice at all; bring your own trash bags and dishwasher pods. We only had 1 bag in the can and one extra for the entire week; we made due with those and the Publix grocery bags we had from our shopping trip. Beware, if more than one person showers at once (in alternate bathrooms) the water temp fluctuates from warm to scolding. Use of the pool is best in early AM/late PM due to the heat of Florida. That was also not an issue as we spent most of our daytime at the beach which I might add was a very close walk and GORGEOUS! The Gulf is always PERFECT for us and this area was more than expected! Thank you for opening up your guest home to us and for your quick response anytime we had a question/issue. Again, sorry for turning your bath towels pink 😉 Can’t wait for our next trip to Florida!

due to unforeseen circumstances, we actually stayed at two different places. Both within a couple blocks of each other and the beach. This area is quieter and ability to drive around on golf carts. The manager was amazing to work with, always prompt in communications and timing of information. We would stay again at a place this manager oversees.

House was perfect for us. We had 10 guest and all slept comfortably. House was equipped with so much more than we needed for the beach/pool. Very clean. Only a few minute walk to the beach.Property manager stayed in contact with us the whole time we had any questions. Will definitely look into more often for vaca.

This was a great place for a family getaway. The place was well represented on the VRBO site. Nestled in a neighborhood with a 3 minute walk to beach. Local restaurants very convenient at a 5 minute walk. Host was very communicative and very much appreciated.

Amazing location. Owner very responsive but overall for cost was very disappointing in rental. Furniture specifically the couch looked like it was from Goodwill. The bunk beds were very unstable, and overall lack of dresser space. Finally- while pool was nice had to access thru bedroom which was not ideal. Kitchen had minimal supplies- no large serving dishes. Ended up washing ALOT by hand (with no drying rack) bc needed to reuse items. Would not recommend.

We had the the best time here! The house is very clean and functional with everything we needed throughout the week. Super short walk to the beach and restaurants. Dog park is just around the corner too! Took a few trips into St Pete, Crystal River to swim with manatees (highly recommended!) and Honeymoon Island for the dog beach, which they loved. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Thank you for the memorable vacation.😊

We travel with another family every summer and we love Indian Rocks Beach. This house with its pool and easy walk to the beach was perfect for us, our four teenagers, and one younger daughter. The pool was such a nice add on with so much shade. I wish I could give the property manager more than five stars, we didn't have any issues but all communications and questions were responded to very quickly.

House was easy walk to beach. Pool was cleaned 2x a week! House basics were clean and had extra detergents and dish soap (we appreciated). Plenty of towels and starter items including high chair and beach items. Cannot get to backyard or pool without going through a bedroom (not disclosed in description that I remember) or out the front door to back gate. House needs a little attention: Intake for air extremely full of dust, trees growing in gutters in back and backyard overhang leaked in middle of the table when it rained. Overall was a good time with easy communication and check-in.

Overall, very nice accommodation for our trip. The beach access is the selling point- a short two minute walk away to a less busy strip of beautiful beach compared to access a few miles up the road. The house itself left a bit to be desired - it came with very basic accommodations unlike other VRBOs. We we had to buy toilet paper after the few roles left ran out. Note you need to bring shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. If staying and cooking, there are no spices/cooking oil/etc. Lastly, if booking, be aware that during your booking, you pay your first half of the payment through VRBO but then the property manager charges you separately (with an additional credit card fee) for the other half.

This house is old and not up to standards. The lawn is destroyed and never saw a landscaper. He shouldn't be paid! The cleaners did a horrible job, we had to go buy mop and pails to clean. There are no outlets. The laundry room is full of mold and water stains and filthy! You can see thru the door 🚪 we made a good vacation on our own after we cleaned. Please take this property of the market till it has been refurbished. I am someone who cleans over 500 timeshares plus other rentals on Hilton Head Island! Very sad and 😥 disappointed. I have pics if you like to see them.

The Place was great. Everything was as described. We very much enjoyed the pool and backyard. Communication with host was great. He was willing to get us anything needed but everything was fine so we didn’t have to ask for anything. Even linings and towels were nice quality. Lastly we liked how two of the bedrooms open up to the backyard and pool. Just what we were looking for.

very good location, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Manager of the property was polite and respond to all my calls. Only one minus it was not so clean. My wife and my friends wife lost half a day to clean everywere with clorox wipes. pool was perfect, clear water. will reccomend

Our group of 6 comfortably enjoyed our 5 day stay here! The keyless entry was great so people weren't passing a key around. The kitchen had all the essentials as well as a washer and dryer for clothes. The pool and large outside seating area sat our 6 plus 5 more friends one night for dinner. The night prior to our arrival a storm had come through causing there to be a lot of leaves/tree debris in the pool. I emailed to see when they pool cleaners were coming and they emailed right back notifying me that someone would be there shortly to clean it for us! A short walk to the beach as well as the Salt Public House (one of our favorites). HIGHLY recommend this to anyone wanting a short walk to the beach and a pool!

Clean, quiet place. Super clean, floors were a little dirty but everything else Was spotless!! Brand new appliances and awesome private pool for when you get hot in the FL heat. Absolutely loved the location and friendly nature of the owner! Staff are quick to respond and check in/out is very straightforward and simple. 10/10 will stay again
