Beach is a 3-to-5-minute walk from the CONDO! This 2/2 condo is located at the 'Harborside @ Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. This 2nd floor unit has a balcony that overlooks the Intracoastal a fully stocked kitchen which includes a washer/dryer! Each Bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the living area has a Queen pull-out sleeper sofa that can sleep the 9th and 10th occupant. (surcharge for 9th and 10th guest)

Located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach, this comfortable, family-friendly, harborside condo features a full kitchen, balcony, and access to a shared, heated pool and a rooftop patio, all within walking distance of parks, marinas, museums, and the beach.

We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences, and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. This place is a great condo for a family stay. It sleeps up to 10 which my family of 6 appreciated being able to spread out a bit after spending a few nights in a cramped hotel in Orlando. The beach is a quick walk so it’s easy to go back and forth. The water park area is nice although my kids didn’t spend a ton of time there. Everything with check in was communicated well and we had no problems with that. The condo was very clean. Management responded quickly to help us when we realized we locked ourselves out without the key on our last evening. Oops! Easily walk to a few restaurants and a cvs and beach shop. They provide beach towels and some beach items which I really appreciated.

Wonderful property and communicative owner. The place was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Location was great as well; close to the beach and shops. The on site waterpark was fun for the kids. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice for families. The closeness to the water park was perfect. The beach was just a two block walk. Forgot anything there is a CVS right there. Great time watching boats come it while sitting on the deck. The condo offered so much fun for small kids and i highly recomend this property.

We had a great time at this place. Such an awesome location for our family. The kids loved the water park in the front and the adults loved the water front view from the balcony out back. Def can’t wait to go back.

Overall a great stay! Unit was clean, comfortable and less than a 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Getting to the unit the first time wasn’t totally clear and the bathtub and bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. However, both were fixed in less than 24 hours. Thanks for a nice stay!

We had several maintenance issues. We were unable to regulate the temperature we ended up turning AC off. Room was cold! Lights in the bathroom went off. Messaged property management no one got back to me until we already had checked out. Sofa bed was dirty like someone urinated on it. Check in and check out times were not convenient. The view with the marina and balcony was nice. Overall not worth it for the price!

We enjoyed the location and would recommend for small families. We had 8 in our group which made the water park difficult as we did have to pay each day for 4 of our party. Would be nice if the pool could be used free of charge. The place itself was stocked nicely. The balcony view was great and relaxing to sit at night. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of linens for everyone. The walk to the beach is very convenient and takes only about 5 minutes. The condo is as advertised and we would stay again.

Family all had a great time. It was perfect for what we needed except the AC barely works. Front room was way too hot and we had to run the extra fan the entire time. My son even slept on the floor in his underwear just to cool down some. Power in front bathroom kept going out so we had to mess with breaker several times. Ac is way outdated and not big enough for unit. Other than that, it was great.

We had a great stay! The condo was equipped with everything we needed including a high chair and pack and play for our infant. The waterpark was awesome and my 5 year old had a blast. Great short walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants close by! The dryer was a little iffy in that it would stop after a few minutes on regular cycle, so worked best on timed dry. Also my husband said one of the front burners on the stove didn't work great either. But overall very minor things! We had a great week and will be back!

We had an unfortunate experience, when we arrived and opened the pack and play for our child, there was a cockroach crawling around inside. It was a Friday evening so it took a few hours to get a hold of the property manager but they did end up allowing us to go out and buy a new pack and play and refunded the cost. It was just a hassle and made us nervous for the rest of the week as we were traveling with 3 young children! Otherwise the condo was nice and about 2 blocks from the beach! The water park / pool was very busy, there were no seats available within the first hour of opening, we were there on a holiday weekend so I am not sure if it’s always that busy. Overall we would not return or recommend this to friends due to the bugs in the condo and the crowds where we could not utilize the facilities!

I misunderstood when I booked this property. I assumed it had a private pool for condo vs water park pool. The condo was nice, for the price I think it could have had more amenities. The cleaning was ok, dirt under rugs and visible fingerprints on tables. If you want a water park condo this is for you. The noise level is next level with the amount of kids running the halls late at night. Overall a bit high priced for 2 nights when check in is at 4pm and departure is before 11am. You receive 2 days of tickets but the park closes at 6 so it is really 1 day of tickets…

Great stay!

Location was good, accommodations were extremely clean and well appointed. The added touch of available beach towels and beach chairs were fantastic. Enjoyed the included water park visit and swimming in the Gulf. Only complaint is the slow elevator. The unit is only one level up from the parking garage, so we mainly just used the steps which was better for us anyway. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented with our daughter & grandchildren. We all had a great time at the Splash Park! We enjoyed dinners at VIP for Mexican food and PJ’s for seafood. Beach walks for sunsets are always the best. We are locals but it felt like a vacation away. Thank you for a great experience and we hope to be back.

The property was more than I expected. Wonderful amenities and well stocked in all of our areas we needed. The town was also cute with restaurants and shops nearby. The balcony was lovely and had a nice view. Beach was an easy walk even for people who are not able to walk very well.

This condo was an awesome place to stay for 5 days. My wife and two kids 2-4 years old had a great time. The location was perfect you could pretty walk anywhere you wanted to go. The water park was a hit for the kids and us. You are literally 1.5 blocks from the beach and restaurants all around you. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The "beach house" as my two year old calls it was beautiful. Nice size with a patio overlooking the intercostal. We spent every morning drinking our coffee and watching boats go by. Finding where to park was a little hard because there isn't a lobby for the condos. There is also an additional entrance to the water park on the north east end of the parking lot that we didn't know about until we left. It would have saved us a lot of walking. Overall this place was great. The host answered questions and the condo itself was beautiful. We walked to restaurants, the beach, and the water park/tiki hut. We definitely would stay here again.
