About this house rental

Everything's done in this beautiful 2 year old home! Watch fireworks & beautiful sunsets from your covered front porch, with mountain views from this street! This beauty has quartz counters, tile floors, main floor master with large walk-in-closet and soft close doors and drawers throughout. The kitchen has a large pantry and SS refrigerator with plenty of room and open living space to prepare a gourmet meal while enjoying family and friends. The main living area boasts a floor to ceiling fireplace with an open concept floor plan. The first floor master has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with large tile shower. Stay cool in the summer with Central A/C for our warm weather and cuddle up by the fire in the winter with a cup of tea of a delicious microbrew.

The upstairs boasts a large open bonus room with a flat screen smart TV and a sectional sofa - an amazing space for the kids to hang-out. There are two more bedrooms in the upstairs each with queen size beds and a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a garage for one car and gear storage. The backyard is completely fenced. House was welcoming and pleasant. The kitchen was very friendly, clean and big enough for more than one person to work in.. We were able to use the outside bar-b-q, which was ready to go, for one meal which was great. A couple things were not working well but the manager responded quickly. Carpet upstairs needs a shampoo from some spill that was not cleaned correctly and gum was found also in an upstairs bedroom. Over all we were happy with our stay.

Perfect home for exploring Bend. Large & comfortable home. Fenced yard is perfect for the pup. Comfortable for game nights around the kitchen table. We sat outside in late evening and watched stars from the side deck.

The house is beautiful, spacious and was very comfortable. Our family flew in for another family member's wedding in Bend and this house was a great home base. It's newer construction, bright with everything we needed for our short stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Thanks so much!

This is a great home and company to rent from. They are very quick to respond and willing to remedy right away. The home has everything you would need. We appreciated the close proximity to St.Charles. Easy check in and check out.

The house was very clean and perfect location for my purpose. I was going to an agility trial and the house is only 10 minutes from the site. I invited friends to come and hang out and we had a great time playing cards at the kitchen table. The master suite is amazing and the beds! I haven't slept in such a nice rental bed in a long time. Luke enjoyed the access to the back yard which was nicely fenced so he could have some off leash time.

Our stay was great! This was our 2nd time staying here. We were 2 families and a dog and we had plenty of room. The house had all the amenities we needed and more. Location was pretty central to downtown, Old Mill district, and plenty of grocery stores.

We had to unexpectedly extend our stay in Bend for 2 weeks. Jackson home was just what we needed - clean, comfortable, first floor living, close to medical appointments and hospital. The home is well equipped, could use more table knives, but otherwise has everything needed. I wish we were in a situation to use the great bikes available. The Mountain View’s and sunset from the front porch are beautiful!

The house was super clean and the area is quiet. Comfortable beds and a nice layout for a family, with separation of the downstairs and upstairs bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. TV's in several rooms, though the one in the primary bedroom was a bit problematic. Overall a fantastic value.

Clean home with a great kitchen. Had everything needed to prep and serve meals. Grill on the side patio was utilized. Water pressure was better than most hotels. Comfy bed, couches and the tall pub table was perfect to watch a ballgame from after work.

We loved our stay at this house! We had plenty of room to host an early Thanksgiving dinner and a lovely well stocked kitchen to prepare it in. The property was exceptionally clean and check-in and out could not have been easier! Hope to stay here again.

We loved staying at Jacksons Place home. The home was clean and kept cool for our arrival; and was fully stocked with everything needed to cook a meal (pots, pans, dishes, etc). The coffee beans was a big plus for us! The bed was very comfortable and best of all quiet neighborhood. My only issue is that we couldn't figure out how to work the big screen in the master bedroom. Having written instructions would be helpful. Overall an A+ experience. We're planning to visit Bend, OR again in the Fall/Winter and will look to stay at Jacksons Place.

Nice, open floor plan; easy for the family to gather. Good yard for dogs. Big kitchen (with typical ABB/VRBO dull knives). Lots of bikes to use in the garage. Only complaint is the dishwasher didn't work. Management said they'd have someone come fix it, but they didn't show any of the 3 days we were there.

The house was just as expected. Everything was 5 star except for the a/c. To be fair we were staying there during the mass heat wave and 110+ degree weather. Downstairs the a/c was perfect but upstairs was real warm. We had it set on the lowest setting which was 68. Upstairs never went under 72 degrees, which isn’t terrible but we are from the PNW where 72 degrees is a hot summer day. lol. The manager was quick to reply and it wasn’t a big deal, we would stay again for sure! Also the previous renter forgot to drag the garbage to the curb so when we arrive the trash and recycle cans were overflowing. I shot the manager a text and by morning the garbage was empty so they replied super fast! We had a great time. The bikes were a huge hit. The location was perfect. We went on two bike rides, one to the frozen yogurt place and one for yummy palomas! Great property! Great management! Very clean!

Your home was very lovely and bright! I really enjoyed the location which was only 1.5 miles from my daughter's home.I would like to make the suggestion that you add an easy chair and some table lamps in the living room as the overheadlighting is not good for relaxing and reading.Also, the upstairs bedrooms did not have lamps on their nightstands which makes it difficult to read in bed.Otherwise, I loved it! I would recommend it to friends and family.Thank you for sharing your home with me!Sandy Dye

Your home was very lovely and bright! I really enjoyed the location which was only 1.5 miles from my daughter's home. I would like to make the suggestion that you add an easy chair and some table lamps in the living room as the overhead lighting is not good for relaxing and reading. Also, the upstairs bedrooms did not have lamps on their nightstands which makes it difficult to read in bed. Otherwise, I loved it! I would recommend it to friends and family. The house is large & the loft is set up to keep the kids entertained upstairs & the adults downstairs!! Everything delivers here & if you have your furry friend with you, there is room for them to have their own space also!! I would say, the mattresses have plastic bags on them ( understandable during these times) but exactly like sleeping on a crib mattress.....& no tv in the master bedroom. Otherwise great! The property manager was very accommodating & left us to our vacation.
