We had a great stay at this property. We were a group of 6 adults and the four rooms were just the right amount of space for us. We had some complications and delays with our arrivals to Athens, and the management company was very flexible and helpful in welcoming all of us and getting us checked in. We also booked our taxis to and from the airport through the hosts, which was very convenient.
As other reviews mention, the neighborhood is not the best. We strongly recommend walking only on the main roads until you get further into the city. But there were no security issues with the property-- we felt totally safe in the unit. The unit is very close to a convenient metro stop and about a 20 minute walk to popular sightseeing locations.
There are some quirks with the electronics and water in the unit, but nothing that detracted from our stay. Definitely recommend staying here if you consider yourself city-smart.

It was very pretty and colorful. The layout was very functional. The four bathrooms were very useful. Our travel plans went awry and they were very helpful getting us a ride from the airport at 2 A.M.

Giannis was a fantastic host! Gave a very informative talk on arrival, gave us late checkout upon departure and organised a taxi big enough for our mob on departure.
The apartment was great. A luxury to have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Great showers and very comfortable beds.
Kitchen was a bit awkward yet had everything one would need.
The location was ‘interesting’, there were some dodgy happenings going on down the side street but since the apartment is on the main road, none of it really bothered us. It is only a couple of blocks walk to great bars, restaurants, shops etc.
All in all we had a great stay here and would def recommend.

Very nice apartment and conveniently located (5 mins away from Omonia station). Several stores and restaurants close by as well. Only downside is the noisy street outside, but that is to be expected for a city location.

We chose not to enter the apartment after driving through the surrounding neighborhood. There were serval homeless people living on the adjacent street doing drugs. This was not a safe place for our family to stay so we immediately left upon arrival. The listing did not provide an accurate description of the neighborhood. Also, the property manager did not show up on time to meet us at the property. We would appreciate a partial refund since we never entered the apartment, but our request was declined. We definitely do not recommend this apartment for a family stay.

Great spot. Side streets in neighborhood can be a little rough at night but the main street is fine and the home feels safe. Very comfortable. Would stay again.

We found the property to be an excellent value, with the photos on the site matching the reality we encountered. The management staff was very professional, competent, and responsive. The building elevator could use some attention, but still worked. The neighborhood around the corner was a bit concerning, but nothing that could not be overcome, and nothing to do with the actual apartment itself.

Eclectic and so interesting place. Very clean and close to the sights. Great inexpensive restaurants nearby. Only problem was the noisy street but we expected that.

The apartment itself was just as expected and functional for our group of six adults. It was nice to each have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. We all packed light so it was great to have the washing machine as well. Lia scheduled transportation for us to and from the airport, and Jakob met us at the apartment to help us get settled. The apartment is conveniently located near Omonia Metro station so it was easy to get around Athens. We only walked along the main streets around the apartment as the smaller alleys were inhabited by the homeless. Thanks Lia, Jakob and team for a great stay in Athens!

We were very unfamiliar with Athens when making plans for this trip, so our decision to go with this apartment was a guess. Our priority was having enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have privacy while also being walkable to the popular sites.
This apartment suited us well as we all had plenty of room and privacy. Three of the bedrooms had ensuite baths and one had the bath room one room away but with the others all being private, this didnt cause is any problems.
The heating/cooling units looked brand new and worked well. There is also a clothes washer which was a hit with my group.
Just before leaving for the trip, I saw a YouTube video that said this neighborhood was to be avoided. In the end, we saw some poor people (one would expect in any city) but the main streets were well-lit and we never felt unsafe on the larger streets in Omonia, day or night. Dont let people scare you from this location, it was fine.
One of the bedrooms has bunk beds so is ideal for families or singles traveling in groups. I will add that not only are there 4 bathrooms, they are very nice bathrooms.
I would, however suggest caution to anyone who is not sure-footed or has a disability...the elevator would not accommodate a wheelchair, there are 77 steps to the apartment, and about half of the lights in the stairwell were burned out during our stay. My husband and I are old-ish and still did fine but again, would not suggest this option to a disabled person.

We had a great time, the property was very clean and check in and out process very easy. Having 4 bathrooms is amazzzzinggg.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, large apartment. It had 4 bedrooms (3 with large beds (at least queen sized) and one with bunk beds. All 4 had their own bathroom with shower. We were a few blocks from Omonia Plaza(?), where there were excellent bakeries, a metro station, and is located on Athina street, which connects to the Acropolis. We had an excellent stay, and enjoyed the recommendations of restaurants. Communication with the managers was great.

We have stayed in this apartment twice now, both times in December when we come to visit friends for an early Christmas celebration. The neighborhood is a little run down and can be noisy (big city noise) when we're trying to sleep. Besides that, the apartment is everything it's advertised to be, and it's perfect for a week long visit. Having the 4 bathrooms saves a lot of time in the mornings when everybody is trying to get ready! Only a short walk to Omonia Square and access to all the activities Athens has to offer. In short, it's clean, comfortable and makes access to Athens affordable.

The apartment is exactly as advertised - spacious, eclectic and close to restaurants, transportation, etc. We walked to most of the tourist destinations (Acropolis, etc) but the metro is 2-3 blocks away. Communication with Costas was easy and he was very helpful in setting up ground transportation from the airport. A lovely experience!

Eclectic and comfortable
The place is eclectic and comfortable. Great having an en-suite bath in each room! Kitchen is tiny but everything you need is there. We enjoyed our stay here. Not the best part of town but right near the subway to get to where you want to be quickly and efficiently.

Four girls in athens
The apartment was immaculate, and exactly as advertised. In fact the pictures don't actually do it justice, it's better.
The host was very helpful, we were collected from the airport and checked in by them, which was great.
Just amazing, book this place!

Awesome Athens!
The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Yes, the location is in the more run down side of town but the apartment was clean and safe. We were within minutes walk from many of the wonderful sights in the city. The Ominia square is a sight in it's self with wonderful dinning options.

Nice, quirky, older building in the city center.
Place was clean with wonderful charm. It is on a busy street. Lots of close restaurants and public transportation just a few blocks. Some homeless in the area but we not bothered by them at all.
