We wanted to celebrate our kids 30th birthday with something special. We selected the house in Pagosa close to the springs so the kids could enjoy the weekend shopping and going to the springs. We all had a wonderful time. The kids were able to take the car and go where ever they wanted and we stayed at the house. The house was perfect! Perfect price! Perfect location! And perfect setting! Our hosts had everything set up perfectly. Nothing was overlooked!

We were pleased with the property, the location, and our hosts. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The only downside to our stay was we found the mattresses to be uncomfortable (not firm enough for our tastes) so we felt tired because we did not sleep well over our 4-night-stay.

This condo was in a great location and the accommodations are nice and clean with a full kitchen, tv upstairs and down and 2 full baths, and a washer and dryer. The only negative is that the bedrooms are small and there’s no place to unpack and store your clothes and your suitcases.

The property was located right where we wanted to be - quick drive to MTB trails and a quick walk to downtown for food, coffee and the hot springs. Hosts were very responsive when I reached out for questions. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy. Would definitely stay here again! We had such a wonderful and relaxing time. Thank you!

We came to Pagosa Springs as a getaway for our 20th Anniversary. The house location was a quick walking distance to downtown Pagosa. The house is gorgeous. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were well thought out. We will definitely book here again.

Such a clean, quaint property. It was nestled in a quiet neighborhood off Main St. which made easy access to everything we wanted to do. The home had everything you need to stay comfortably. The hours we spent on the balconies just relaxing was the best.

Had a great time at this property everything was easy and manageable including getting to everything I wanted to do in town on foot and easy quick drives to local spots and tons of hiking! Would recommend... Wifi is great, was able to fully work with zoom calls ect.

We had a wonderful five night stay at this beautiful home. Everything was clean and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked and the location is wonderful. We will pick this place again on our return trips to Pagosa Springs. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

Very well appointed, recently updated, so close to Springs. Turkeys graze along 3rd street in the ams, so neat! Would definitely visit again. Best upgrade would be toilet paper greater than 1 ply. 😊

This property is amazing! Great lay-out with one bedroom/bath/game room upstairs and one bedroom/bath on the main floor. Property was very clean. Bed and bath linens are amazing! Within walking distance to downtown and the springs. Hosts were very responsive. Definitely recommend this property to others!!!

The property was mostly comfortable. The living room furniture downstairs and upstairs was not very comfortable but the beds were very comfortable. The TV froze a lot, and my husband, who can fix anything had lots of problems with it. The kitchen was well equipped, and I loved the view from the upstairs balcony.

We had a really wonderful stay at this unique property. It was extremely clean, kitchen and bathrooms stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owners have really gone out of their way to make this a home away from home. We had the best time and really loved our stay. The views are beautiful, quiet neighborhood and very close to the main street.. The owners were very responsive, there was no delay in communication, any question we had was immediately answered. We will definitely stay here again!!

Very clean property. Property seems relatively new. Check in process was very easy. Quiet, friendly neighborhood away from hustle and bustle of downtown but not too far away. Had everything we needed for relaxing time after being out all day. We sat on deck and watched deer pass below in the evening while sipping our drinks. Would definitely come back!
