Idéal pour découvrir Bordeaux

Appartement très confortable et bien équipé. Emplacement idéal proche de la cité du vin et du tramway. Accès au centre ville très facile à pied ou en tramway. Parking sur place. Commerces et restaurants à proximité Quartier calme Communication facile Idéal en couple ou en famille

emplacement parfait, trés confortable

la personnel que j'avais contacté avant notre arrivée m'a certifié que je n'avais pas de parking. alors nous avons payé un parking de 4 jours à la cité des vins. en arrivant la personne m'a remis les clefs et m'a indiqué l'emplacement parking. j'ai payé pour rien, vraiment dommage qu'au téléphone on ne m'a pas renseigné correctement.

Bad check in process

The location was ok

The check in process was weird. We had to meet someone at a particular time, which we didn't realize. Every bit of communication was in French and they didn't use bookings, they used a different App which gave no option for English.

Good position, good space in the flat and an underground car park

The property had an underground car park. The location was convenient for La Cite du Vin in a regeneration area.

The property was tired. The bathroom was more like a utility room. The Microwave display was faulty.

Exceptional

We found the apartment most comfortable and we were particularly grateful for the air-con as the temp was in the 30s during our stay. The location was great & very easy to catch a tram in the historic centre of Bordeaux. The parking was secure & cool in a covered area. We found everything we needed for self catering and it was very quiet. Highly recommend.

Cleaning fee and too much information to read before, during and after stay. Numerous emails, a booklet of rules to download....too much while on holidays!

Great place to spend our first month in Bordeaux

The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days comfortably. We spent a month in the property while searching for permanent accommodation and we didn't miss anything. The parking is a great plus in Bordeaux. The internet worked perfectly, normal router box, rather than of these free wi-fi with a captive portal that you find sometimes in hotels. We were working remotely for our whole stay without a single problem. The area has nice places to dine out and go for a drink, within a few minutes walk. The tram is just a short stroll down the road, really convenient. All convenience businesses nearby, Poste, tabac, Monoprix, Lidl, boulangerie, banks. A special mention to the very helpful staff, who provided solutions for our many specific needs (thanks Guilhem and Hanane for all your help!). We would stay again in the future.

Dissapointing

Calm location, functional flat

Communication was null, although policies received were pages full and in all languages. No info about how to check in/ out, where to park etc. The shower was broke and no one replied our messages or fix it in 4 days. No info during booking regarding paying for cleaning and a deposit, 49 and 250 eur on top. The flat seemed poorly maintained with things stored everywhere (hoover, clothes rack, ironing board etc.) , especially on the balcony where we hoped we can sit and relax. Poor mobile signal and mosquitos. No or insufficient coffee pods, washing liquid, toiletries etc so we had to buy our own.
