Summary:
Renovated 3-bed, 2-bath condo @ SnowPine Village. Perfect for a group of friends or 2 families of 4.

2 private bedrooms & 1 loft. Well appointed Kitchen has new appliances. Living room has 55” Roku TV, gas fireplace & a covered patio. A dedicated workspace can be found in the hallway bedroom.

Keyless entry. Parking (limit 2 cars winter weekends/holidays), WiFi, A/C, cable TV, Sonos, pickleball court & in-unit laundry included.

Minutes from town. Beautiful views of the ski lift & golf course.

The Space:
The condo has been fully renovated and has 2 private, closed door bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen) and a loft with a twin over full bunk and a full bed. Both bathrooms were remodeled in 2022. The hallway bath has a shower/tub combination and the primary bath has a walk-in shower.

There's a galley kitchen with hickory cabinets, new stainless appliances, quartz countertops and a dining table for 6. The living room has a 55” Roku TV and gas fireplace. There’s a sliding door from the living to the covered patio which has 2 cushioned chairs. The patio overlooks the SnowPine lift at Holiday Valley.

The condo has 2 portable A/C units to keep it cool in the summer. 1 large unit in the living room and 1 small unit in the primary bedroom.

The hallway bedroom has a pull down desk which can be used as a dedicated workspace.

The condo is an ideal ski-in/out location during the winter. You can use the SnowPine lift which is next to the building or walk to a spot to access the Sunrise lift. There are lit trails that take you back to the development at night.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire condo.

The Neighborhood:
The condo is located at SnowPine Village which surrounds the SnowPine lift at Holiday Valley.

Getting Around:
You can usually hail a ride share on the weekends. During the ski season there is a shuttle that will pickup in the parking lot and take you to the lodge at Holiday Valley.

Other Things to Note:
There are stairs to walk down to the unit from the parking lot. There is a narrow spiral staircase to get to the open loft bedroom. The loft bedroom may not be appropriate for young children.

Interaction with Guests:
You will check yourself in and out. I am available via messaging. I try to respond as soon as possible, however, any message after 8pm may not be seen until the next morning.

We love staying here because it is scenic, quiet, comfortable, and in the most perfect location. Easy to town. Easy to summer hiking trails (and winter ski trails). Just easy. The beds are all comfortable. Having two bathrooms is a bonus. And the kitchen is well supplied with coffee makers, a plug-in hot water pot, great knives, and plenty of dishes, mugs, and glassware. The host responds quickly to messages. Highly recommended!

The place was well kept, in a perfect location and decently priced! We very mch enjoyed our little family getaway! We would happily return another time! - notes: I would suggest tea towels get packed- it was really the only thing missing and important for washing up, especially with a family and dishes.

Was perfect for two couples and two adult siblings. Had there been ample snow, the ski in-out would have been awesome. Josh should leave a note in the unit to provide the guests with instructions on how to leave the unit....garbage where, towels where, dishwasher on, etc.

Everything about this place was great. Great view. Great communication with the property manager. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and place was very clean. Simple decorating was beautiful, as was the view and the local area. My husband and I are hoping to rent this place again next year.

Our regular go to place Ellicotville mini weekend getaway,This little townhouse was perfect spot for us ,location was absolutely perfect since we played golf for two days it’s so easy to get to and close to everything else . Cutest renovated townhome made so cozy and comfortable, couldn’t ask for anything better ! Thank you 😊

This townhouse was perfect! Very cozy, clean, accomodating. It had everything in the kitchen as far as utensils/pans that we would need. The sleeping situation was perfect for our family. My only concern was my 5 year old would get on the loft full sized bed and lean over the railing to talk. A little railing of some sort up there night be a good idea. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends!

We stayed here for the second year in a row. The space is clean, updated and fit our needs perfectly with 3 adults and 3 kids, ages 11 and under. Great for skiing at Holiday Valley and enjoying downtown Ellicotville. The stairs up to the loft are very steep and narrow but it works well for kids who love the space. My 3 year old needed help and close supervision to get up and down. We will likely be back next year! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our relaxing week at this Snow Pine Meadows property. We found everything (except wine glasses) in the property: equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Comfy beds in downstairs rooms. Washer and dryer were easy to use. We enjoyed sitting on the small balcony where there were two cozy chairs and ottomans. Bonus was AC in the main living room and main bedroom. No AC but an overhead fan in the second downstairs bedroom. (The weather was hot for a couple of days, then perfect. ) Easy access to hiking, biking, golfing, and town shopping/dining. We will book again.

Check in process was quick and easy. Owner gave us all the info we needed. Location is great-very quiet and peaceful with a view but also close to resort down below. No issues while with our stay. Condo very clean. Appreciated games to play in the closet. Would stay here again.

Our family just stayed for a weekend at this property. It’s right on the slopes so it’s super easy to get going. The place was perfect for us to rest at night after a full day of skiing. Just a couple things to note. The coffee maker takes a very long time to perk. So it may be better to grab your coffee in town. Also there is no blender if you are looking to make a morning shake or smoothie. Other than that, we had all we needed!

My husband and I and our 2 kids had a great stay and would highly recommend. We want to come back next year. One note for parents of small children, the staircase up to the loft is narrow and steep and we couldn’t let our 2 y/o up there but our 5 y/o loved it.

House was great for our family of 4 for a long weekend away from home. My favorite was the fireplace (so easy to start and so warm and cozy), the deck in the sunshine for most of the day watching the skiers, and the coffee recommendation from owner (yum, nitro cold brew).
