Side B has a king bed that sleeps 2 and a queen blow up mattress that sleeps 2. Total of 12 guests.
The Property has a ring security camera placed in the front exterior of the home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas.

Our spacious duplex homes are available as private halves of a divided home that are usually mirror images of each other. When you book this listing your renting both halves of these spacious and comfortable duplex rentals. This means your getting double the space and 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, 2 laundry facilities, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2070 sq ft total for A and B. This is perfect for when your traveling or vacationing with your in-laws, family, or friends. When you want them close by, but still need your separate space.
The Lawrence - is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed that sleeps 2, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed that sleeps 2, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bedroom that sleeps 2, there is also a queen air mattress that sleeps 2 and a couch that sleeps 1. 1398 sq ft, so there is plenty of room to relax. 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex with dining area, living room, full kitchen, and laundry room with washer and dryer. King bedroom has purple mattress, 1 of the queen bedrooms also has a purple mattress.
Mo’s Place - is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. The bedroom has a king bed that sleeps 2, there is also a queen air mattress that sleeps 2 and a couch that sleeps 1. 672 sq ft, so there is plenty of room to relax. 1 bedroom, 1 bath duplex with dining area, living room, master bedroom with king bed, full kitchen, and laundry room with washer and dryer. King bedroom has purple mattress. The Purple Mattress provides a unique feel that is equally pressure relieving and cool to sleep on.
Completely updated with tile floors, original hardwood floors, updated kitchen has granite, updated bathrooms have subway tile, all appliances, and separate yard. Parking is in the driveway in front of the house, there is additional parking on the street.

The listing says sleeps 12, but that’s a stretch. We only ended up with 9 staying so were comfortable enough. No room to put the air mattresses!
