This adorable cottage is right on Park Avenue just 2 blocks away from the renowned Forsyth Park! Come rock or swing with us on the front porch and soak up the southern lifestyle. Our traditional design and warm decor welcomes you to kick up your feet, relax and feel at home. This property boasts a very spacious rear patio that's totally covered and perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather while maintaining total privacy. We welcome ALL walks of life! **Comes with FREE access to THE ZOO HEALTH CLUB during your stay**

The Space:
We offer a king bed in the downstairs master bedroom, with a queen in the other two bedrooms upstairs. We have (rare) off-street parking in the back to use at your leisure (can fit 2 cars snugly).

Guest Access:
Feel free to soak up the charm on our front porch or hang out in our more private backyard :) We have space in the rear parking for 2 cars.
**We offer free workouts during your stay at The Zoo Gym** Just mention your name and that you're staying with us and the representative at the front desk will let you in!

The Neighborhood:
We are just TWO blocks away from the south end of Forsyth Park where there is an AWESOME coffee shop, natural food grocery store, wine shop and a few killer restaurants. You can't beat this location!

Getting Around:
There is a FREE shuttle that gets you around town (https://www.connectonthedot.com/new-dot-express-shuttle-services/) right at Forsyth Park - just walk straight on Park Ave. and once you get to Drayton it is right there by the shops! Uber/Lyft is probably the most convenient form of transportation around town, as parking can be a little crazy. It's usually about $5-7 to get to City Market/Bay Street. There is also a FREE City-ran "uber" called the Downtowner. Download the app and call a driver for free (tips welcomed).

Comfy, well equipped, great location! All you could want in a VRBO! We were on a vacation with college friends and very much enjoyed the space to chat and catch up. We enjoyed coffee on the porch each morning before we began our discovery of the city of Savannah. Forsythe Park was an easy walk away as well as several trolly stops. We got out steps on while learning history and making memories! Chase was easy to communicate with and have very clear instructions on check in and out policies. A "highly recommend" from us!

My sister and I stayed at this cute cottage on our recent visit to Savannah. We wanted to stay in the historic district and this property gave us access to Forsyth Park. The fact that it offered its own parking place made it even better. If you're looking for a place to stay while in Savannah, give this cottage a look. Brandon and Chase were great hosts who touched base to make sure we didn't have issues. Thanks guys!

This house was so charming, and we immediately felt right at home. It was in easy walking distance to several good restaurants, Forsyth Park, and the free trolley line. The beds were comfy, everything was clean, and the house was well-stocked with necessities. We had a wifi issue at first, but management was quick to respond and figure it out. The parking spot was a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again.

Two couples in town to visit Savannah for the first time. Perfect place to stay - walking distance to grocery store, coffee shops, Forsythe park and local eateries. Quiet area. Very nice home, updated, nicely furnished, comfy beds, nice patio........would for sure stay here again!

Can’t say enough about the property, the pictures do not do it justice. This is one of the best stocked VBROS that we have stayed at. Location is wonderful you can walk everywhere and the management staff was very responsive to my one question. We will be back!

This is a very comfortable house in a lovely neighborhood. My companions and I were able to walk to all locations without worry. The cottage is well appointed with everything you might need for your stay. The outdoor space is private and has a brand new gas grill!

A lovely property roomy enough for four retired sisters to spend a fun weekend. Clean with comfy beds, linens and a well stocked kitchen. The historic neighborhood was charming and we enjoyed visiting while on the front porch swing. We hope to visit again!

Lovely home in a delightful neighborhood. Easy to get to attractions in the historic neighborhood. Appreciated the parking spot in back of the house. Everything a guest could want was included, lovely towels and linens, toiletries and kitchen items.

We absolutely loved this clean, cozy cottage during our stay in Savannah! The hosts were easy to get in touch with and answered all my questions quickly. It was easy to check in and the cottage looked exactly like the pictures online. It was very clean, well stocked with cleaning supplies and all the basic necessities including body wash. It was close to everything! The parking space in the rear of the house is tight but VERY nice to have so you don’t have to park on the street. My girls and I will definitely be back!

The cottage is very nice. However there were a few hiccups that tainted our visit. There was no ice when we arrived. Which really is no big surprise when visiting a VRBO! However the ice maker did not work when we turned it on and there were no ice trays to be found to make our own. It was extremely hot and this was an unnecessary aggravation. Another unnecessary aggravation was the TV up stairs was not working properly. The previous guest must have changed its settings. This was an aggravation because one of the guests I was traveling with really needs a TV to sleep at night. Perhaps the most serious matter was the air conditioning. We lost the air conditioning on our second to last night. I called management and they sent someone but they could not fix it that night nor were they able to fix it for our last night. It was 84 in the house all night. There were only two ceiling fans so two of us had to sleep on couchs. Management was willing to put us up in other accommodations however they wanted to stick three people in one hotel room. COMPLETELY unacceptable. Why would we rent a three bedroom home with two bathrooms if that were acceptable. Management also offered another home again with less space and only one bathroom. In the end we decided to leave early. When we were vacating the premises it was 94 degrees in the house. We had to furiously negotiate some reimbursement with should have more than forthcoming.

My family and I were able to check in promptly and the host was in regular communication beforehand to make sure I had all the information I needed. Check in was simple and the property was just as pictured. Plus, they had all the amenities you could ask for and then some. The location is close to all of Savannah’s attractions and the neighborhood was very quaint. If you need comfort and family friendly, this is it!

The property worked out perfect for us. We had 6 girls with plenty of space. All of the appointments were just perfect and the extra touches. There was even a little note left on the chalkboard for us. Chase was so easy to work with. i would highly recommend it.

So convenient to everything and the BONUS of not having to pay for parking was a great perk. Grocery 2 blocks away, free shuttle stop 3 blocks away, Forsyth Park 2-1/2 blocks, dining easy to get to. Cottage was adorable, well stocked and uber clean.

We stayed here with my husband, adult daughter and my mother during Orange Crush weekend and while there was all kinds of craziness downtown it was nice and quite on our street! The management company was great and the house was clean. There was coffee, filters and a bag of ice waiting for us and Forsyth park was walking distance away. We were sad to only have two nights here! This home is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The layout is great and there are little homey touches everywhere (coffee, filters, and creamer? Yes please!) The porch is a lovely place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. The back patio would have been great to share a meal I’d we had more time. Utterly charming. The only thing that makes this place just shy of perfect is that it’s a little far from the main downtown area. Totally walkable (we did it in the am!) but you definitely have to either allow a lot more time or expect to drive or use Uber. Not a big deal, though. We would rent here again.

Absolutely perfect home for my wife, 15 month old girl, and myself. The home is actually much more spacious than I anticipated and was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was fantastic as well. Very close to grocery store, restaurants, and a nice coffee shop. The best part was walking to the park nearby everyday, our daughter loved that. For those wondering, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, friendly, and walkable. I can’t recommend this home enough and I would definitely stay again.
