There was a lot of space! A few things need fixed but didn’t take away from the experience. Would like to suggest larger pots and pans for cooking. Hard to cook for 30 with small pans :) There is a leak in the window when it rains. And parking was crowded with the super large group next door but overall was a wonderful time

Many things broken: pipe under sink in bedroom, slat on patio table broken out, TVs broken, door on cabinet in bathroom hanging off, pool dirty and heater broken, numerous doors to outside stuck and not usable, etc., etc.; floors dirty; outside around cabin trashy; one bedroom so cold and it could not be heated; some beds not made on arrival and sheets did NOT fit the beds. Only 4 dish towels available. All numbers on stove knobs unreadable. Dog poop on outside stairs (right side).

We arrived to the cabin and saw trash surrounding the cabin. Beer cans, pop bottles, toilet paper, cups, plates, bags of empty chips, these things were all the way around the cabin. LET ME TELL YOU how good that is for the wild life... This cabin is a joke and its disgusting. Theres broken tiles and flooring all over the cabin my son sliced his pinky toe walking in the kitchen. I ripped the bottom of my wedding dress on something sticking out of the floor transition from the kitchen to dining. The pool was cold and disgusting. The whole cabin was filthy the trash wasn't taken from the previous guests. The plumbing was leaking from upstairs to the kitchen. Theres a constant drip from the upstairs bathroom in the wall so loud you can sleep. Mind you they had no gfi outlets so thats comforting. I thought we were going to have an electrical fire any second. Katie from cabins for you said they'd only add the cleaning fee to or next stay. That's a joke because what about the 100 we had to spend on cleaning supplies? These people are rude and don't care. This cabin was described as clean, heated pool and relaxing. False advertisement dont stay here and if you do let the Chamber know how unsafe this cabin is. They need shut down crooks.

Email sent to management on April 10 th, 2021.... Hello Renee. It has been over a week since we chked out, and neither my brother nor I have received any response to our issues. This is very disappointing. We spent over 10 grand renting this home specifically for the fact that it had a heated pool and hot tub. The pool was freezing! Btw, my son has a sinus infection and pneumonia right now that I'm thinking he got sick coz he was in the cold water? The hot tub water was nasty. Cloudy, hair, bugs floating? How is anyone supposed to relax in that? I think the only good thing was the view. We spent alot of time outside coz everytime we were inside the home, it was soo disappointing. The tiles in the kitchen were wobbly and cracked. Frig was leaking water, and shelves weren't in place to be able to store things inside. The awesome theater was a huge disappointment! 1-the TV had no Netflix or internet to hook up to watch any movies. 2-my husband was able to figure out how to watch a movie finally, but the speakers were pointless. The tv's atleast need to be able to login to Netflix and/or Disney! The pots and pans were lagging. They were scratched, old, dented. The can opener was not working. I can go on and on!!!!!! After spending 10 grand, taking time off of work to make a 11 hr drive from Chicago area to the Smokies, we spent hrs cleaning/sweeping/trying to vacuum with the toy vacuums that were there! On top of that! People....random people, Service people visited EVERYDAY, some with masks, most without! We had people in and out all week! And still the pool was not fixed! Kids were disappointed the most! After not going out, staying home for a year coz of covid, we made the decision to rent a house with indoor theater and pool so we don't have to leave the home. Our plan was to stay home and utilize the amenities provided! But.....the amenities plainly, bluntly and simply put were crap! Definitely not worth 10 grand!!!!!! This vacation was a nightmare we want to forget. Hoping to hear from you soon! -sejal patel- Ps-we have pictures, videos of all the broken, not working items in the home. If you would like to see them, let us know, and I can forward them ALL to you or media.
