el diseño de la habitacion .

Las camas, el colchon se hundia , tenia como un pozo , realmente dormimos muy mal , me levante muy mal de mi espalda, al dia siguiente nos fuimos , no cumplimos la reserva de dos dias , nos retiramos antes para tomar el desayuno habia cola , !!! realmente creo que los supero la afluencia de gente ,

The places it’s very clean and quiet and good location to find restaurants or grocery stores.

They charged me a 40 dollar deposit in case something broke in the room and they said they would return it upon check out and they still did not deposit it on my credit card and we gave the room to them as they gave it to us.I was calling to them and never answered the phone.

It's almost perfect, if it wasn't for the breakfast which is very bad

The staff and facilities are great the perfect location is already my second stay here

What they need to change urgently is the breakfast is lousy. The waffles have whole chunks of very nasty sugar, they should serve a healthier breakfast or more options.

Great stay!

This hotel was very welcoming. The staff was very friendly and assisted. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I highly recommend for anyone to stay here very good location there's literally a Walmart right across. We will definitely consider cong back again.

Nice hotel with decent breakfast in a beautiful location.

Nice and clean property. Very convenient location close to I-75 , all kind of stores around the property and good restaurants. Nice room very well equipped with kitchenette and basic utensils.

The sofa bed was nothing confortable, don’t rent a room with sofa bed, better get two queens , those are sofa beds with very low profile mattress with zero support. They should include a foam topper.

The Hotel and Staff were always attentive and professional. Thanks for a great visit!

The Facility was excellent, our room was great with Kitchen area. The Breakfast was amazing. The two attendants at Breakfast Outstanding. The Gym area was great. The Walmart and close by Restaurants were great. Housekeeping was very excellent. The Hotel was great stay during our 10 day visit. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

The traffic outside property was fairly congested as was much of Naples.

Great stay in a clean and friendly hotel, would definitely stay again next time we’re in the States.

Great location close to amenities, clean and spacious room with a good free breakfast. Pool area was pleasant and free to use gas BBQs and comfortable seating.

Great Stay

I had a great stay at TownePlace. The room was big enough and comfortable with a nice size kitchen and everything I needed. The location is good, 10 min drive from the closest beach and 25 min from Naples downtown. Walmart is at the door and McDonalds across the road. I haven't used the gym or swimming pool but looked nice.

Breakfast could be better, from 7 days, I only tried it the first morning, and then I decided to prepare my own food in the room.

Amazing!

Breakfast was amazing. Best waffles according to my son. Room was well kept and nice. Cleaning personal was very attentive to details.

The stay was wonderful since we were not in the room all day only to sleep, the place is very nice.

did not intent to eat breakfast there since we were meeting family. the end time should be a little later in my opinion.

My wife and I don't like to cause trouble, but when we got there at 9:30 pm the room was open with the door lash holding the door open. I called the front desk and they told me that probable house keeping left it open, but house keeping is usually in the morning so the room was opened all day. My wife was pretty scared so I had to do a complete room inspection including the bottom of the bed. Also the A/C did not cool enough, but we didn't complaint as usual. we left it on all day at 65 and when we came back at night it was the same temperature as we left it.
