Grazioso boutique hotel in centro

Letto molto comodo, arredamento e decoro stanza, colazione

Doccia, toilette e lavabo sono divisi ma pur sempre funzionali e pulitissimi. Posizione comoda per muoversi a piedi e visitare museo, fortezza e zona shopping

Stylish boutique hotel

Beautiful and stylish hotel. Loved the design and the quality of everything. The room was quite small but had everything you might need.

Bit challenging to get there by car as the surrounding streets are very narrow. Check-in process was too long as it is done manually by you on an online platform and they require way too many details.

Highly recommend

The room was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed for our stay in the city. Really easy to get everywhere on foot. Staff were lovely :)

The only con was that the safe didn't work, but the staff were lovely about it and offered to let us store our stuff in the main safe at reception

Stadturlaub in Heraklion

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und ansprechend gestaltet. Die Lage ist gut, im Wohngebiet der Innenstadt von Heraklion, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Heraklions sind zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Hafen zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten. Knossos und der Strand Amnissos (leider nicht sehr schön) sind bequem und günstig mit dem Stadtbus erreichbar. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es einige sehr gute und trotzdem günstige Restaurants, die netten Damen an der Rezeption sprechen gerne gute Empfehlungen aus. Das Zimmer ( Premium-Suite) war geräumig und hatte eine eigene Terrasse, war sehr sauber und ruhig. Gute Auswahl zum Frühstück- süß, kräftig- alles vorhanden. Im Zimmer gibt es eine Kaffee- oder Teeauswahl sowie eine Minibar. Ein schönes Hotel, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Zimmer und auf der Terrasse sind sehr stylish, könnten aber bequemer sein. Man kann sich zwar auch auf die Hotelterrasse setzen, aber wenn man schon eine eigene Terrasse zur Verfügung hat…?

La décoration de la chambre, la propreté, le confort du lit

L’accueil, le manque de considération du personnel (aucune informations concernant le lieu de petit-déjeuner, pas d’accès wifi). Nous avons dû faire un Check in nous même via un qrcode pendant que l’hôtesse attendait sans rien faire. De surcroît, elles nous ont même demandé si nous étions de l’hôtel et avons dû justifier avec notre numéro de chambre (la carte étant posée sur la table)

Bon spot proche du centre

Très bon emplacement, propre et décoré goût. Très bonne literie. Nos hôtes étaient au petit soin et nous ont concoctés une petit déjeuné spécial avant notre départ pour l’apéro! Merci à eux

Quiet at night, and at a walking distance to the center.

The rooms were clean, and exactly as advertised. The breakfast was very good and included local options too. The room was quiet at night. There's a bit of walking involved to reach the center, but it's acceptable. It wouldn't be quiet otherwise.

The hotel's name is unfortunate. There is a hotel called ARTion in the city as well. Make sure you show the hotel's name to the taxi driver, in case you use one.

Tolle kleines Hotel - perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse - wir kommen wieder, versprochen!

Maria vom Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich und hat uns bestens beraten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bekamen tolle Empfehlungen, was wir alles tun könnten und die Restauranttipps waren klasse. Vielen lieben Dank Maria!!!!

Bei der Reinigung der Zimmer könnte man noch etwas genauer schauen.

Apart from the construction site noise the hotel was nice

+ Very good location: a quiet side street not far from the center + Very good breakfast + Friendly staff + Very clean

- Constructing sites all around the hotel which were not mentioned anywhere on booking.com and resulted in lots of noise and due to this no windows could be opened and the hotel's inner yard was unusable

Superb

For a small hotel, the breakfast has lot of choiche and also daily specialities. The room was well isolated, no noise both during day and night. Air condition works well and in few minutes the room is at a confortable temperaure.

At my arrival, in the shower there was some shower gel on the floor, that was weird being everything so clean. Air condition has to be switch on by clicking on the button, and was not that clear. When on, the green ligth was quite invasive but still fine.

The beautifully curated breakfast to go box if leaving outside of the scheduled breakfast hours.

Exceptional from beginning to end. Helpful and communicative with arrival and taxi for departure. Delicious breakfast with offerings for all. I loved how comfortable the seat was at the breakfast lounge. Cozy and quaint modern room. Perfect for solo travelers. Location allowed to add my fitness steps in but not far at all from all the shops and restaurants. Frankly, it allowed me to see a bit of the local culture. I'd probably choose one of their big rooms if I traveled as a couple, but the queen standard I booked could serve its purpose, too.

The AC setting is locked. I like an unusally cold room. But most would be comfortable with the temperature set at 20/22. The hotel is situated and constructed in a way that it is always shaded.

Highly recommended for a relaxed and restful stay!

The room was really pretty and the bed extremely comfortable. The staff was very kind. The location was centric and the breakfast was also good, especially the Greek products :)

Finding a place to park was a bit tricky but possible.
