Good location to town centre. It was clean and tidy. Bedrooms were spacious.
Parking was an issue and pay and display ridiculously expensive. Online photos of outdoor seating very misleading.
4.0
Location, clean, decoration. 4 good size bedrooms
No shower other than en-suite

Good location to beach.
On road only parking.
Beds either very hard or very soft.
If you stay for 3 days or less, towels not provided.

Great location, just 5 minutes walk from the town and beach. House well appointed, 4 bedrooms and 3 loos.
Everything you need for a 2 night or longer stay.
Family bathroom would be better if fitted with an in bath shower.

Broadstairs is like a well kept secret. It is SO unspoilt with a proper bucket and spade feel. Traditional seaside shops and a great bar restaurant on the beach. We were blessed with wall to wall sunshine so the grandkids could run in and out of the sea all day long. The house was lovely, clean, nicely presented and a very short walk to the beach. A fabulous holiday.

perfect location easy parking once unpacked cars didn’t move we were central to everything!! Cafes on hand for breakfast’s and pubs and restaurants for meals . Our group ranged from 8 to 91 and it catered for all perfect family getaway ☺️
Nothing really just couldn’t get with working the telly 🤷♀️ but didn’t really need it!!!

It was clean and cosy, had good facilities in the kitchen, town centre and the beach really close by
Just a couple of suggestions - the lounge could do with a coffee table, we brought the outside table in and cleaned it up a bit. Plus the top bedroom is a bit noisy because there is no door on it, but I appreciate that it would be difficult to fit one. The main bathroom could do with a shower curtain

Cost, comfortable and well equipped house. We really enjoyed our stay and the location.
Street parking was tricky but there was a paying car park nearby. For those sensitive to noise, the boiler located in the smallest bedroom was quite noisy in addition to the doors on the first floor. All minor points.

Couple of niggles
No terrestrial TV channels available
Broken bolt on bathroom door

The location of Serendipity was spot on, close to the beautiful beaches and town centre. We were very pleasantly surprised how roomy the house was, being a family of eight plus dogs.. it was the perfect place to celebrate our eldest daughters 50th Birthday. Our host Beth was very helpful in communications prior to our visit, The house was cleaned to a high standard, the kitchen was very well equipped and fuel was available for the multi burner in the lounge, although late January we found the house cosy and inviting after our long walks on the beach. We would defiantly recommend and return to this property.
nothing!

It was well set up, very good kitchen and comfortable beds. It was also quiet.
If one room had had twin beds, it would be easier for families with children.
4.0
It was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well arranged. Dining area and living room are comfortable. Nice open plan ground floor, with small enclosed courtyard accessible off the kitchen.
Everything I needed for my stay was provided, including kindling and coke for the fireplace. Good location. Free on street parking can be tight, but at worst you would have to park a few minutes walk away.
As I was alone, I had my choice of bedrooms, so used the largest room on the first floor (i.e. one floor up from ground). There is a toilet, bathtub, and sink on that floor. One floor up is the master bedroom, with ensuite, toilet, sink, and shower.
Note that dogs are only permitted on the ground floor.

From the moment we stepped into Serendipity, we knew it was going to be great. As a family of 4, it's really important to have a cosy living & dining room space to relax in, but also enough space to spread out. Add a cosy wood burner, 2 nearby beaches, plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance, church bells on Christmas Day, our super-friendly host Beth, and you have a perfect stay in Broadstairs!

Great location and a lovely property.
Parking is an issue in the area. We ended up parking a few streets away but could stop outside to drop off luggage etc.
3.0
Great location for beaches shops and restaurants, plus tour bus stop very near, and could use senior bus passes. Clean and comfortable rooms and comfy beds. Excellent communication with Beth, who tried to rectify problems we encountered with house. I am sorry to have to add some critical feedback as Beth and James were very apologetic and had experienced some personal difficulties which may have impacted on the level of service. I think with a few adjustments this could be a perfect holiday home.
We had ongoing problems with the dishwasher, it would have been helpful to have instructions as we may have been able to identify and rectify problems, but we found dirty crockery in the DW and the cupboards and the DW tabs were not dissolving. Booklets for all kitchen appliances would have been helpful. All 3 of the toilets were wobbly and the lid came off one of them. We felt the description of the house was inaccurate as it only has one shower and one bath with a handheld shower and no shower curtain, and a downstairs toilet. That does not equate to 3 bathrooms. All 4 of us had to use the one shower in the ensuite as it was not possible to shower in the bath. The house is small for 8 people (as advertised) with no wardrobes to hang clothes. It was adequate for the 4 of us, but wardrobe space would have been an improvement. It would be helpful also to explain that the one shower is on the third floor and therefore difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The pin number to access the house provided on the site is inaccurate, and different to the one provided by the host.

Great location within walking distance of beach and town. Plenty of room for our party of seven. Lovely little courtyard garden for some outdoor space. The house is well furnished and tastefully decorated.
Some of the mattresses were very hard and some too soft. There were no black bags provided for the rubbish bin and no cleaning cloths provided to enable us to easily leave it clean. We also had a problem with the electric sockets not working on our last morning.
4.5
Great house, very comfortable and spacious. The location was great. Right by the town and beach. We were going to Margate to a festival easy to get there by bus.
There wasn't really anything to moan about.

We loved the house and the location was perfect for us as a family : )
We loved how there was four bedrooms
Great communication from Beth when I wanted to add another night
Broken lid on toilet upstairs
Not enough loo rolls in each toilet
Shower room tiny....but great shower.

Location was great. Easy 5 minutes walk to beach and town. Loved the fact that we could bring our dog.
Outside patio area nice plus. Kitchen good size and sofas comfortable.
Unfortunately, just a bath with overhead shower on first floor. No shower curtain to facilitate having a shower.
