Shame

Checked the bed, filthy sheets obviously not changed bedding. Host changed them immediately but not good enough. Kettle grubby

Really nice. Enjoyable

Everything. Clean. Comfortable. Very nice decor. But most importantly, the hosts were the best part of the stay. Ruth and Lez are very kind and welcoming. Funny but also showed genuine care for our stay and to make us feel at home. Next time I am in the area will definitely be looking to stay if available.

Avoid this place. It is not worth the nightly cost they are charging.

Nothing. It’s ok if you like staying in a garden shed. I did not stay and paid to go elsewhere. Tried to reach out to them twice but they never had the decency to respond

Very noisy (the room was literally behind the disco bar which was all day/night) it was gloomy, the bedding was not clean (crusty bogey and stagnant water in the vase) dark and cold. I would not have felt comfortable there at all.

The room was perfect for our needs and the hosts were exceptionally friendly

Ruth and Danny were very friendly and hospitable and genuinely wanted us to have a great experience.

Although it showed the rooms on the website as being black the decor could be a little lighter.

Disappointing and overpriced .

Central location

Door didn't lock well . No hooks in bathroom . No hand towels . Very dark, very dusty . Leak in-the ceiling dripped all night . Had to place a bin and towels there. Wi-Fi non existent . Tv in bedroom didn't work . No one around to tell or help. Checked out no one around to assist or speak to . Left keys inthe door no choice . Over priced and under delivered

More room than we expected lots of space and stylish apartment large shower room and outdoor space. Owners were good hosts.

Would have been useful to have a brighter light in the bedroom.

Sea lounge

The apartment was very spacious, and we loved the outdoor terrace.

We found the having the toilet and shower at the other end of the apartment abit awkward, especially as you have to walk past the big french doors. And the other neighbours can see you. Possibility of a blind or curtain would help. The rooms were lovely, but rather dark due to the decor being black.

Good to be in Broadstairs in such a great d location. Once upgrades are finished it may stand out more.

The room was very dark (blackish walls) and low lighting. The window difficult to open and remain open.

Didn’t stay there, ended up leaving and asking for refund as we had to book a different hotel

Unfortunately all of it, I’ve already made complaints to booking.com regarding everything that happened on our arrival but still haven’t had the decency to contact us back. Would never recommend staying there and unfortunately won’t use booking.com again

Lovely area, bad stay.

Looks great in pictures, wasn’t the best in person.

Wires hanging out of walls every where , plug sockets hanging off in bedroom, livingroom carpet soaking wet, poor wifi, shower flooring wasn’t sealed down properly. Definitely wasn’t worth £200 a night as it was very unorganised. Staff very flirty.. made us as a couple feel very uncomfortable.

Great bolt hole for a seaside stay let down by poor customer service.

The room was clean, comfortable and a stone's throw from the beach

The accommodation is a new business and had some teething problems, mostly minor which I have no doubt will be fixed by the time I got home. But lack of contact at checkout proved to be a real problem. No-one was on the business property or answering calls to help. Although I resolved the problem myself in the end, I had left voicemails which weren't replied to or followed up on at all.
