The couple who run it were very welcoming and the cleaners too. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Location was good. Breakfast was excellent. Good value.

Exveptional, being one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in.

Great location. Very well maintained property. Room perfect in every way. Breakfast as good as one could hope for with options such as kippers. Cafetière coffee too!

No parking available on site, however easy to stop and unload/load and plenty of free parking available a 6-8 minute walk away.

Good overall

Friendly welcome and tasty breakfast.

Room small with no view as it was at the side and overlooked next building. The room was not cleaned after first night or towels changed. We felt cold and heating was not on but after asking, the landlady brought us a portable electric fire.

First class service, breakfast and room

Both John and Sylvie were warm, smiling and helpful hosts. Breakfast served with a smile and our requests accommodated. Great veggie breakfast. Easy to reach on foot from station and beach. First class shower. Comfortable and clean bedding. Room with sea view. Quiet and peaceful. Nice and relaxing friendly atmosphere made us welcome and we did not want to leave.

Greeted by our friendly host. Nicely furnished house. Room comfortable with everything we needed (even biscuits!)

Great location and lovely well maintained Victorian building make this a great place to stay.

Really beautiful Victorian building, nicely decorated and in a perfect position for shops, entertainment and beach. As a bonus it’s also very near the Loop bus stop. Breakfast was good. The cooked breakfast was good quality and the food hot, there was also choice of fruit juices, boxed cereals, and cook yourself toast so this was hot too. The owner was friendly and helpful when approached. The beds were comfortable with modern furnishings.

No big niggles but if I was picky I would say that, although I understand why, I had the feeling the hotel was run to be as easy on the patrons as possible (within certain perimeters) rather than to make an excellent experience for the visitor. As I say I understand why but it’s not the best vibe. One other little niggle would be that there was no where to hang or put clothes in the bathroom so it was not ideal if you wished to get changed in private. As I say nothing major.

Great Stay!

The Owners were so accommodating & friendly. We requested an early check in which they worked quickly to turnaround for us to have, then we had to leave early the next morning & they ensured breakfast was ready for us! Very genuine & friendly people who work so hard to keep their Guesthouse running smoothly. Thank you!

Our stay was perfect.

Sylvie and John were great hosts, very chattie and accommodating, if we needed anything they we were given it within the same day. Breakfast were of a good quality and I would recommend this B and B to anyone. Our room was large and the bed was huge, comfy chairs and there was plenty of tea and coffee. They also supply a ironing board, iron and hairdryer. A ⭐️

There was only one downside the shower was not very powerful.

Simply wonderful

Sylvia and John were incredibly welcoming and helpful during our stay. The guesthouse is very pretty and clean and breakfast was delicious.Best cheese omelette I ever had! I would definitely recommend this cute place to anyone visiting the area as it is only a few steps away from the beach and town centre.
