We loved our time there. The proximity to the beach is great.

The little donuts you provided were great.

The shower head was way too low for me. It seemed lower than most other places I've ever stayed.

Price not worth it.

Bedroom and bathroom weren’t that good. Bed was extremely hard, bath tub faucet wouldn’t shut off completely and they wouldn’t fix it. Air conditioner leaked water on bed, and rooms were okay. Hidden charges were way too much.

お部屋が広く、フルキッチン付きで家族での滞在に便利でした。ラナイにテーブルがあり、気持ち良く食事を楽しんだりできました。敷地を抜けてビーチにすぐにアクセスできるので素晴らしいサンライズを楽しみました。テニスコートがあり、ラケットを借りて楽しみました。隣接のカウアイビーチリゾートホテルのプールも自由に利用できるのでとてもお得感があります。そちらのホテルにはレストランや売店もあるので困ることはありませんでした。

Gorgeous location and layout. We got to pop next door to the Resort and use its beautiful pool and facilities (the food was really good at both restaurants there…) and the apartment was very clean and cushy and comfortable. Very friendly, helpful staff. Everything you could want in one place. We’ll be back.

Wish we would have chosen a cheaper rental where we could have cleaner facilities & stay all togeth.

Kitchens, games to borrow.

We could have easily fit 5 ppl (youngest is small!) into a 1 bedroom but we’re required to rent/waste 1 room. One of the rooms (D22) had a cockroach in the master bed & 2 carcasses on the livingroom floor.

Pretty good experience.

1. Access to the pool at Kauai Beach Resort (the pool at the villas was nice, but pretty small). We have two kids and they loved the sand pool and water slide. 2. Great location. Close to the airport. 3. Clean facilities with a lot of room.

1. Customer service was hit or miss. Some people at the front desk were super helpful. Others, seemed kinda annoyed when you asked for anything. 2. Don’t plan on swimming at the nearby beach. Dangerous tip tides, jellyfish, and jagged coral reefs.

Wonderful way to start our 10 day trip to the Hawaiian islands.

It was connected to a larger resort with a beautiful pool, bar, hot tubs, and beach access… no swimming but great for walking.

It is old and could use a face lift. room smelled like mildew especially in the bathrooms that do not have fans.

The room was so old and actually smelled strongly of MOLD. The first morning a note was left taped on our door to vacate

Overall the stay was good. Apartment very convenient, ocean is beautiful.

Breakfast not included. Location very good - close to airport, near the beach that is infinitely long and beautiful. Apartment was very nice, clean, convenient, very well equipped.

Price. Piling resort fee on top of that felt like an extortion. Restaurant in the main building was heavily overpriced, with food quality totally inadequate. Would recommend to stay away from that.

Great property, but in need of renovations.

The pool attached to the resorts was very nice, and the beach within walking distance was absolutely beautiful.

Although it was a great deal for the two bedroom villa, the property is in desperate need if updates. Some parts of the villa did not feel very clean such as the bathroom and the carpet in the main living areas.

Did not live up to expectations

The beach access is a short walk. As expected, it wasn't the nicest beach in the area, but it was certainly the least crowded. I took my boys there in the morning while mom got some sleep and they had a lot of fun. The staff is great! Aside from not being in the loop on the scheduled maintenance, they were super kind, informative, and genuinely nice people.

The room did not meet my expectations basted on the ratings already provided by booking.com. the 1 bed was uneven/sloped and the pullout bed was a torture device that my oldest son slept on. The third bed was actually comfortable. When we arrived there was this black hair on top of a lot of surfaces. I don't really understand if it was human hair or some other residue, but it was very off putting. That was easily remidied with a trip to the store and Clorox wipes. Other than that, the room was clean. The dishwasher's soap dish wouldn't latch. It didn't ruin the stay, but it was just one more little thing that added up. The associated resort which you get access to has some additional pools and amenities that you can take advantage of (which seemed nice). While my wife and I went on an excursion, my mother in law took the boys over only to be disappointed by a water slide under construction. The final thing to note is that the whole complex had signs about an inspection of the balconies that required maintenance to come in for 20 minutes each day between 9 and 11. The staff didn't really know much about it and there was no way to opt out. I get it, you gotta do maintenance on the facilities. But why my week in paradise at 9 am!? In the end we never saw the maintenance guys so maybe they never came or they came while we were gone (but we were there during the posted hours).

It was a spacious unit with little frills, nice access to the resort but no swimmable beach.

The unit was very clean, very spacious and had a nice layout. I could live there comfortably after decorating it. The staff was very friendly. Being able to walk to the resort and use their beautiful pools and restaurant was great.

The unit was very sterile looking, very little artwork on the walls, no rugs on the hard tile floor, no pillows on the furniture, no real color. Although it was clean and had everything we needed, it was not warm and colorful like most Hawaii rooms. The jacuzzi was not accessible during our stay. The beach is not swimmable so you have to drive to a beach to swim in the ocean.

Good deal for price.

Suite size and kitchen with cooking and eating accessories well stocked.

Motocross track next door, noisy on weekend. Suites in some disrepair and upgrades needed. Roosters start crowing at 4 am .
