The condo was in a perfect location. Walking distance to all the sites and restaurants. Pretty quiet except for traffic noise but not too bad. The condo was very comfortable however, it would have been nice to have more pillow choices besides memory foam. They were all a bit too hard. Also, the fireplace isn't really a heat generating fireplace. Mostly for ambiance. Otherwise it was perfect place for us. Thanks!

Excellent spot, close to everything when walking. I loved the security in the building especially the underground parking as we had our golf clubs with us.
Everything was thought of right down to the choice of pillows and electric bed.
Would recommend and stay again.

First, the Pros: Check-in was easy (a bit intimidating entering the 7/11 to pick up the fob-several homeless people were lying on the sidewalk by the entrance). Location very good and view was super-this will change for the worse when the tower being built across the street is complete. Underground secure parking is a plus.
Now the cons: upon entering the unit, 2 light bulbs were out. One in the kitchen and one in the dining area. Then, after flushing the toilet, the water continued to run. I checked the tank and noticed the flapper valve was falling apart. I had to reach in and place the valve back on the opening-had to do this each flush. As our arrival was after 7 pm, no one was available to contact so we had to wait for the next day.
Then we tried the tv. For us who do not use Roku, switching from Roku to Telus tv was a challenge. A simple list of instructions would have been helpful. Finally, we wanted to watch a movie and went to put on the fireplace-no go!. I checked the remote for a battery, but it must have needed replacing.
Next day I had feedback from the Hosts after I had explained what was needed. We went out for the day and when we returned, the flapper valve in the toilet had been replaced along with 1 of the light bulbs. The remote for the fireplace was not working and the feedback given was along the lines of "forgot" . Regular preventative maintenance should take place BEFORE renters arrive, not during or not at all. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

We had a fantastic stay in this suite. It was very clean and well laid out. Well equipped kitchen. We really loved the bed, it was so comfortable! The massage chair was a real nice treat as well. The location is amazing! Just up from the Empress, so it’s close to the harbour and an easy walk downtown. Starbucks is across the street and one of our favourite restaurants is next door. My husband used the exercise room and enjoyed that as well. We’ll definitely return and stay here again!

Very clean, modern unit. Excellent firm mattress on the king bed. Decently equipped kitchen for 2 people with excellent appliances. The property management company for this unit was easy to get a hold of and were very responsive to a couple minor issues on check-in.
The only significant downside is the traffic noise, particularly at night.

Condo was in an ideal location. Close to downtown attractions, restaurants and had a Starbucks right across the street. Condo was clean, comfortable and in a safe neighborhood. Would highly recommend! The heated pool and hot tub were a bonus.

Very nice property, some management issues, but not clean:
- refrigerator not clean, bits of food in vegetable drawer and food spots on shelves
- floor dirty, visible dried liquid spots everywhere
- carpet not vacuumed, stains. Would be better to remove it.
- mold in shower: on bottom of door and corners.
At check in we followed the instruction to pickup key but when we tried to open lock box got message NO KEY had been put in lock box!! This failure by the management team caused unnecessary stress. No excuse. !!
Also, when we booked space on the auto ferry from Port Angeles (which arrived in Victoria at 6:45 pm) we did not know the VBRO office closes at 7:00 pm. We learned this later. Also, the only way to communicate with the office was by email (no text or phone call option).

Fantastic stay! Lovely, incredibly clean and well-appointed suite. The massage chair was a bonus and the high-end bed gave me the best sleep I have had in months!! Very much appreciated the professionally cleaned and pressed linens and towels. It definitely feels like you are staying at a hotel with these hosts! Kitchen was very well-equipped with everything needed and I appreciated the local coffee. Hosts were very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. We felt like we had a personal concierge!!! Will be staying at this property next year. Highly recommend-10/10!!!

Fantastic stay! Very well located and super cozy bedding. We had a great sleep as the building is quiet and felt very secure. Hosts were fantastic at providing all the necessary information and communication was top-notch. They even left wine and chocolates upon our arrival! We were able to walk everywhere as the building was central to all the downtown attractions. Appreciated the local coffee that was provided. The suite was incredibly clean!!

We picked this condo mainly because of the bed we wanted to try as we needed to purchase a new one ourselves on our return. You do not mention that only one bed was adjustable, and it did not seem to work properly which your guest back in April already told you in a review, also to pass the word along to future guests. The smart workplace was useless seeing we could not get the computer to work. We thought it was worn out batteries in the mouse and went out and bought new ones, but that wasn't the problem. The 2 fixtures on the wall for adjusting temperatures we could never get right as they were so different from the US. The refrigerator kept beeping every day for 3 or 4 hours and we did not know how to stop it. Obviously needs an overall. Most places would leave directions how to use the last 3 items. Open the front door and the first thing you see is a runner with a huge and smaller stains along it. When we mentioned it, all you said I suppose we had better buy a new one. Either you or the owner for sure. We stopped complaining with comments, as we were not getting suitable answers from you, just like when we rented from you people 3 years ago in a condo in Sidney for a month. Coffee maker did not work. It took 3 days to get a new one. Broken part on the washing machine that never got fixed while we were there for a month. Gas fireplace could not be used as the owner wanted it turned off. Never mentioned when we booked it that we would not be able to use it. The only thing we really enjoyed was the great location in Victoria, although I think you should mention, not for the elderly. when you are in your 80's you cannot sit on bar stills with no backs and having to adjust to eating from the couch was not comfortable for 2weeks. Being on a very fixed income we feel a partial refund for the things that were misleading. Thank you, and we look forward to hearing from you. David Harrington.

This is a super condo for a neat freak like myself!
Not sure when it was built but it shows like new with very few scuffs on the walls, etc.
We enjoyed the pool & the amazing chair we all fought over!
Check in was so easy & everything was as expected which was appreciated after a long day of traveling.

The condo was super clean and safe, in a perfect location right downtown. I could almost throw a baseball and hit the Empress, Parliament, and the museum.
Checking in was a little tricky, as I'd never used a Key Cafe before and the directions didn't mention the need to use the key fob to operate the elevator. Some of the checkout instructions could've been clearer too, like where to find the dumpster.
The place itself was very nice though. Plenty of space for my wife and me. Clean, warm, bright.
Only issue was the bed. It's actually two small beds pushed together, so you have to stay away from the middle to avoid falling into The Groove. One bed is very firm while the other is very soft. The soft one was adjustable with a remote, but the firm one was not.
I replied to the customer support email and mentioned that the bed remotes didn't work on the firm bed. I said I probably wouldn't use the tilt features, but they should be aware for future guests. The curt reply was "It might be unplugged." Followed by a shrug emoji.
I replied that I'd checked that as well as a few other things, but couldn't find the problem. No response after that. Odd for customer service not to at least acknowledge and say they would look into it. I'll be interested to see if future guests report the same issue. The message the owners sent with their lack of reply was that they don't care about fixing it.
The poor customer service aside, we really liked the place. Solid 4 stars. Fix the bed and the customer service, and it has 5 potential.

This beautiful apartment is situated in a safe neighbourhood. The secure parking that is provided allows you to explore all the restaurants, venues and shopping without using your car. The check in and out process was an ease to follow. The apartment is exactly as depicted in the pictures and was clean for our arrival. We will definitely return!
