Everything was great

Wonderful location and perfect size for 3 or 4 people. It was tidy but needs a deep clean- some tables were dirty and floor was sticky. Also only had 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 nights. Aside from those things, was a great stay. And very detailed check in instructions which we appreciated!

Loved staying in this lovely clean centra modern place! The views of the city and sky were gorgeous and all the people I ran into in the building were friendly and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and really lovely. It was sparkling clean and check in and out were really easy! Walking distance from everything you could need including all the downtown sites, restaurants, coffee shops, great restaurants, and transit should you come without a vehicle. If you bring your car, Parking included and and the parking garage was spotless and double gated so very safe.all in all it was charming and I would highly recommend

Very well placed for what we was looking for, but truly very hot in there. Needed more then one portable AC.

We had a lovely stay at the Juliet at the end of July. Victoria is beautiful in the summers and the unit offers great access to the inner harbour where there is lots to see and do. The secured parking was welcomed as the unit is not far from a large homeless population in tents on Pandora St. two blocks away. The unit comes as advertised and was adequate for my wife and I, and our 2 teen aged kids. A bit cramped for 4 but not overly so. I would have preferred a king size bed in the main bedroom. It's on the seventh floor and offers a view of the downtown although it does directly overlook a roof top parkade. It has a small balcony on which to enjoy your breakfast or simply read a book. The kitchen has what you need to cook for yourself and there are several stores close by to purchase what you need. The laundry needs some repairs to the dial but it works. The little coffee shop is very nice at the base of the building but it was closed on the weekend. Good value overall but not quite five stars.

We enjoyed walking everywhere. The condo was great. The only negative point is that the city of Victoria, for such a small city center, allows so many sirens day and night which makes the downtown area a somewhat noisy area to sleep in.

My family like this place with good security system and friendliness among guests. The place has almost all necessary needs for my family.

My family and i (2 adults, 3 kids 1,3,6yo) stayed here for a wedding and enjoyed our time. The location is good, not a far walk to shops on government street or the wharf. Building was very clean and check in and out process was simple and efficient. Overall great time and a good property. It was a bit small for the 5 of us given the age ranges but that is no reflection on the property advertisement, it was as advertised, i just would opt for a bigger property next time with 3 young kids.

We had a marvellous stay at the Juliet. The location is perfect, especially for people who enjoy using the excellent bus system.
The condo was attractive and well appointed. The house is secure, with every tenant only having accent to their specific floor.

This was a beautiful property. We loved the big deck and the view from the rooftop. The space was clean and functional. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Clean and safe place.
Could do grocery and take out easy everyday.
From walking distance of everything major downtown.
Helping host for all matters.
Took out 1 star from the checking, because we had hard time with the garage door. Once fix that was a charme!

property was very clean, great size and extremely quiet. the included parking was great, secure and great size. would like to see more darkening style blinds though for day time naps.

This property worked well for our family. It was walking distance to the start line and many other attractions including some awesome restaurants.

Very secure building. Walk to everything.

Room and location was great. Victoria is a fun city.

After an initial communication snafu with the management company, the place surpassed expectations. It's cozy, but was perfect for two sisters. The location was great -- just a short walk from restaurants, shopping, the harbor. It was clean, beds and pillows were comfy, small balcony for relaxing. We nearly forgot it had a rooftop deck, so only made it up there on our last day -- beautiful views of the entire city.

Closely located to all of Victoria sights

Thank you for the rental, this suite had everything we required. The suite is beautiful floor to ceilings windows giving us a nice view, close to all amenities and walking distance to downtown attractions. This suite was modern and with easy clear directions for checking I. and check out. I highly recommend booking this suite for your family.

Great apartment that was in a fantastic location. The only thing we would have changed is we would recommend getting a shower curtain for the shower as it made the bathroom very wet! Otherwise great spot.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here though we felt it was expensive for what it is.
Pros: the location is great for exploring Victoria and surrounding areas as it is central. The apartment building is very secure which we loved. The roof terrace is beautiful and well worth using. We didn't have any disturbances during our stay. The bar a few doors down is noisy at night but we never noticed it. It's a nice enough apartment, a squeeze for 2 adults and 3 kids but it was adequate. Utilities all work perfectly.
Cons: There's some maintenance work needed. Blinds are damaged and some we couldn't use. No plug for the bath. Shower curtain was mouldy and the sliding door to the bedroom was damaged so we couldn't close it properly. Some upgrades would make this a lovely place to stay. Only one lift in the building works and it is competing for the title of world's slowest lift.

The unit was terrific. Great location in downtown Victoria, walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery stores etc. Parking available in the unit and on the street. Unit was spacious, well equipped and attractive. We did have a few hiccups with our stay. First of all the both elevators were out of service for about 36 hours and we were on the seventh floor so we had to take the stairs, which was a problem for my 83 year old mother. Also, for a 24 hour period the parking lot was being pressure washed so we could not park there, we did not know this until we arrived and had to find alternate parking on our own for that time.

Enjoyed our stay. VRBO was perfect and just as described in ad. Quick walk to wharf area and bus stops nearby.

Such an amazing location, beautiful condo with everything we needed, welcoming host, and so clean. Would definitely stay here again

Very clean and comfortable stay. Good location. We didn't have any problem with noise. The only hassle was the elevator. There was only one working elevator for the entire building during our stay and so the wait was always long.. if I can make a suggestion, I would suggest a drop box for the fob and clicker on ground floor and not having to go up again to the unit.. overall it was a great stay.. thanks for sharing your place to us.

This property is exactly as advertised - great location in downtown Victoria - close to 2 grocery stores, and walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our 3 week stay here - everything worked well, was the perfect location for us. Would definitely book this property again if we were in Victoria. Excellent.

Adequate for a short stay in Victoria
Difficulty confirming information with Radie the contact agent for the owner of the condo.
Dishwasher works inconsistently.

Would definitely stay here with friends. The place was clean, centrally located with a comfortable living room to cozy in from a tiring day.

We have stayed in the Juliet building prior to this and really enjoy the location and property! This unit was clean and up to date, it was located on the back side of the building which we found quieter than our last stay which was on the front side. It was plenty of space for 4 adults and had a full kitchen. Parking was great and convenient when we needed a second space. Would definitely stay here a second time! The rental company was easy to connect to when we had a question.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, great location, we had a wonderful time!

Booked for the July 9 weekend and we’re told an hour before check in that they had double booked. In town for a wedding and scrambling for accommodation at the last minute. Ended up having to share a double queen bed room at a hotel instead of having a full suite to do hair makeup etc. Would not recommend.

The Company managing this condo, Victoria Luxury Vacations, were terrible at communicating. Despite me calling and emailing starting 3 days before checkin, we did not get checkin info until about after noon on the DAY OF checkin. I thought we’d been scammed when I couldn’t reach them until the evening before checkin. The dishwasher was so broken that when we pulled the handle out to load it the ENTIRE DISHWASHER FELL OUT ONTO THE FLOOR just missing me. Inside it was DIRTY and had all the parts that anchored it to the cabinet inside it. Twice more it fell forward when we walked by too closely. This company knew of the problem and tried to say it had just happened but obviously it had already been tried to be repaired . They did not apologize or offer any discount or promise of repair during our 11 day stay. I asked for a dish tray and rack to help with hand washing the dishes but that never materialized. We could have stayed elsewhere if only we’d known.
The location is terrific. The condo itself is very nice. The TV was great.

Clean and comfortable. Great location and within walking distance to most places. A few kitchen items like dishes need to be replaced. The existing dishes are old and scratched. It would have been nice to have a few food things supplied, like coffee available for a couple of pots. When you first arrive. The manager was great, she was friendly and helpful. Pillows need to be replaced.

We enjoyed our stay at the Juliet. The location was perfect as it is within walking distance of all of downtown Victoria. We did lots of walking and even walked part of the Galloping Goose trail in the evenings. The property had everything we needed and was clean. The only complaint I have is that I had a problem connecting with the property management three days before we were to leave, still had not heard from anyone with any instructions.
