Beautiful location
Weather was quite wet, parking area was very muddy, made parking the vehicle very slippery, perhaps some gravel would help.

Peaceful location. Perfect for a dog. Homely. Good pub with food within easy walk. Friendly locals. It had everything we needed.
Decor and furnishings a little tired in places but charming anyway. Would have liked more comfortable outdoor seating as spent long outside in the good weather.

Really nice location in the middle of no where perfect. For me. Peaceful ✌

Character cottage in a superb location, on its own and very quiet with a lovely view of fields behind the property in a beautiful area of the Lincolnshire Wolds. We really felt at home, it was very peaceful, warm and cosy, the storage heaters pack a punch and instant hot wat upstairs. Small kitchen but fine for two and found everything we needed and cooked every day. Very helpful hosts, thank you for answering all our questions and for the bottle of wine and milk and the folder with photos of the renovation is well worth a look.

It was the perfect stay. We felt at home right away and little things like milk, tea, coffee and a bottle of red were a gorgeous touch for our stay.
Would book again in a heartbeat!
My only complaint would be that the hot tap wasn’t great in the kitchen but really not the end of the world. That is me being extremely picky!

The cottage was a wonderful place to stay for the week. It was very cosy, comfortable furnished and decorated, with all the amenities of a normal house. It felt more like a home than a hotel. It was peaceful and isolated, without being inconveniently far from the nearby towns and villages.
We had a little trouble with running out of hot water during our stay, even for just two people, so quick showers are a necessity if you want to preserve it for other people/washing hands & pots. The cottage was also a little chilly, as it would take a while for the radiators to heat the cottage up, but our stay was during an unusual cold snap so that might not be everybody's experience.

Great location in the Lincolnshire countryside, not far from some great pubs and little villages. Great size for a couple, very clean throughout and a fully equipped kitchen. Very responsive and helpful hosts. A very comfortable and relaxing stay and we would definitely book again!
We couldn't quite figure out the heating, a couple of the knobs had fallen off the radiators, so this perhaps needs fixing. Otherwise I'd suggest to anyone staying to leave the settings as they find them! There are electric heaters though which gave us a boost and we were always warm enough, so no complaints, just something to be aware of when you first arrive!

Stunning, peaceful location, great character, good facilities.
Nothing really

We liked the location, the quietness, the cottage itself, and the friendliness of the locals (albeit a fair distance away).
We asked a questions about access to see an old church in a field further along the lane and, within minutes almost, we had a knock on the door by the church warden who happened to have moved there from close to where we lived. We couldn't fault the service from the owners of the property.
Nothing.

The cottage is very comfortable and homely. It has character unlike many holiday let's. It was very comfortable and functional. The beds were very comfortable. The garden is fantastic and great for the kids. The location is wonderful. Very peaceful and with splendid views from most windows. We saw lots of wildlife from the garden.
No complaints at all.
