- Your safety matters. There is a Ring doorbell security camera, located next to the front door facing out. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion
- A maximum of 2 cars are permitted to be parked overnight at the property. Other parking is available during the daytime
- The availability of community amenities may vary at times; please refer to the Lake Village website for timely information
- Children under 5 are not permitted to use the community hot tub
