Fantastisk terrasse. Små, lette forbedringsmuligheder.

Fremragende terrasse med fantastisk 270 grader udsigt. Tilmed godt lavet med læ, når det blæser meget. Velbeliggende i forhold til centrum - man skal dog som ofte i Funchal være parat til ret stejle gader. Imødekommende vært. Velfungerende internet.

Ingen elevator, så bagage skal bæres op. En hynde på solsengene på terrassen ville forbedre komfort en del. Lidt umagelige sofaer inde og ude, som også virker en smule slidte. Meget sparsomt med forbrugsbeholdninger: Ingen kaffe, næsten ingen køkkenrulle osv. - burde kunne gøres bedre i denne prisklasse. En flaske afkølet vand i køleskabet ved ankomst ville også have været en god service. Toiletlugt i badeværelse ved ankomst, men forsvandt dog hurtigt ved brug.

Killer view, lose to town, private parking for a very reasonable price! I would stay here a million % again!

The view is the best part!! However the rest of the house is exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable for a party of 6 max. The apartment is on the last 3rd floor so keep that in mind. It wasn’t an issue for us but it may be for some.

Honestly nothing. It was exactly as we expected it.

Very nice apartment

Great location and terrace on which you could sit and relax and oversee Funchal and its marina. Towels and bed sheets were provided, and kitchen was fully equipped (only missed a frying pan). The host was very friendly. Overall we had a great time staying at this apartment!

AC was provided but could have been better and one of the tanning beds was unstable.

I felt misled by the website, but the balcony was very nice and the property manager was pleasant

I loved the balcony, and the apartment itself was nicely laid out

The website listed this property is Bing beachfront, having a restaurant on site and a car rental… It had none of these things… If I had known, it was not beachfront, I would not have rented it

Very comfortable space

The view from the balcony, the apartment facilities and setup, the free parking, the efficiency of the check in and check out process. Very comfortable space. Had everything we needed, loved the outside area, great place to stay. Kitchen was fantastic. Beds super comfortable. Lounges very spacious and comfortable. Massive TV for those who love watching. Reliable internet.

No elevator in the building and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. The en suite bathroom is super tiny, there isn't a lot of space even for just one person. One can only see the beautiful view if standing on the balcony (not if seated or lying on the lounge chairs). Pillows not great and too thin.

Such a shame about the brick wall on the huge balcony. Had to stand up to see the fantastic view. Awful pillows. Didn't like having to buy toilet rolls (there was one in each bathroom)

Beautiful view, large modern rooms

Absolutely amazing view from the balcony. It's very large with sunloungers, sofas and a dining table. All the windows can be slid across to open up into the main property. The apartment itself is very large and airy with a modern feel to it. The bedrooms were a good size, the kitchen had full utensils and it has two living rooms. All furniture is good quality and everything is nice and clean. Thank you for the experience.

It was an excellent flat and we are so glad we chose it. Nothing strikes me as particularly negative. The only thing i would recommend is bringing an eye mask as the bedrooms are very bright and don't have thick curtains, but voile.

good accomodation to discover Funchal and area

it’s a great spacious appartement with a great view, a large terrace and a big good equiped kitchen.

We missed some basic needs. we have to buy coffee, thee, dishwasher tablets, toiletpaper. it is fine when basic needs are there. the bed’s are a little bit hard.

Very good

A grocery store run is necessary as the apartment is swiped of any toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, water. There was nothing there. Arriving Sunday late afternoon after a long flight, with most super markets closed makes it hard to find a place to get those necessities.

Amazing apartment!! Plenty of space and an incredible large terrace with views to die for. The kitchen was well equipped. Handy parking outside the building.

Half a toilet paper roll would have been nice if you want to go to the bathroom before you go to the shop for groceries, and mabe a kitchen sponge and one or two tablets for the dishwasher. The frying pans were very worn. The address was a bit confusing.

Great location, brillant terrace

The terrace is great, the view is breath taking. The flat is very spacious and looks the same as on pictures. The flat was clean. The private parking is an asset as you don’t need to park on narrow streets. It takes 12mins to get to the old city centre / marina. The beds are comfy.

Be aware of barking dogs at night and cocks screaming from 4am. There were ants in the flat (the owner put traps).

Huge apartment in central Funchal, the terrace is the best!

Very nice and huge apartment 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, huge terrace, near the main city center of Funchal, free parking lot for your car, all kitchen facilities you might need, speed internet, Easy key pick up and check-out

at times there was a smell in the bathroom from the pipes but only 1-2 nights.
