Great accommodation in central Margate

Second time staying here and we would not hesitate to return. Fantastic location. Lots of space. Great facilities. Comfy mattress. Would recommend!

A great stay in a really central location.

The host was very helpful and easy to reach; he allowed us to drop all our luggage earlier than check in time. The pictures don't to the place justice; we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was, with high ceilings and great living space. It was also very clean and tidy.

Fabulous! Also people on other reviews saying there was no cutlery? There was!

Fabulous location literally beach front. The house is stunning and extremely comfortable. There was one issue, which was sorted out immediately, which was great.

Just that the bunk beds are quite creaky, but that's it. No other negatives.

It was a weekend to commemorate a birthday, we enjoyed our time there and we may come back again!

The house was very cold when we arrived! But the host sent someone in as soon as we walked in to put the boiler on and eventaully the house warmed up. We loved the view fromthe living room and the upstairs bedroom, comfy sofas in the living room made every one feel relaxed

There was a faulty plug in the upsatirs bathroom which meant that the water did not flow out of the bathtub after a shower. I would have liked a broom or a hoover to clean the floor, family living can be messy! Also while there was alovely selection of plates and glasses there was no cutlery!! We managed but it was a bit difficult.

Beautiful large apartment with a stunning view

It is a huge apartment, we had plenty of space for the four of us. we all loved the arcade games and the kids said it was the funnest place we’ve stayed. The beds were also super comfy and it’s lovely to wake up to that view.

It is on a main road so you can feel a little on show in the living room but there isn’t many people walking past in January. The shower in the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and it would have been good to know the boiler was switched off as we thought we’d put the heating on and we hadn’t so it was cold when we got home quite late. These are only really minor things that could easily be improved

Beautiful apartment (and nice view). Cleaning service. Spacious. Good location (next to the beach, and walkable to restaurants and the train station).

What could be better: - Check-in instructions could be shared automatically upon booking, rather than having to call, or wait for an email - Some basic utensils were missing in the kitchen - Should request Google Maps to fix the the incorrect mapping (so the guests, delivery folks and taxis can find it easily) - Could be a bit more child proof

Great location, once you find it ...

Lots of room, set over two floors. Fab views over beach. Children loved the observation room and telescope. Decent-sized bath towels. Helpful, swift response from owner to question about heating. Great water filter - hot or cold instantly. Large TV with plenty of programmes to choose. Comfortable, wide, double bed (two twins together). Red bus cafe opposite a must. Great breakfast!

The address needs clarification. It's number 5 on the street, then flat two. Not at all clear at first and took us several frustrating minutes to find. Heating had been turned off before we got there, so it was definitely chilly. Owner gave us clear instructions how to start it, but it didn't really warm up all the time we were there. Visitors also need guidance about where to find the cutlery (there's a hidden drawer in the top drawer of the worktop). This clearly eluded earlier reviewers. Finally - and this is REALLY important - the bunk beds need urgent attention, to stop them creaking on every turn of the sleeper Several previous visitors have mentioned this, yet nothing seems to have been done. We were there for a restful break, but this constant noise during the night, even from child occupants, made relaxation impossible. Fix it! And just two teabags. Really?

The space and layout of the apartment was great and the location was perfect. My children loved the arcade games.

- Beautiful spacious flat - Spotlessly clean - Super comfy master bedroom bed - Bathtub - My 5 year old loved the arcades! And my grown up sisters too! - One Minute walk to the station and just by the beach - Will book again

The apartment is very big, it looks better than in the pictures. Great location and beautiful view. We had some fun whit the game machines in the living room, great entertainment.

There was no hot water so we couldn’t have a shower, we only stayed for one night so it wasn’t nothing terrible for us once we returned home the day after, but apparently the gas balance was finished according to the info we saw at the apartment this also means we had no heating, but there was a blanket so we were ok at the end. Little detail probably the person who does the cleaning didn’t warn the apartment managers. The carpet could be cleaner needed to be vacuumed.

The RIGHT address - we were NOT told the ACTUAL address was 5. Canterbury Road!! When I phoned, I was told to look for Station Road🤦‍♀️ No mention of the number of the building! We were finally sent a photo of the building with the house number

Great location and very comfortable getaway. Owner was very helpful when we arrived.

Beachfront location, lovely sea view, whirlpool bath, pacman game stations, welk equipped kitchen, helpful owner.

Very squeaky bunk bed so two of the family slept on the lounge floor.

Perfect location, next to beach. Was able to find free parking opposite. Apartment was larger than expected, very well decorated. Great retro game machines for children.

The location was on a main road, with beach bar opposite. The noise may bother some people, it was fine for us.

Loved the spacious apartment, photos don't show scale. Everything amazing. Lovely sea view, power shower, toiletries, comfortable pillows. Definitely would stay there again.

Sounds picky, but door to apartment and front door only have Yale locks which I wouldn't feel secure at home with..
