A Gated Community with Three Bedrooms (Two KING BEDS) with 2 full baths and one 1/2 bath and a 3 minute walk to the beach. With Counter top seating and a complete Dining Area. Private Balcony with Views of a beautifully landscaped pool area with a Hot Tub. The kitchen has all of the utensils, Pot and pans, and Baking pans you need to cook any meal. Master with KING, guest with queen, third bedroom with KING and a single bed, Laundry room. Linens and Bedspreads are Washed and Bleached for Each Stay every time. This Brass Rail condo exceeded our expectations! We have rented at various East coast beaches for the last 35 years and this was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in! The location was great - the beach just a couple minute walk away as well as restaurants, shops and the IGA. The condo is large with plenty of space for all 7 of us, ages 4 months to almost 60. The pool area is spacious and never felt crowded. The condo was very well stocked and included the necessities such as hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Marsha was a wonderful host and always very responsive to communication. I can’t recommend this condo enough. Thank you Marsha for a wonderful stay and a week of making memories at the beach.

This location is so convenient you can walk to everything tybee has to offer. We park the car and don’t move it until our stay is over. Condo was very nice and exactly as the description. We had 4 teenagers and they loved being about to come and go. We would stay here again.

We had the most amazing time. This property was fabulous! It had absolutely everything we needed and then some. It was very spacious and clean! Having the two and a half baths was wonderful. And the patio area was my favorite place to be. It was much bigger than expected. And don't even get me started on the primary bedroom and bath just wow! My husband was unable to go with us on this trip but I absolutely want to go back and bring him and definitely going to book this place. It was walking distance to so many places. Tons of shopping and restaurants. The kids loved swimming in the pool and hot tub when we weren't out at the beach which was only steps away. Highly recommend this condo! You won't be disappointed

We had a great stay for spring break! The place is actually larger than the pictures can portray! The space was fantastic, the beds were fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was central to everything. Having the hot tub and pools was fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay at Brass Rails. Very convenient location to shops and restaurants. We didn't rent a car and most things were walkable. Marsha was a great and attentive host. Travelled with 6 women so having three bathrooms was a plus. We will be back :)

Our stay was fantastic!! The condo is well-stocked from the kitchen and bathrooms to the laundry and beach gear. It is perfectly located at less than a block from the beach and shops. We had an issue with one of the showers not having any hot water but the property owners were quick to respond and had their repairman there to fix it the same day. We enjoyed playing cards on the covered patio after a fun day at the beach and pool!

This was a fantastic property and experience for our group of five. There were two adults and three teens. The property is amazing. Very clean. All the amenities of home. The view is over the pool and hot tub. Everything is easily accessible. Parking is great in the garage. A big plus is the elevator that is right next to the parking spot. It serves a total of six condos on three floors. You’re not sharing with tens of people. It drops you off at the door of the rental. At the time of our visit, the city of Tybee had an issue with its public water. I mention this to note that the owner, Marsha, was fantastic about keeping us informed. Communication with her was concise, informative, and simple. By far the easiest I’ve experienced anywhere. Only pet peeve of the trip is remembering three separate codes for door entries: main gate for vehicles, gates for foot traffic, and condo code. Put it in your phone, and you’re good. This does not diminish or disappoint anything about our trip. Beautiful place and well worth the cost.

I have booked several vacation rentals in the past and this has been our best experience by far. The location is awesome (short walk to the beach), the pool/amenities were not crowded at all, and the condo itself was very spacious and clean with a beautiful patio/balcony. It had everything you could ever need to have a comfortable stay. We brought supplies that previous rentals did not have and ended up not needing any of it! We were most impressed by how hospitable and responsive Marsha was. We had a family emergency and she was very compassionate and flexible. We hope to stay here again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was an easy walk to the beach and area restaurants. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs available for our use. Having access to a pool was great for our family because the ocean was not always the best swimming option for us. The condo itself was clean and large, and we would definitely stay again.

As first time visitors to Tybee we made a great decision to stay at this terrific condo. The pictures accurately show the space, and the location to the beach is a very quick + easy walk. The condo is very clean, comfortable + spacious, it was well-equipped with everything we needed. We were happy to have a covered parking garage with a marked spot, and the gated entry to the building added a sense of safety while being away. We enjoyed the location and could walk to stores + restaurants, and it is a quick drive into Savannah. Communication with the owner was pleasant and prompt. We would absolutely recommend anyone to visit Tybee and stay here.

One of the best vacation condos I’ve stayed at. Was so nice and clean. Marsha was very easy to get a hold of if needed. Plenty enough room and turn the corner practically and you’re at the walkway for the beach. Great location! Would definitely stay there again!
