Schönes Apartment mit voll ausgestatteter Küche

+ Self-Check-in mit sehr guter und genauer Vorinformation + Apartment war sehr sauber und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet + Bequemes Bett + Schuhlöffel im Apartment + Parkgarage ist sehr nahe

- Straßenseite war abends lange laut, obwohl es eine Fußgängerzone ist - Für einen4-Tage-Aufenthalt waren zu wenige Kleiderbügel im Schrank - Vorhänge haben mir gefehlt, auch wenn gegenüber ein Amtshaus und kein Wohnhaus ist

Man hatte alles was man braucht. Die Lage war für unseren Aufenthalt super. Die An-& Abreise war sehr einfach & alles war sehr detailliert beschrieben.

Учитывая посещение в конце ноября - уютно, тепло, теплые одеяла, отличный душ, нет посторонних запахов, телевизор имеет доступ к YouTube Чайник, даже пару пакетов чая и пару капсул кофе для кофемашины, которая там есть Посуды вполне достаточно. До метро буквально 2 минуты, линия метро имеет удобную развязку как с аэропортом, так и с самыми туристическими точками Вены Из аэропорта дорога займет около часа всего с одной пересадкой В радиусе 300 метров 2 продуктовых магазина, может и больше, нам хватило Есть пекарни, есть магазин DM Что немало важно - очень тихий спальный район, тусовок и шума под окнами точно не будет Очень достойный вариант для любителей исследовать город самим Удобный check in, служба поддержки быстро отвечает при вопросах

Если готовить самим, то в номере на двоих из-за отсутствия вытяжки пропахнет всё, но мы не готовили, поэтому нас это не смутило) Также возможно покажется тесновато, чемодан в шкаф не помещался, приходилось его обходить

Etablissement à conseiller pour un séjour court ou long

Situé dans le 22 ème arrondissement de Vienne dans un eco-quartier très calme. Vous devez suivre à la lettre les instructions reçues par mail pour accéder aux clés et aussi à la laverie . Parking sécurisé fourni dans la prestation à 150 m de l'immeuble. Locaux propres parfaitement équipés, personnel sympa et dévoué. Terminus du métro (Seestadt) à 200 m et qui vous mène en plein centre (Schottentor) en 25 minutes.

Le wifi qui fluctue un peu trop, pas de notice explicative du téléviseur qui permette de choisir quelques programmes en français.

Odličan

Smeštaj je zaista odličan, udoban, čist, dovoljno prostora, sve što je neophodno za nekoliko dana, poseduje. Jako je blizu metro stanice (150m) i oko zgrade u blizini ima restorana, pekara Ströck, Spar supermarket... Lokacija je veoma tiha, nije se čuo niko živ, osoblje odlično i veoma ljubazno. Parking garaža besplatna, bukvalno na 100m od smeštaja. Recepcija radi od 9h do 16h i oni maksimalno izlaze u susret. Kad smo stigli ujutro, ostavili smo stvari kod njih, a oni su ih odneli u sobu kad je bila spremna za check in jer smo otišli u centar. HVALA IM! Odličan kafe aparat u sobi. 🩷

Jedina mana ovog smeštaja je sto vam treba tačno 22 min. vožnje metroom do centra, za neke dalje lokacije kad se uzmu u obzir i šetnje od stanice do stanice treba vam sat vremena do neke lokacije. Ali to nama nije bio veliki problem jer smo napuštali smeštaj ujutro i ceo dan bili napolju do večeri... Smeštaj bi dobio ocenu 10 samo da zamene silikon u tuš kabini na kojoj je malo počela da se hvata buđ, ali to je sitnica, sve ostalo perfektno.

Хороший молодежный отель расположенный в новом районе

Хороший отель для 1-2 человек. Прекрасное месторасположение в новом квартале рядом с озером и совсем рядом с остановкой метро. Вечером есть где погулять прямо в этом районе. Прямо на улице устраиваются разные тусовки молодежи. Вообще район в котором в основном проживают молодые люди 20-25 лет, на улице много именно такого возраста. Не скучно :-) Комната отличная. Много места и все новое. Удобная кровать и подушка. Хороший интернет, что в Вене далеко не везде.

Das Apartment war sauber und nahe an der Bahnhaltestelle.

Unserer Jalousien ließ sich nicht öffnen. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Hotel ist man uns allerdings entgegen gekommen.

Prijatno iskustvo

Udaljeno od centra ali je metro na 100m od smeštaja. Vrlo brzo se stigne na svaku željenu lokaciju u Beču. Mirno, tiho, vrlo uređena okolina, prodavnice u neposrednoj blizini. Garaža u neposrednoj blizini.

Tutto ciò che ci si può aspettare da un appartamento

Tutto ottimo, in particolare la posizione a due minuti dalla metropolitana e il fatto che fosse tutto nuovo e pulito. Inoltre nelle vicinanze si trovano supermercati ristoranti, quindi chi non vuole ritornare in centro dopo una giornata intensa può rimanere e cenare in appartamento o a uno degli ottimi ristoranti praticamente sotto casa.

Era tutto perfetto.

Really lovely

- neighbourhood - parking spot included in the room rate, located in a parking building 1' away from the appartment. - subway U2 literally 2' away and it takes abiut 25-30 minutes to get into the city center. It it a nice trip as the U2 is mostly out and you can see the sorroundings. U2 is never busy. - nice staff - very good size appartment, we got the middle sized one with a sofa - perfect size for 2 people. - big bathroom - everything you need in the appartment, stayed for a full week. - very quiet at night - we had all we needed for breakfast in the kitchen - easy access in and out of the building - 2 supermarkets 5' away, pharmacy, bakery, DM, Cafe, all you need. We will return here.

We liked everything. Keep in mind that new towels, new bedsheets and room cleaing have an extra fee per person.

The location was convenient, the room a little bit small. We got unlucky with the neighbours - we could hear snoring and coughing through the wall.

Great stay

Great cozy apartment for short and longer periods. I stayed three weeks, felt like home and I think that says everything. Well furnished, enough space, well equipped kitchen and staff is amazing, friendly and supportive.

Noizy fridge beside the bed but I am a light sleeper, most of the people won't even notice it

right next to the ubahn, coffee shops and DM store near by as well as hofer supermarket, clean rooms, nice and helpful stuff

unfortunately no washing machines in the building you have to go to another location to use the washing facilities. a bit far from the center (20-30 mins ubahn) but good transportation

Excellent value for couples...

Very nice and quiet quarter, great for family or couples. Although it is far from old Vienna, U2 U-bahn station is very close (100m) and subway is running every 5-10 mins until midnight. Hofer and Spar stores are very close and garage is excellent. Apartment was clean and nice. Great and responsive staff and keyless/contactless arrangement.

Uncomfortable bed mattress. One side of bed was much worse than other (2 smaller mattress instead of one big). Also some room slippers could be useful.

Great stay!

Very clean, new apartment. Heating was nice. Free parking in a nearby garage. Very easy self checkin. Good connection to downtown via U2 metro line. Excellent value.

Very soft bed and inner building sound isolation is not the best.

The Place is quite self-contained u can even cook there

The location is quite out of the town which is not good for tourists who were not driving. It May waste lots of time on transportation
