Do not stay here if you get assigned # 2.

It was new and near the U.

Almost impossible to locate apartment # 2. It was outside the main elevator hallway. Who would look outside for an apartment on floor 1 after arriving inside the building???? Directions for apartment # 2 needs signage directing you outside!!! Never experienced anything like this in the USA! Also to get a free parking space took a phone call and 3 notices asking for the license plate # of car, which was given in phone call and 3 emails! Their answer: well the 3 were computer generated! You should disregard them! VERY DISAPPOINTed in the entire process plus difficulty in finding the apartment #2. We found # 1, and 3-7 just fine.

Апартаменты красивые,чистые,соответствовали фото. Было все необходимое,посуда,микроволновка,фен,холодильник,большая и удобная кровать,телевизор,посуда,кофемашина,чайник,хороший интернет,есть частная платная парковка. Рядом находится большой супермаркет,станция метро,автобусы,озеро. Рекомендую!

Не хватало стиральной машинки)

Ideale per le famiglie.

La posizione in periferia facilmente raggiungibile per chi viaggia in auto, la prossimità con metropolitana per gli spostamenti in centro (20 minuti), il luogo tranquillo e spazioso, quartiere tranquillo e rassicurante, silos per parcheggiare messo a disposizione gratuitamente.

Familienurlaub Wien

Sehr gute Lage, vorallem die U-Bahn ist sehr nah und man ist schnell im City Center. Die Lage ist super!

Der Zugang in die Garage hat nicht reibungslos funktioniert, weil die Autokennzeichen nicht richtig gelesen werden konnten und die Schranke ging nicht auf. Nach 3x Kontakt mit Customer Service hat es schlussendlich geklappt.

Absolutely perfect!

This apartment was perfect for our family’s short stay in Vienna! Everything was super clean, modern and functional! Very close to the Ubahn to get into the center of Vienna within 20 minutes. The area is a new residential complex and has supermarkets, green parks and even parks for dogs which for us was a major plus! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect for families with children

Good location, family friendly. Seems a bit far on map, but within 20 mins, you are in the city center so it is perfect. Lots of playground for kids and supermarkets/restaurants nearby. Apartment has all the amenities that you need during vacation. Responsive staff even when everything is remote.

For longer stays, maybe schedule an intermediate cleaning day. More information can be present inside apartment, e.g. about washing machine, cleaning, gym etc.

Free parking at the underground garage. Close to the U bahn and Billa. Flat was clean and well equipped.

Unfortunately, thanks to the possibility of free swimming in the local lake, the neighborhood was full of groups of aggressive and noisy immigrant teenagers.So it was not a safe environment for the family. But that's not the apartment's fault.

clean, spacious, new apartment with a lot of contents, bathroom clean, spacious, comfortable wide bed, smart TV, close to super market, metro line U2, city center a little further, but you can get there quickly

Very weak WiFi, fined twice for parking on the street (2x for 36E). A warning for those who come by car to buy a ticket for parking on the street in advance (9am-10pm) because not a single minute is tolerated. The host should warn the guest about this and not let him be told when this happens that the guest himself should be familiar with the rules of parking in a foreign country...? and maybe even the ticket he bought won't be valid if he parks where he shouldn't, even though it's an obvious parking spot across the street from the apartment

Superb

have never been disappointed with Vienna's hospitality, it always exactly matched the housing description provided. But this time something went wrong from the beginning. The apartment I booked appeared to look different from the pictures. There was no window the room space was not like what I expected to get. It was clearly pointed out that there would be three guests 2 adults and a child. But the extra bed they set took up much floor space leaving no room to feel comfortable. Evidently that the studio is only for two people, but it was paid for three. The real payment was higher than the cost on Booking at the time of payment (1174$ vs 1204$). I could not get into the reception building to take the parking card. Since it was the holiday I parked the car along road and was fined the next morning. There are other little things not worth mentioning.

One night with family

Spacoius, clean, new apartment. Receiptonist was available via phone, and could help. Cafe capsules and herbal tee in the kitchen- thank you for it, I loved it!! Microwave oven. Could park for free, even if 500 m away.

Check in was a little cumbersome. The detailed description was correct, but to find the building in the dark, when noone is on the street, and enter the pins with the cold- icy fingers were a little challange. One door has not accepted the pin, but the receptionist answered the call immediately, and helped us immediately. If you like " exit games", you will enjoy the check in process :-) actually it was smart. But guests should be prepared to dedicate some time for it. And you need to have your smart phone available to use google map.
