Everything but the inside of the house was great

Location, people, facilities

Soooo many things were broken—too many to list. Most importantly the dryer didn’t work and after Multiple requests, they cleaned the vent—which didn’t fix the problem . There is a leak in the bathroom sink (were they out the clean towels) The oven didn’t work and one of the burners didn’t work. Even the iron didn’t work None of the electronics were connected, the needed wires to connect were missing… The blinds and the shower curtain would not stay up.

It was the best vacation!! Amazing stay overall!!

We loved everything about the property. Loved the location, all the amenities, security, and the fact that the property is not a high rise

Great location , heat your pools in March

Pool was freezing, my kids are competitive swimmers and used to very cold pools to train and thus was not even comfortable for them. Heat your pools especially since two of the three pools weren't even opened due to maintenance

grear place to stay !

I was blown away by the unit... it was beautiful, comfortable, well equipped and had a view that exceeded my expectations ... very updsted and we wanted for nothing the entire stay ... definitely recommend it to family and friends

Check out was a little early at 9 am by day 5 ur exhausted and moving slower lol and the construction next to the unit balcony got noisy but nothibg too bad it ended before 6 om and started later in tbe morning and the guys didnt get in the eay at all ...

overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

location and views of lake and ocean. AC worked well.

walk to the ocean water was a bit tough. also the oven knob was missing and the dishwasher was difficult to operate. Appliances seemed pretty dated for such a high price point.

Healing from tragedy was found in the sanctuary of the ocean and its cleansing waves.

Loved being able to see the pools and the ocean, sitting on the balcony in the early morning.

Our particular condo, 1115, needed a way to lock from the inside so that a child cannot open the door and get out.

Pleasant

Location was perfect for beach and pool. Nice gas stove with grill and griddle. Separate ice maker.

Very beat up - needs paint and redo. Beds are squeaky and not comfy. Dishwasher was horrible

Our first stay at Sanctuary By the Sea

Secluded, private beach, secure, beautiful facility and unit. Codes for gates and unit door. Covered parking basements. Carts to get luggage to the unit. Professional grade Viking stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, separate ice maker. Dining table was massive and expandable. Beautiful unit!!!

Our unit could have been cleaner. The master mattress needs to be replaced. The dining room chairs need to be replaced.

We will definitely come back, loved the time of year we chose.

Loved the location, Loved the gate and security, Loved the beach and set ups, very comfortable beds, chairs, sofa, nicely appointed kitchen. Loved the balcony

Lighting is very poor, especially in the kitchen. Range hood provides some light but 2 of the 3 light bulbs were burned out...One of the balcony doors had no lock, only a hole where the lock had been. Because of much rain the two nearby lakes broke thru to the ocean emptying red water into the area in front of the condos. Natural phenomenon but not very pretty...
