Complete waste of money

The location was great and it’s close to the main attraction.

The reception staff was unprofessionally dressed up and there isn’t any professional approach. When I was at the reception there wasn’t any greetings at all and the staff was wearing shorts 🩳 and sandals. He was completely in different world. The hotel wasn’t clean at all from the entrance to the room. Also, there was bad smell 👃 everywhere. The room wasn’t big enough and the bed should be double but it was small double bed. There was stain mark on the duvet cover and the kettle and tea cup wasn’t clean 🧼. Room was to smelly and the door wasn’t shut properly because when I turned off the light then I could see outside lights and when people passing through. The bathroom was too small and even I couldn’t seat on toilet 🚽 properly because it was too small space. There wasn’t any handwashing either in the toilet even in 2024. There was covered to hang clothes but there wasn’t any hangers at all. I had very bad experiences and I won’t recommend this hotel to waste money. Also, there wasn’t any Wi-Fi . It was completely waste money .

Perfect location. Your not paying hilton prices so don't expect a hilton standard.

We were moved to a ground floor room when the kind gentleman noticed I was on crutches which was above and beyond. We were able to come and go when we pleased and added bonus was that the parking was free although when I called and got through to I believe was a sakes rep or booking staff they saod I would have to pay.

The floors were uneven but to be honest it wasn't a huge deal. When I called I belive I got through to the chain call centre and they lied to me and pushed very hard for me to book with them instead of booking.com claiming she was cheaper (which she wasn't at all) I only called to discus disabled parking and instead of answering the question (which she could not) she pushed far to hard it was uncomfortable.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Location is just a 3 min walk to the seafront and start of the town. Free car parking for guests.

Very tired decor, lounge and bar both closed due to "covid19" (Isn't that 3 years ago?) No food at all, not even a vending machine and no toiletries.

The place was bad I booked a triple room with three single beds they put us in a family room with 2 beds I asked the manager about this and he said because were males it would do for us. I should get what I paid for which I had to pay extra for it’s a joke. The room was unclean with mold on the bed sheets, dirt on the ceiling, cracks in the corner so there was wind coming into the room and the shower would not drain properly and hardly any pressure coming out seemed the shower head wasn’t coming out properly was dreadful

A horrible experience and booking.com and the hotel are refusing me a refund

Nothing, it was run down and my door had been punched and was not secure, the door surround had been bodged. There were punch impressions in the walls in the corridors. In the lounge / conservatory area the furniture was all over the place and certainly not useable. I did not stay at the property and they are refusing a refund.

Everything ! I left after 10 minutes of checking in. The place is terrible, do not book this hotel.

The cleanliness of the hotel wasn’t great. I walked bare foot in my room and had someone else’s pubic hair stuck to my feet. The shower hadn’t been cleaned and there was mould everywhere in the bathroom

Faulty towers Hotel, basil not their.

Nothing, it was a filthy rooms, both of them, no service of room their advertising on booking.com is not true for facilities, stay well clear of the place its cheap yes , but awful yes

We had to ask for new towels , toilet roll or tea and coffee and sugar, new pillows given were filthy as the old ones, bedding mot been washed for months, toilet and shower cubicle filthy, staff unnhelpfull, no phone or fan in room , absolutely diabolical place all round., their advertising on booking.com is not true for facilities. Stay well clear the place , please don't book it , it's cheap, yes but awful, yes.

Location is only good thing about this hotel.

The bed was so uncomfortable that I didn't get any sleep. The room was very tired and dirty looking. We booked out after one night, as the room above us had a party at 3am.

Perfect value for money

General manager was the best I’ve personally ever dealt with. Totally understandable of 6 lads enjoying a weekend away. Anything we needed he helped. Top bloke, and great value for money.

IT IS SO MUCH WORST THAN WE EXPECTED. WEVE STAYED IN BAD PLACES & BELIEVE U GET WHAT U PAY FOR, BUT THIS PLACE SHOULDNT EVEN BE OPEN TO PUBLIC. SUCH A HEALTH HAZARD. The location was perfect, very close to sea front.

The hotel was very dated. My Daughter's family room was smelly and upon opening drawers there was a moldy sandwich and moldy oranges left in there. They got moved to a better room but the tv didn't work and when you have a child with you they want to watch tv in the room. The towels were dirty. Yet another complaint to reception. They gave my daughter clean towels and another tv which she had to take to the room herself and tune in but it still didn't work so gave up on that one.
