Peter the host is a true gentleman and very prompt to answer questions. He was there to receive us and hand over the keys to the apartment.

Charming urban villa

This urban villa located in the peaceful 13th District of Vienna posess unique vibrancy and charm. It is not more then 10 minutes from nearest undeground station (U4 line) which means that you are about 10 minutes away from city center. Place is Immaculately clean to the point that you get under umpression that Greek goddess Hygiea is working there by herself. Kitchen is well equipped with all necessities needed to fix a meal. Hosts are invisible although highly responsive and eager to make you stay pleasant. I am highly recommended this place either for short or long stay.

Modern and really beautiful apartment with excellent south-west exposure, located in a quiet neighborhood with everything, including supermarkets, restaurants and shopping centers within a very short distance. The U4 underground line is about 10 minutes on foot and allows you to get to the center of Vienna in about 20 minutes. The presence of a gym in the basement is a plus. Excellent communication with the owners Jane & Peter.

10 IS NOT ENOUGH! AN OUTSTANDING TOP TECH, ELEGANT & LUXURY PLACE THAT FEELS LIKE A HOME 🤍

We traveled substantially for many years, but never saw a host with such incredible commitment, detailed focus and outstanding service. The villa is located within a super elegant, traditional quarter, which is quite close to the outstanding Schönbrunn palace. Accomodation reminds us of an atmosphere of Vienna's "old money" art deco times. The building is a new one or a newly reconstructed one, so everything is new, fresh and perfectly clean. The property maintenance and the cleaning service provided is on the top level. The apartment is fully equipped with high-tech Miele appliances, and a Nespresso machine (the capsules however are not the one you can purchase at Nespresso boutiques, so we brought the wrong ones with us). Check in is contactless, easy, and simple. As well, you can utilize a garage spot for a reasonable fee. The bathroom has a pleasantly heated floor. We would like to highlight the owner's conveyance, top level professionalism and friendliness. We are incredibly grateful for Peter's great help, since our car went out of the battery because of freezing, and the owner Peter managed outstanding help so we were able to use our car again. As well, I would like to emphasise the outstanding fitness room, which is in the basement of the villa.

- we would appreciate a firmer mattress (though I realize it's a highly subjective matter) - definitely some larger mirror next to the room door - some instruction on the heating control (there are no degrees/ °C on the control panel)

Extremly satisfied with our stay. It was really pleasent, fantastic and quite area, with lots of hiking opportunities an

New apartment, well equipped kitchen, lovely dining area, plenty of space for a family of 6. Bathrooms and the rooms are clean. There are also few balconies with a lovely view on the neighbourhood. In the basement of the building there is a really cool gym, it has all the necessary machines and free weights that you normally need during a longer stay. The owner is super helpful and very responsive. I definitely recommend this apartment.

ideally there should be a washing machine and an additional air conditioning unit for the master.

Dream appartment

We truly enjoyed this apartment. It exceeded our expectations. This is the first location where we just loved everything about it. There is an attention to the details that had fascinated us, even for us that we consider very detail-oriented persons. For sure, but really for sure, the next time we will be in Vienna you will be our first choice for accommodation. Thank you for everything, Peter!

This is the cleanest apartment we have ever rented. The building, as well as the neighborhood is very quiet. Moreover, there are many bus/tram/metro stops around the house, making it convenient to travel around. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay in Vienna

Amazing apartment, great location and friendly host!

The apartment has great modern interior design, it is well equipped and clean. Located in a quiet part of town but still well connected with public transportation. Owners are friendly and kind hosts. Hope to visit the apartment again!

Nice place to stay for few days in Vienna.

Not in the center in Vienna, but this is advantage, not disadvantage - quiet and cozy 13th district of Vienna with beautiful villas and green surroundings. Not far is wild park with walking possibilities, very near Gustav Klimt's villa and many Art Nouveau buildings mixed with mid 20th century private houses. The design of the apartments is made with high-quality, modern materials. Transport is very good - 9 minutes walking distance from U4 subway line and aprox.20 min to city center. Few stops from Schonbrunn Palace, Vienna Zoo, Vienna Technical Museum. Very welcoming hosts who responded quickly to emails and phone calls. Very nice stay!

Would definately stay here again and recommend to others who are looking to stay in this area.

Very clean and fully equipped for an extended stay. Quiet neighborhood, convenient walk to shops, restaurants and public transportation. Property owners were extremely friendly and quick to respond to any questions or needs.

A hidden gem, great to discover Vienna

- the modern and clean rooms - air conditioning in the living room - the location, far enough from the city centre to make the drive easy, and close enough to reach the attractions with public transport - the quiet neighborhood - the garage - last but not least a great host, Peter was very friendly and helpful.

Clean and comfortable!

The apartment is situated on the first floor, and also the picture in the presentation includes a balcony, the room doesn’t have a balcony and you aren’t have access outside throughout the room, to drink a coffee or just admire the view. This was the only inconvenient. I think that if this is presented from the beginning, you will know what the expectations are. Otherwise, everything was great!

We definitely recommend the apartment!

Our family with three children loved everything. The place is very quiet. There are many green spaces around. The apartments are made of quality materials. It is sunny and warm. The hosts did their best to make you feel comfortable. Jane & Peter you are great. Well done! Keep it up!

Ideally, it would also be possible to place a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner somewhere nearby for visitors). But in any case, everything is beautiful.

Great flat, great hosts, great neighborhood!

Absolutely everything. Starting with the building itself and finishing with the Miele appliences, everything was great! I also appeciated it was very easy to communicate with the hosts.
