About this house rental
If you are looking for the perfect place to give your large family and friends group a great lake experience, you have arrived. This is the perfect lake house for vacationing families on Lake Delavan. Newer construction with 9 foot ceilings and spectacular lake views from all levels. Large lake side yard with 60 feet of flat frontage. New 80 foot permanent private pier with swim ladder, walkout stairs, sandy bottom, and plenty of boat parking space. Great fishing right off shore and pier. Large main level deck with lake views, plenty of lounge furniture, gas fire table, and dining table. Weber grill with direct natural gas line (never empty tanks or refills). Ground level screened patio with ceiling fan and lounge furniture is perfect for afternoon relaxing. There are 2 large Family Rooms areas with lake views and fireplaces. Family Room #1 is on main level connected to kitchen, dining area, and deck has a large sectional sofa and 80" HD TV for family movie nights. Family Room #2 on ground level is connected to wet bar entertainment area and screened patio with large power reclining sofa and love seat and 58" HD TV. Wet bar with lake views and refrigerator seats 4 for entertaining. Five main bedrooms and 3 kids bunkrooms comfortably sleeps 10 adults and 10 kids. Bedroom #1 is a massive master suite on top floor has a king size bed, expansive lake views, cathedral ceilings, balcony, fireplace, desk, sitting area and 58" HD TV. Master suite includes large master bath with double shower, double vanity, steam shower, and jacuzzi tub. Bedroom #2 on top level has a king size bed which is convertible to 2 twins for single adults or kids. Bedroom #3 on the main level has a king size bed with connected main level bathroom and "no stairs" access which is perfect for the grandparents. Bedroom #4 is on the ground level off Family Room #2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom #5 is on the ground level has a king size bed. Lower level has full bathroom with shower. Kids bunkhouse over attached garage has full heating and air conditioning, 3 bedrooms, gaming area with video gaming chairs and Xbox, and full bathroom with shower and double vanity. Large 2 and 1/2 car garage. Plenty of private parking for 8 cars. Kitchen has granite counter tops and modern appliances. Laundry room has granite counter top, laundry sink, and washer and dryer. Highspeed 400mb internet and WIFI access throughout. Smart TVs throughout provide basic channel access and streaming apps (Netflix, Prime, etc). All the modern comforts of home on the water’s edge of the south shore of Lake Delavan. 10 minutes to downtown Lake Geneva shopping and restaurants. 10 minutes to Geneva National Resort & Club golf course. 30 minutes to Alpine Valley Ski Resort. This is the third year of our camping crew doing a winter get away. We stayed in the same house for two years which was booked this year, so we found this house.... Exceeded expectations, now next year we have to make a decision. Great getaway!!!

This house was perfect for our large family holiday. Plenty of space for everyone to move around and be comfortable. The kids didn't really use the bunkroom as the gaming counsel was removed prior to our check-in but the ping pong table and dart board got a lot of use, even hosting a tournament! The bedroom layout worked great for the group. And while we weren't able to be outdoors, the views were phenomenal! Thank you for sharing your home.

My family sprung for this location due to the beautiful pictures and the allowance of dogs. We have a senior yorkie whose days are limited and another senior mid size dog that has separation anxiety. This place was absolutely perfect for us to create lasting memories.
We used the downstairs fireplace once, which was great. We used the garage area a ton. Our 4 & 5 year olds loved playing ping pong. Not to mention the home being well appointed and comfortable in every way.
From prior rentals, there was some minor wear to the carpets, but that’s somewhat expected given the light color and rental usage.
All in all we really enjoyed the location and home. There is a family friendly bar/restaurant down the street that we will check out next time! This home is a wonderful place for a large family or multiple families. Thank you to the owners and managers for making our stay wonderful.

We stayed in Delavan for a special occasion and found this property. Wow- all I can say is that I am glad I read all the amazing reviews it received and now here’s mine. I give it 5 stars, more things to do on and in the property than at home. I am looking forward to renting again in the spring/summer so we can partake in the outdoor amenities. Thank you so much for adding a home feel to our vacation away.

We had a group of 11 ranging in age from 9 to 87 and this location was perfect. Lots of bedrooms/floors so everyone could be together but have some privacy as well. Everything was first class and we highly recommend the pontoon boat as well.

We stayed at your beautiful home for an entire week. The weather was hit or miss but that was ok because we spent a couple of days just chilling watching movies and playing games and then a couple of days in Lake Geneva.
We would highly recommend staying at this property.

18 people spent 7 days at the property. The view was spectacular, plenty of bedrooms, games available, great master bedroom. Only negatives small kitchenif you want to do extensvie cooking and not well insulated for winter. But all in all we really enjoyed it

Outstanding Lakefront Property on Lake Delavan
This large and well appointed home offers wonderful lake views from all three levels and is completely furnished and decorated in such a way to make everyone feel at home.
The property manager was professional and prompt in all correspondence. Walk to local restaurants or drive to Delavan and Lake Geneva for many more options.
Our stay was very relaxing and we'd love to return again!

Great space for big familIes or multi family
We loved this house. They thought of everything. Our family of 8 enjoyed plenty of space and lots to do here. We never got to all of it. The kitchen was appointed with everything we needed. There was even an extra fridge/freezer in the garage for beverages and food overflow from the main fridge. The natural gas grill was great for our nightly grilling needs. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great! There were so many fun games including a ping pong table we used for nightly ping pong tournaments! We rented the owners boat too. I would highly recommend it! It’s a beautiful Harris boat and pulled our adult children on the tube with little effort. It was amazing! This house is top notch. Chris was super easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

It’s a perfect house for a multigenerational family. Lots of common space and plenty of space to be on your own. We had 5 people working from home plus an online kindergartner and it worked! We loved the pier and the water. The owner & property manager were easy to work with. We highly recommend this property but not the week we plan to go back haha!

Perfect Lake Getaway
Lake Delavan is an easy and excellent getaway from Chicago area. This property did not disappoint. Everything was as advertised. Plenty of room for our two families and then some.
It was great having all the water toys right there including kayaks, paddle boards and access to power boats. The kids had a blast in the water for hours on end.
The owner is very responsive and great to work with.
All that said, what really made the trip great for us was the local property manager, Chris. Extremely responsive and helpful with all the local knowledge of where to go and what to do. Great experience. We will be back.

Great lake property with lots of space.
Wow, exceptional property, way more than we expected. Modern house and layout was so much better than our old lake cottage-kind of experiences in the past. Lake access with huge pier was great and easy because of the flat frontage. Master suite was huge with Ritz Carlton-like luxury. You didn’t mention the steam shower in your VRBO listing… we enjoyed it. We took advantage of all 3 fireplaces on the nights that got chilly. The best part- kids absolutely loved having their own space in the bunkroom. With the 2 video gaming areas and 3 TVs, there was plenty to keep a hoard of kids entertained while the adults relax. We now have no concern about bringing our older parents next time. We will be coming back as soon as we can with more friends and family because there was so much room. Thank you for sharing with us!
