It felt like I was at home

The facilities and location. Great city view from gym.

Exceptional

Very clean with modern appliances and in a safe building with onsite parking (for a fee) The staff was very courteous and responsive.

The kitchen could have been supplied better. We were constantly washing utensils because there was literally only 6 forks and there were 4 of us. Same with the bowls. We called for a spatula and received a wooden salad tosser…obviously not a big deal. We would just either bring our own (not possible since we flew into town) next time or run out to the grocery store or Target and buy what we need.

We had a great stay. The room had everything we needed to feel at home.

The location was family friendly like it was advertised. The cleanliness of the room was great. It had the right amount of towels even though we did not use them all. Check in and out was super simple.

Parking there was plenty of it I just wish it was free or included in the price of the room. Having to renew my parking everyday was a bit annoying.

Location

The unit was dirty, the toilet seat was falling off, the place was a sauna when I walked in because the staff didnt bother to turn the AC on which I had to figure out how to work, the entry instructions were confusing and the staff there help halfheartedly. The room was expensive, more than twice the typical hotel room rate and when I requested at least a partial refund, they blew me off. - literally didnt acknowledge my request. So all things considered, Kasa had nothing going for it relative to better, less expensive alternatives.

Perfect stay

Location was in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. Ample parking available. Apartment was clean and cozy. Kitchen had all required amenities to prepare simple meals.

Dissapointing

Not a lot to be honest - I am just overall dissapointed.

It was confirmed that we could benefit from an early check-in at 3PM and then a couple of minutes after, that it was not possible. It’s not a hotel, so no possibility to leave your luggage. Room did definitely not look like the photo - it was on the first floor with bushes in front of window, so no outside daylight. Dark and really not cosy.

Excellent apartment

Great place to stay in a quiet residential area. 10 minutes from Reagan Airport. We liked having an entire apartment to ourselves, especially a fridge and stove so we could cook breakfast. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with towels, coffee, olive oil, and laundry detergent. We could tell the Kasa folks are professionals. We will stay with Kasa again next time we're in town!

A cozy place that was pretty comfortable at a reasonable cost.

We likes how there is a full size kitchen. We also liked the amenities included in this property. We also liked how the property was near many things.

We did not like how we were only provided with one parking pass since we both had cars. We also did not like how the hot water would run out pretty fast when showering. Also, since the property is on the first floor and right next to the lobby, unfortunately it was fairly noisy.

Very good

Staff was super responsive via email and phone, we received help immediately. Really well equipped place and very comfy beds! Great views of the sunrise.

The key fob was not in the lockcase when we arrived so we first had to wait until this was resolved. We were helped by quickly though. A few more shelves to put clothes would have been nice, or another towel rack in the bathroom, since there was enough space and not so close above the toilet. The windows did not close very well. The temps were still fine but once it gets cooler this might become an issue.
