Cozy, walkable accomodation in the heart of Del Ray!

My mother-in-law stayed for a weekend and was surprised by the accomodations. The room was more than she was expecting. She loved being close to the Saturday Farmer's Market and other restaurants.

She did not have any complaints.

Don't stay here and waste your money.

Some one was smoking in an adjacent room and the smell was drifting through. The shower was not clean and no spare towels the next day. The rooms are dated and damaged, the beds are rubbish. Not nice at all.

Séjour dans un quartier agréable proche des transports

Appartement calme, lit confortable. Arrêt de bus au pied de l’immeuble, accès rapide au métro ensuite , il faut environ 10mn. Quartier agréable vivant mais pas bruyant.

Un peu sombre, salle de bain très petite et pas du tout pratique avec un lavabo trop près du mur. Le canapé tout taché, nous ne nous sommes pas assis dessus. Il faudrait mettre une housse ainsi elle pourrait être nettoyée après chaque location.

We appreciated the staff's quick and helpful responses to the unforeseen issues.

The staff was very responsive when we first arrived and the AC wasn't working. It was checked and we were relocated to another room.

Storm power outage the 2nd night had us removing all belongings in the dark and searching for other accommodations.

Great no nonsense place to stay

Wonderful and would stay there again. Good location for the money.

Loved the space with large living area separate from the bedroom. Really liked the location which was close to where our family lived as well as loads of restaurants. Only had a 2 minute walk to get fresh donuts and coffee in the mornings. Would definitely stay there again.

Bathroom was small and sink was tiny. Couldn’t have 2 people getting ready in there at the same time.

Very good

- Great location with easy access to a lot of restaurants nearby. - Comfortable bed and couch. - Decent TV and wi-fi connection. - Well-stocked kitchen with everything I needed short of groceries.

- No easily available nearby parking for people looking to stay for more than a couple of nights. - Room could have used more furniture, like a desk or dresser.

Comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Nice neighborhood, full kitchen, comfortable temperature controls, comfortable bed, wonderful shower, quick response when we had questions.

Only one complaint - No overhead light bulb in bedroom light. Bedroom was very dark.

Exceptional

Great location right in the middle of a awesome neighborhood. Lots of things to see and do within walking distance.

All of the condos are on the second floor with no elevator.

quick local getaway, perfect DelRay location, easy room access.

Great location and layout. comfy bed and towels were soft.

It _really_ needed one more comfy chair and a coffee table or a small sofa. The photo in the details page showed a sitting area and the room absolutely had space for a sitting area. Those items would make the room perfect and earn superior ratings all around.

Very poor

The communication with Sonders was difficult. I spent countless hours on the phone and replying to emails when I should have been enjoying the city and my family. I lost a whole day plus getting situated, due to poor communication with Sonders.You also spend a lot of useless time downloading Apps to check in and use the amenities. I travel with work and leisure and never had a bad experience as I did here.

The only person I interacted with was someone mopping the stairs. He was nice.

It was close to family members I was visiting. Also, because this studio was in the middle of the building, it was quiet. Even so, the staff had left several sets of disposable ear plugs and there was a noise machine. I found the Chromecast system easy to use as well as the dedicated code for the doors.

The studio I stayed in was quiet but I felt closed in. The only window with clear glass overlooked a tar roof and the view was another set of windows just like mine on the other side of the roof. It was safe, quiet and clean, but not inspiring to hang out in.

Overall we enjoyed the stay, just had minor things we didn't like.

Loved the location and parking for the most part was easy to navigate as long as we were out and about by 11am. Everything was quiet and relaxing and the room was clean.

The flat was a bit smaller than expected and what we thought it would be based off of the photographs advertised for it. The bed itself was clean but a bit hard when it came to the mattress.
